My First Love Died, Now My Step Uncle Wants Me-Chapter 158: A Forceful Punishment
Nina Wynn tilted her head back, responding to him with clumsy, inexperienced effort.
She rarely took the initiative, let alone dared to kiss him back like this in public. Caleb Rhodes felt the fire in his heart starting to burn out of control.
He reached out, grabbed her by the waist, and pressed her against the wall, plundering without restraint.
In this regard, Caleb Rhodes had always been dominant, wielding absolute control.
Soon, Nina Wynn was left breathless.
Moreover, Caleb Rhodes’s breathing grew heavier as well.
She grew a little scared and reached out to push him. "No, stop... someone might see..."
Caleb Rhodes cupped the back of her head, preventing her from pulling away. "No one would dare to look. Be good..."
His voice was as hoarse as it could be. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
Fearing he would become forceful like he was moments ago, Nina Wynn pushed him with all her might, only to have both her hands pinned, leaving her even more immobilized.
As the two kissed passionately, neither noticed a man who had been standing in the doorway for a long time, his gloomy, angry gaze glaring at them from behind gold-rimmed glasses.
Only when Warner Zimmerman appeared at the end of the hallway did the man turn and leave.
By the time Warner Zimmerman came in, Caleb Rhodes had already released Nina Wynn.
He took the cashmere shawl from Warner Zimmerman’s hands, draped it over her, and asked in a low voice, "Are you hungry?"
Her lips were slightly swollen from the kiss. Afraid he might kiss her again, she took a step back. "A little."
She looked up at him. "I haven’t eaten out in a long time. Can we go eat somewhere?"
Caleb Rhodes reached out and pulled her to his side, not letting her get too far away. His voice had already returned to its usual cold, deep tone. "What do you want to eat?"
Nina Wynn looked at him. "I want to go eat near where I used to live. Is that okay?"
Her voice was quiet, and her eyes flickered nervously.
As if afraid he would refuse, she quickly added an explanation, "I haven’t been back there in a long time, and it’s not that bad of a place..."
Seeing how nervous she was, as if terrified he would say no, Caleb Rhodes frowned slightly. "Nina, you don’t have to be so cautious around me. As long as you don’t run off, I won’t refuse."
Nina Wynn visibly relaxed, a hint of delight in her voice. "You agree?"
Caleb Rhodes didn’t answer. He brushed a stray strand of hair from her cheek, took her hand, and led her outside.
As they were heading out, Nina Wynn pulled her hand away from Caleb Rhodes’s, murmuring, "It wouldn’t be good if someone saw."
Caleb Rhodes’s expression was impassive, but his tone held a hint of displeasure. "We can keep it private for now, but I don’t plan on waiting too long. Nina, you should start preparing yourself."
He paused, narrowing his eyes. His voice sounded a bit cold. "If you spend your days thinking about strange things, I’ll pry open that little head of yours and wash all that nonsense out!"
Nina Wynn bit her lip and glanced up at the hall, noticing it wasn’t as crowded as before.
After the farce that had just unfolded, many people were already preparing to leave. Among those who remained, there seemed to be no familiar faces.
Only then did she step forward and loop her arm through his, asking quietly, "Is this okay?"
The look on Caleb Rhodes’s face softened slightly.
When they reached the parking lot, Nina Wynn saw several convoys of cars speeding out, with other guests’ cars temporarily making way for them.
It looked as if something major had happened.
Nina Wynn suddenly thought of that girl.
’Are they looking for her?’
A thought sparked, and she asked softly, "What are they doing? Deploying such a large convoy, did something big happen?"
Caleb Rhodes gave the scene outside a cold glance, then looked back at Nina Wynn. His eyes flickered slightly, and his voice was cold. "Adrian Finch’s little pet ran away. He’s furious, so he sent out the convoys to go catch it."
A chill ran through Nina Wynn. ’So they really are looking for her.’ She didn’t know where the girl had run off to, but she prayed she wouldn’t be found and brought back.
’The Finch Family doesn’t seem like a kind place, and that Adrian Finch doesn’t look easy to get along with.’
Seeing Nina Wynn’s silence, Caleb Rhodes’s tone grew even colder. "Nina, don’t you go learning from others and running off. If what happened the day before yesterday happens again, I can’t guarantee I’ll be in such a good mood!"
Nina Wynn lowered her head and fell silent.
Caleb Rhodes glanced at the empty space beside him and said coolly, "Slide over here."
Nina Wynn bit her lip and slowly scooted closer to Caleb Rhodes.
As if finding her too slow, Caleb Rhodes reached out and scooped her over. "I told you, you’re not allowed to sit pressed against the car door!"
With that, he tried to pick her up and place her on his lap.
Nina Wynn quickly shrank back. "No!"
Caleb Rhodes stared at her, the depths of his eyes turning cold.
He had an oppressive aura that made Nina Wynn afraid to look up at him. She clasped her soft, pale fingers together and mumbled, "You kissed me too much. My mouth hurts! You can’t kiss me anymore!"
Only then did Caleb Rhodes’s gaze soften slightly, though his voice remained cold and deep. "Come here, let me see."
Before Nina Wynn could answer, he picked her up and settled her on his lap as if she were a small cub.
He pinched her chin. "Open your mouth. Let me see if the skin is broken."
Nina Wynn frowned, resisting. "No. If you look, you’ll just kiss me again."
Her voice was quiet and soft, as if she were pouting, yet also resisting.
Caleb Rhodes’s eyes darkened. He applied more pressure with his hand, forcing her mouth open.
Sure enough, the skin on the inside of her lip was slightly broken. It was red and looked painful.
He frowned. "Open wider. I need to see if it’s broken on the inside. If it is, we’ll need to put medicine on it."
’At this point, if I don’t obey, he’ll just pinch me harder.’
Nina Wynn had no choice but to open her mouth a little wider.
There was no wound inside, just the small broken spot on her lip.
The sight of the tender pink flesh inside her mouth made Caleb Rhodes’s gaze darken further.
He stared at her small tongue for a few seconds, then lowered his head, his own dominant lips and tongue sweeping in.
He latched onto her small tongue, domineering and forceful, leaving Nina Wynn almost breathless again.
However, she had known this was inevitable from the moment he placed her on his lap.
Resisting would only result in a more forceful punishment.
She wrapped her arms around his neck, letting him plunder her as he wished.
Nina Wynn didn’t even know when the car had started moving.
When Caleb Rhodes released her, they were already driving past the Finch estate.
Just as Nina Wynn had wished, the car eventually came to a stop near the old residential complex where she used to live.
After getting out of the car, she made a beeline for the small convenience store she used to frequent.
She grabbed two bottles of the drink she used to always get. When she went to pay, the owner looked up at her and smiled. "How come you’re here alone today?"
Nina Wynn’s back stiffened. She could feel Caleb Rhodes’s gaze on her from behind, and it was hard to bear.
Her expression was a little awkward as she said, "Sir, you’ve got the wrong person. This is my first time in your store."
The owner laughed. "I recognize you, alright. What about that young man who used to come with you? The fair-skinned, tall, and skinny one. He was the one who always liked to buy that drink you’re holding..."
"Mister!" Nina Wynn quickly cut him off, looking frantically over her shoulder at Caleb Rhodes. "You’ve got the wrong person!"
