My Milf Harem Conquest System In A Women's World-Chapter 38: Now Hiring!
Jason woke early the next morning, feeling a quiet determination settle within him.
He intended to spend his remaining days finalizing the third and most important part of his agenda. The property needed someone who could manage it in his absence, someone reliable enough to keep things in order when he returned to Downtown. He had no interest in leaving such a valuable asset untended.
He ate a light breakfast at the small kitchen counter before retrieving his phone and laptop from the living room table. Then, he opened several property management sites, cross-referencing names and reviews of caretakers operating in the area. Most of them specialized in short-term vacation rentals or private estates. He skimmed through profiles, pausing only when something stood out. One review mentioned a woman named Claire Donovan, praised for her discretion and her work ethic. Another listed a middle-aged man called Luis Harper, known for maintaining large country homes.
Jason made notes beside each name, recording their strengths and weaknesses. He sent out a few inquiries through email and then made three phone calls. Each message was polite and brief, explaining that he was looking for a caretaker for a private property near the San Gabriel woods. By noon, two responses had already arrived in his inbox.
The first came from Claire, who agreed to meet that afternoon at the Villa for an interview. The second came from a man named Howard Miller, who asked to meet the following morning. Jason confirmed both appointments and then cleaned the living room to give a proper impression. He had no intention of overselling himself since he strongly believed in structure.
When the afternoon sun reached its highest point, a car pulled up outside the gate. Jason stepped out and waited by the driveway as a woman in her early thirties approached. She wore a white shirt and navy trousers, had a well-defined slender figure, and appeared to be in her late twenties.
"You must be Mr. Jason," she said with a faint smile, offering a handshake.
He accepted the gesture while returning the smile.
"Yes, and you must be Claire. Thank you for coming."
"It was no trouble," she replied, glancing around the property. "I rarely see places this well kept out here. Most of the houses I manage are closer to town."
’Hm,’ Jason thought, keeping the inner remark brief.
He gestured toward the open door.
"Please, come in. We can talk inside."
They walked through the living room, and she took a slow, observant look at her surroundings before sitting at the table. Jason sat opposite her and began speaking in his usual calm tone.
"I will get to the point. I recently acquired this Villa and plan to visit only a few times each year. I need someone to maintain it during my absence and handle minor issues as they arise. I prefer someone who can manage without constant supervision."
Claire blinked twice and smiled.
"That is understandable. I have worked with private owners before, but most of them prefer minimal updates unless something requires immediate attention."
Jason watched her carefully for a while without saying anything. After a short pause, he simply commented,
"I read several reviews about your work. It seems you handle multiple properties. How do you balance them?"
She bit her lips in a thoughtful manner.
"I usually divide my schedule between them. I live about forty minutes from here, but if the owner wants full-time supervision, I can make arrangements to stay nearby. I’m used to maintaining gardens, pools, and interior checks. I also keep a contact list for emergency repairs."
Giving it a careful thought, Jason asked curiously,
"What about security? This area seems quiet, but it’s remote."
Claire nodded thoughtfully.
"I have a simple system that works well. I install coded locks on all entry points and coordinate with a local guard service that does weekly patrols. I also keep digital logs so the owner can review them remotely."
Although he had already set up security systems, Jason decided to ask her so he could see what she could handle and if she was even worth it at all. Besides, this was an interview, and in his past life, he had been tricked like this so many times when going for ordinary part-time job interviews.
However, for this female in front of him, everything she said aligned with the kind of discipline he valued. So, he asked a few more questions about finances, maintenance schedules, and property management, and she answered each clearly without hesitating.
When they finished, Jason escorted her to the door.
"I’ll reach out by tomorrow afternoon," he said blissfully. "Thank you again for coming."
Claire offered a brief smile.
"It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Jason. I look forward to hearing from you."
Once she left, Jason sat on the porch and reviewed his notes. She had the experience, the professionalism, and the quiet discipline he needed. Still, he wanted to see how the next candidate compared before making a final decision.
The following morning, Homeward... or whatever his name was... arrived right on time. He was in his late forties, wearing a neatly pressed shirt and carrying a small folder of references. Though Jason really wasn’t all in for hiring men, technically they didn’t serve his personal interest, but if they proved better in his business and income stream, he would obviously run with them. His handshake was firm unlike Claire’s, and his voice carried an air of practiced ease.
"I’ve been maintaining estates for over twenty years," he said once they sat in the living room. "And mostly private homes owned by families who travel frequently."
Jason regarded him closely.
"This property will need consistent care. The environment around it is open, and the structure itself is large, so you’ll have to be precise."
Howard smiled.
"That’s what I specialize in. I treat every house as if it were my own. I handle cleaning, maintenance, and inspection personally. I also work well with contractors, so anything that needs repair won’t stay that way for long."
They discussed logistics for nearly an hour. Howard spoke efficiently, describing his past experiences with estates even larger than this one. Jason appreciated his professionalism, though there was something slightly mechanical about the exchange. The man spoke well, yet his tone felt rehearsed, as if he had delivered the same lines to countless clients before.
After Howard departed, Jason walked outside and sat on the steps near the driveway. He opened his notebook and compared both interviews point by point. Howard had more experience, but his manner lacked authenticity, resembling a salesman performing a routine. Claire, on the other hand, carried a calm conviction. She had observed every detail in the house without instruction, her focus unwavering throughout their conversation.
Jason tapped his pen lightly against the page. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
’A house like this needs someone who respects space, not someone who treats it like a checklist.’
He made his choice and sent Claire a message that afternoon, offering her the position. Her reply came swiftly, filled with appreciation and quiet enthusiasm. She accepted the role and confirmed she would begin overseeing the Villa’s maintenance within the week.
Content with his decision, Jason closed his laptop and leaned back on the couch. A sense of calm accomplishment settled over him. Every step since his arrival in San Gabriel had followed deliberate reasoning. What had once been an uncertain purchase had now become a structured investment with promising returns.
Later that evening, he stepped outside and stood beside the pool, observing the soft reflection of the Villa’s lights upon the still water.
He gazed toward the distant treeline, contemplating how far he had come since the system’s first message. There was still much ahead of him, more Milfs to conquer, more ventures to build, and greater fortunes to secure.
A child...? Perhaps.
His thoughts drifted briefly to Downtown and the women awaiting his return. A part of him longed to go back, yet he knew he would miss this quiet balance, especially with that little brat nearby. He picked up his phone, reviewed his completed checklist, and saved Claire’s contact under a new folder titled Property Affairs.
He would leave the Villa in capable hands, confident that everything would remain exactly as planned. His focus would soon return to his next objective back home, one filled with far greater uncertainty than any property venture could ever offer.
Jason locked the doors, turned off the lights, and made his way upstairs to rest. The following day would be his final one in San Gabriel, and by then, every arrangement would already stand in order.

Hello, my wonderful readers. It’s BgDaddy speaking, or rather Bunny Great Daddy; that’s what my name stands for. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has read up to this Chapter, purchased the privilege, and supported me in so many ways. Your encouragement truly means a lot.
This has been an exciting journey, and I promise to make it even more worthwhile. Of course, I am still improving in my writing; I am not perfect yet, and I do make mistakes sometimes, but that’s part of the process.
I truly appreciate all the support and growth this story has received. By the end of this volume, I will be teasing my new book and also fully resuming work on AM, because yes, I never abandon any of my stories. A journey must be completed to be honoured, no matter the challenges that come along the way.
I hope you continue supporting MHCS and every other novel I write in the future. Once again, thank you all so much!
