My Lust System: I Inherited The Sin Of Lust And His Three Wives-Chapter 39: Meeting All My Wives
Damian’s eyes snapped open and he jolted upright, only for a sharp stab of pain to pierce through his ribs, forcing him to collapse back onto the bed.
"Aaah!"
He gasped, his body trembling as agony rippled through him. It felt as though he had been struck by a truck. He buried his face into the mattress, gritting his teeth while clutching his chest with both hands.
"He’s awake!"
Hazel’s voice rang from somewhere nearby. The bed shifted beneath him and he felt the distinct weight of more than one person moving around him, which only deepened his confusion.
Did Clara come over?
Or was he in Clara’s place?
He forced himself to lift his head, wincing as he tried to see who surrounded him. What he saw left him stunned. Hazel sat to his right, gently lifting his head and resting it on her soft thighs. But to his left stood a face he did not recognize.
The woman was dark skinned, her complexion smooth and radiant like polished bronze under warm light. Her hair was styled in goddess braids that flowed down into soft curls, framing her face and cascading over her shoulders with effortless elegance.
She wore an oversized T shirt that belonged to him, the fabric hanging loosely around her frame yet utterly incapable of concealing her shape. It draped casually over her body, but her curves remained undeniable beneath it, giving her an unintentional allure that felt relaxed and dangerously captivating at the same time.
"You were right. He does have his charm."
The dark skinned woman spoke while her fingertips traced along Damian’s face. Then she turned her head and called out into the room.
"Racheal, what are you doing over there? Come here and take a look. He’s actually good looking."
Racheal?
Damian’s gaze followed the dark skinned woman’s line of sight and landed on a lady of Asian descent. Her features were soft and delicate, lending her an almost doll-like charm. Smooth fair skin contrasted beautifully with her striking purple hair, which fell in gentle layers around her shoulders. The unusual color gave her a quiet, ethereal presence.
Her figure was modest yet graceful, with mild curves that suited her frame naturally rather than dramatically. She wore another one of his oversized T shirts, the fabric hanging loosely off her shoulders and brushing against her thighs. It swallowed her smaller build slightly, making her appear even more petite while still hinting at the soft shape beneath.
There was a shy look in her eyes, the kind that could not hold direct contact for long. When she finally glanced up and met his gaze, it was brief and hesitant, as though she was not used to being the center of attention. A faint flush colored her cheeks and she tugged lightly at the hem of the shirt, adding to her quiet, endearing presence.
Damian was star struck.
’Wait, if that is Racheal... then she is Ruby!’
His gaze snapped back to Ruby, who was staring at him intently. There was no smile, no frown. Only curiosity.
Her deep emerald eyes were strangely enchanting, the kind that could steal a soul if one stared too long.
"C... Ca... can I... can I come over?" Racheal stuttered, her head lowered and her voice trembling.
Damian remembered Hazel emphasizing that Racheal was extremely shy. He glanced at Hazel, shock written plainly across his face. She nodded with a small smile.
"Everyone is here now."
Only then did Damian begin to accept the scene unfolding before him. His gaze returned to Racheal and he slowly nodded.
"Yeah, come here. I want to get a better look at you."
His words made Racheal’s cheeks burn a deeper red, but she did not lift her head. Instead, she tiptoed forward until she reached the bed. She shyly crawled up to Ruby’s side and sat beside Damian, still refusing to meet his eyes.
Damian attempted to reach for her hand, but the stinging pain returned to his chest, forcing him to grab at it tightly instead.
The expressions of the three women shifted at once. Their eyes grew cold and cruel at the sight of their husband in pain.
It was around midnight when they had arrived on Earth, only to learn from Hazel that she had argued with their new husband and that he had slept outside. It had been a juicy topic, so they decided to spend the night talking and learning about their new husband before he returned home the next morning.
Then, without warning, they had felt a powerful presence reminiscent of the demon lord. It frightened them, yet excited them at the same time. If the demon lord still existed, then perhaps Lin Qui was somehow still alive.
They rushed over, only to find Damian unconscious in the middle of nowhere, beaten and battered. Whatever had done this to him remained unknown. The abyss power Damian unleashed to kill his opponent had erased the demon’s presence completely, as though it had never existed.
It was shocking to discover that their new husband possessed the inheritance of the abyss. Yet it also reminded them of the story behind the fight. Hazel finally realized Damian had not lied when he said Lin Qui knew he would lose to Asmodesus, and guilt weighed heavily on her for how she had acted that day.
"Who did this to you?" Ruby asked, her voice cold and slightly deeper than expected for a woman, yet undeniably alluring.
"Bathin, or whatever he called himself," Damian replied, struggling to sit up as Hazel gently supported him and helped him lean back against a pillow.
"Lord Jurchen, that greedy bastard. I should have known he would be the first to act!" Ruby clenched her fist and cursed loudly.
Damian stared at her, stunned by her unladylike outburst. She was undeniably beautiful, yet she carried a menacing presence that felt intimidating and uncomfortable to sit near.
It was nothing like Hazel, even when she was angry. Hazel’s anger had a certain grace and rhythm to it, something strangely attractive. Ruby’s was different. Sharper. Wilder.
"W... what should we do?" Racheal asked, panic lacing her soft voice. "Let’s take him and run now."
Hazel shook her head firmly.
"He has a life here, and he likes that girl. They just spent their first night together. We can’t break them apart now."
Her rational words were met with hostility and jealousy from Ruby and Racheal, both of whom shot Damian displeased looks.
"How can you let a mortal have a taste of you before your own wives?" Ruby exploded. "I don’t care why you and Hazy fought, but it doesn’t give you the right to abandon her to sleep with a useless mortal!"
Racheal paled at Ruby’s harsh words and tugged at the shirt she wore, shaking her head gently.
"Hey, don’t talk like that. He’s still our husband," she pleaded softly.
But that only seemed to anger Ruby further, as though she were the only one truly outraged.
"Hazy, back me up here. You stood by his side and served him for so long, and he let a mortal have a taste of him before you. Aren’t you annoyed?"
Hazel’s face flushed red as guilt crept over her. She avoided Ruby’s gaze and remained silent.
Ruby and Racheal exchanged looks. Suspicion slowly shifted into disbelief, then shock, and finally rage as realization dawned on them.
Hazel had broken her promise to wait for them before sleeping with their husband.
"You bitch!" Ruby yelled.
