"I guess that is our only option for now; for now, shall we eat something? I am feeling a little hungry." Lucian spoke while rubbing his belly. The two women were still glaring at each other secretly; they nodded and soon moved to the dining area while Scarlett gave the order to bring food for them.

While eating, they talked about various things, and Lucian had to stop his wife and mother several times from quarreling. It was already getting too late, so after eating they had decided to go to bed a little early since the day had been nothing but tension and headache.

Lucian, Natasha, Jasmine, and Scarlett all stood in the hallway as they looked at each other in silence. After a few moments, the silence was broken by Natasha as she looked at her son and spoke: "Luci, come and let's sleep."

Jasmine's brows furrowed slightly as she interrupted, "He is going to sleep with me; he is my husband and he is grown up now. Why would he sleep with his mother?"

"Mom, I have something important to talk to her, so I'll stay there. You don't have to worry." Lucian spoke with a reassuring look that didn't really make Natasha feel any better; her expression instantly became sour, and she looked at him with a hurt and shocked gaze.

Lucian looked at Scarlett, who gave a small smile and then walked away knowing that the show ends for her.

Then he walked to his mother and began to speak some comforting words and assured her that there is nothing between the two of them and that they won't even sleep in the same bed.

After talking for more than ten minutes, Natasha finally, but reluctantly, agreed. She glared at Jasmine and finally walked away towards the room arranged for her; she was feeling a strong rage building up in her mind.

She entered the room and lay on the bed but couldn't sleep no matter how much she tried. Finally, she decided to take her anger out as she flew out of the building and decided to kill some monsters after such a long time.

Lucian entered his room after quite some time; it looked just as he remembered, down to the very last detail, and no sign of the explosion that took place in the building could be seen. He looked around and smelled Jasmine's scent that filled the room.

"Wait here, I will be back in a minute." Before Lucian could speak, Jasmine said and walked into the bathroom, so he sat on the bed and waited to have the important talk with her while wondering what it was that she wanted to talk about; he was feeling a little nervous since she seemed pretty serious.

'Did she find out that I can travel to another Earth or maybe that this is my second life? Sigh, there is no use thinking about it now.' Lucian shook his head as he leaned back, resting his body on both his arms.

'Zero, before that thing in the sky erupts, I want to maximize my strength; tell me what would be the best course of action,' he questioned in his mind.
