Chapter 79: Anindya Has Come To School

"Good morning, Julian~" Anindya greeted.

Julian looked at Anindya’s physique one by one.

"Her smile, her voice, her expression, and her physique—there’s no mistaking it—she’s Anindya!" Julian thought to himself, still dumbfounded.

Then, not long after, Sekar came from the right.

"THUD!" Sekar hit Julian on the back of the head with a metal ladle.

"ARGH!" Julian groaned, holding his head.

Julian removed his hands from his head and faced Sekar.

"Mom, why did you hit me!?" Julian asked with an angry expression and tone.

Sekar didn’t answer, but with an innocent expression, she hit Julian again.

"THUD!"

"ARGH!" Julian groaned, holding his head with both hands.

Anindya could only stare with an innocent expression—not knowing what was happening.

"WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU, MOM!?" Julian shouted at Sekar.

Sekar raised her right index finger and said.

"The first one was to wake you up," Sekar replied casually, closing her eyes.

"Then..." Sekar continued.

Sekar opened her eyes.

"THE SECOND ONE WAS BECAUSE YOU HAD HURT ANINDYA’S CHEEKS!" Sekar shouted, pointing at Anindya, who had a confused expression.

Julian stared at Anindya—who smiled awkwardly and waved her right hand at him.

"ANSWER IT!" Sekar shouted.

"W-What!? I-it wasn’t me, Mom!" Julian replied, panicking.

Sekar lowered her index finger and pressed her right hand to Julian’s forehead, saying.

"DON’T LIE TO ME, YOU TOOK HER TO THE STATION ON TUESDAY NIGHT!" Sekar said, her voice low but furious.

Julian could only make a wry expression and close his eyes.

"PFFT, AHAHAHAHA!" Anindya burst out laughing.

Sekar and Julian were speechless when they heard Anindya’s laughter. They were both shocked to see Anindya laughing so hard.

"Haaa..."

Anindya wiped away her tears with her index finger. She glanced at them both, unaware that they had been watching her with their shocked expressions.

"Ah!"

Anindya immediately stood up and bowed her head repeatedly.

"I-I’m sorry!... I’m sorry!... I’m sorry!..." Anindya repeated the words five times.

Julian and Sekar were stunned, while Anindya—who had stopped talking—could only lower her head silently. Feeling awkward, Sekar—as an adult, finally approached Anindya and said,

"Ah, it’s okay, ahahaha," Sekar said, laughing awkwardly.

Anindya remained silent with a shy expression—her face even turned red. Sekar smiled and tried to comfort Anindya—by holding her shoulders.

"Besides, your injury was Julian’s fault. He should have been more careful when he drove you yesterday so he wouldn’t have made you fall on the sidewalk" Sekar said, standing on Anindya’s right side.

"Huh?! Fell!?" Julian thought to himself, his expression confused. 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮

Anindya, seeing Julian’s expression, felt awkward, as there seemed to be a misunderstanding.

"N-no, it’s not like that. It’s a misunderstanding," Anindya said nervously.

"A misunderstanding?" Sekar asked, confused.

"Yes, Auntie" Anindya replied.

Sekar removed her hands from Anindya’s shoulders.

"Then why are your cheeks injured?" Sekar asked.

Anindya lowered her gaze, playing with the tips of her index fingers as she said.

""I-I told you earlier, that on Friday... I-I fell on the sidewalk while buying ice cream" Anindya said shyly, her index fingers slowly touching each other.

"Who would believe such a childish excuse?" Julian asked with a flat expression.

Sekar held Anindya’s right cheek with her right hand.

"I see, be careful next time, okay?" Sekar said with a worried expression and tone.

"Aahh, Mooom..." Julian said to himself with a flat expression.

After that, Julian joined them at the dining table. Julian cut a piece of wagyu beef that Anindya had bought during her visit. Before he stabbed the meat with his fork, he glanced at Anindya, who was eating red bean soup.

"A bandage that big... How could it have fallen off?" Julian thought to himself, eyeing Anindya suspiciously.

When Anindya was about to take a bite of the red bean soup, she glanced at Julian, seeing that he hadn’t eaten his breakfast.

"Why aren’t you eating, Julian?" Anindya asked.

"E-eh?... Ahh... I-I’ll eat," Julian replied with a nervous expression and tone.

Anindya just smiled at that, then continued eating her breakfast. Afterward, they stood in front of the entrance and said goodbye to Sekar.

"Remember to take good care of Anindya, don’t let her get hurt again!" Sekar said with an angry expression and tone.

