Iris became that much better, actually, was due to Anastasia. Where while, she didn't help directly like Shae, her inputs, every now and then, still proved to be quite valuable.

Her insight due to her knowledge and profession as someone who dabbled in puppets, were that useful, apparently.

Then, where is the said Anastasia, who played a big help to achieve this result? Is she not going to see the monumental moment, when Iris is going to be completed? Or has she went away once again?

One might wonder, but, no Anastasia is still here, in his workshop, just not in this department, she was in the forging room, where the furnace for blacksmithing is.

She didn't care about Iris, as much as she cared about Shae, her own android… or maybe the novelty of the topic had expired?

Anyway, she mostly spent her time there.

Is she forging some prized blade then? Some phenomenal work?

No, she is simple sitting on her chair, while dozing on the table.

The suffocating flames unbearable for others, were simply a warm fire to her.

And deciding that it was better to let her do her own thing, before his skill Lie Detection became strong enough to work on her, Christian left her on her own, to do as she pleased.

…....

In the workshop, assembling the parts that remained of Iris body, went smoothly, and Christian was checking the integrity of everything, of every circuit in the body, for when Iris connected to it.

The process went on, in a slightly different way than before, but after all, Iris was different from the other androids.

How so?

Well, she was an AI first.

Then, are Zero, Alpha, Beta, or Shae, not operated by an AI?

Well, putting Shae aside who seemed to have became something more than an android then, the others, yes, are operated by an AI.

Their identities at its core, is an AI.

But, there's a point… it's the location.

The AI for the other androids… their identity, is saved on the smartship impeded in their bodies.

And while he will upload the data there regularly on other servers, in case they were out, and their body were destroyed, that doesn't change the things.

Everything about them, is still located there.

They can do some tasks, that Iris, could do but, their resources are limited.

And the main part, as an AI, as in the amount of data making them, are also small… too small in comparison to Iris.

After all, Iris, was not only AI, that he poured all his efforts to make, she was also an amalgamation of a huge amount of programs too.

The amount of data, that went into making her, were so huge, that let alone one smartship, even countless, with his current technology are still not enough to store.

That's why, this body, that he is now one the verge of finishing, is more than it being her main body… it's something along the line of an avatar for her.

Where inside it is a very tiny part of her data sequence will be stored, but, it will still always be synchronized with the main part of Iris, stored across countless servers he owns.

Regardless of every difficulty he faced in the process of making her body, or the difference between her and the others, it was still finished in the end.

He had checked all the parameters, and all indicators, and everything was green, and functioning properly.

And so, with a smile on his face, he finally said, "It's done."

At those words, that could have came out as cryptive for others, Iris, still understood them, as a sign for her to finally link with the body… and so she simply did that.

To make the moment, more special, Christian didn't let Iris, try to link to the android, until now, where it was finished completely.

And as he saw, the eyelids of Iris's body, start twitching first, before she opened her eyes completely, and started to move it all around… as if she has not seen ever inch of the workshop, through the countless camera set all around, Christian's smile beamed further.

No matter what, it was a body for Iris after all.

The first AI he worked on… and the one he poured most of his efforts on.

Seeing her finally physically materialize in front of him, and start moving, felt like all his efforts were finally rewarded.

He looked at Iris who seemed to take everything around her in novelty for a moment, before her eyes shining brightly, with a touch of something not ordinary, not human, seemingly expressing, that she is not a human, she finally, settled them, on Christian.

She called, "Master," before she walked a few steps and jumped at him, hugging with her arms and straddling him with her legs, with all her might.

Christian took her quite easily, and as he felt her body now pressed at him, he nodded, how despite everything, and how she was an android, made of metals… of heavy metals, even more heavy than the other androids, as he used the best metals he could acquire into making her, and she was more than two hundred kilograms, the other layers wrapping that, still seemed to tell one that she has a soft body… and that was an achievement on its own.

Iris was taking her time on the hug, and Christian brushed her hair, her platinum hair, with the its final edged, dyes pink, and blue, for some times, before his eyes suddenly moved on to the other two presence around him, that were watching everything silently.

Shae had a neutral expression on her face, and so, he didn't dwell on her with his gaze, but, moved instead to Beta, who was looking enviously,

Had he not hugged her?

He couldn't help but wonder, as he saw her like that.

And arriving at the answer, that, no, he didn't. he decided that he should show her more love later, as he finally lowered Iris to the ground.