Julian turned around and said,

"Yes, yes, yes," Julian said with an unconcerned expression.

"Ah, wait for me, Julian!" Anindya said, trying to stop Julian.

Anindya looked at Sekar and said goodbye.

"Then we’ll go, Auntie" Anindya said politely.

"Yes, be careful, okay~"Sekar said with a friendly smile and waved her right hand at Anindya.

Anindya chased after Julian, who had already moved away. As she walked, Anindya kept a distance of 1 meter to his left.

"Wh-why is she keeping her distance? Usually she’s always clinging to my arm?" Julian wondered, glancing suspiciously at Anindya.

"Hey, Anindya" Julian called.

Anindya looked at Julian.

"What?" Anindya asked.

"Why are you keeping your distance?" Julian asked.

Anindya lifted her head.

"It’s okay, I just don’t want to make you feel uncomfortable" Anindya replied.

Julian felt furious.

"Oookay," Julian said.

"Then those cheeks of yours... They weren’t from falling, were they?" Julian asked.

Anindya stopped walking, and Julian stopped too.

"H-How did you know?" Anindya asked.

Julian was silent for a few seconds, then answered.

"Of course I know," Julian replied.

Anindya lowered her head.

"You must have been chasing the mastermind of the gangsters who targeted me, right?" Julian asked.

Anindya smiled at that, then she approached Julian and put her arm around his left arm.

"Ehehehe, so you knew," Anindya replied with a cute laugh.

Julian smiled, then reached for the bandage on Anindya’s right cheek.

"Let me see the wound" Julian said, holding the bandage with his left hand.

When he opened it, Julian’s eyes widened at the sight of a large scratch.

"A-Anindya, W-where did you get this wound?!" Julian asked worriedly.

"Oh, this..."

Anindya glanced at the wound.

"I got it while fighting a man who used a katana" Anindya replied casually.

"Eh?! Seriously?!" Julian asked a worried.

Anindya held Julian’s left hand with her right, then closed her eyes and said.

"Yes, you don’t need to worry, because..." Anindya replied in a soft tone.

Anindya opened her eyes and looked at Julian.

"Let me take responsibility for getting you into my trouble" Anindya continued with a smile and a gentle tone.

Julian’s eyes widened. Anindya began to close the wound again and put her arm around Julian’s right arm.

"Come on, let’s continue our journey, we’ll be late for school if we don’t hurry, hihi" Anindya said with a chuckle.

Julian was shocked to hear this. When he arrived at school, the school was bustling with excitement as they were holding a celebration celebrating Indonesia’s 135th Independence Day.

Some of the students who were working stopped and watched the two of them.

"Hey, what happened to Senior Anindya?" whispered a first-year felame student to her friend.

"I-I don’t know" her friend replied.

Whispers began to rise, and Julian glanced left and right.

"Did they just have a argue?"

"Is this what they call relationship violence?"

"That boy looks like a bad boy, huh? I thought he was a nice guy"

Even Anindya’s fans were angry.

"Damn, that guy has the nerve to hurt Lady Anindya!"

"OGHH!, Our Celestial Maiden’s face is ruined because of him!"

"What if we kidnap him during the first break!?"

Julian, hearing this, immediately looked over—they immediately turned around and started whispering.

"MOTHERFUCKER, you think I didn’t hear that!?" Julian thought to himself, annoyed.

Julian walked without looking ahead until he bumped into Wiro—who was trying to move an iron pole—that would be used for the stage.

"Ouch, s-sorry"Julian said.

Wiro placed the pole on the ground and turned around.

"Oh, it’s Julian! I almost got mad!" Wiro said, smiling happily.

Wiro was wearing a pink t-shirt with a pink cat head on it, and his pants were light blue.

"Wiro... Why are you wearing a pink t-shirt?" asked Julian, confused.

"Oh, this," Wiro replied, looking down and holding the t-shirt with his right hand.

"When these t-shirts arrived in classroom, the class leader said," Wiro continued.

"We’re going to use this as our class dress code. Isn’t it cute?" Silica said with a sweet and enthusiastic smile.

"So she said" Wiro said.

"Why did you agree?" asked Julian with a blank expression.

"Have you forgotten that last Friday she said she had ordered the right size and the number of people in our class?" Wiro asked back.

"I thought it wasn’t pink" Julian replied with a flat expression.

"Yes, that’s why we couldn’t refuse. Because when Kaza tried to refuse, Silica immediately looked sad and gloomy" Wiro said.

"Haa, what a bother..." Julian said.

"Yeah, you’re right..." Wiro said with a sad expression.

They both immediately became gloomy.
