Anton almost laughed out loud when he saw that Tess, her parents, and their hostess, Melinda, had flushed faces. He knew that they were excited that he would allow them to view the contents of the loot that he retrieved from the sunken ship.

After dinner, they all went to their bungalow. Unfortunately, when they arrived there, Anton felt that the living room of the bungalow was too small to hold all the chests that he managed to gather from the sunken ship.

“You can use one of the large ballrooms in the hotel,” Melinda offered, and Anton simply nodded, so they all returned to the hotel.

Melinda separated from them when they arrived at the hotel, saying that she needed to speak with one of the managers. She returned with a man who also had a flushed face. Anton, Kirk, Mesono, Abdu, and Omar giggled when they saw the manager’s expression. They were led to the third floor of the hotel to a large empty room.

The ballroom was bright since the manager turned on the chandeliers powered by magic. Anton retrieved all the chests that he managed to gather from the large sunken ship, and the majority of the ballroom was filled with them. Everyone gasped when they saw the large number of chests.

“How big is your storage ring?!” Abdul asked loudly, which Anton ignored.

Anton understood the boy’s surprise since the storage ring that he had purchased for them, which they already considered costing a fortune, only had three cubic meters of space.

Kirk and Mesono, looking worried, went to Anton.

“Are you not worried about the hotel claiming that the treasure that you’ve found is theirs?” Kirk asked.

Anton simply smirked.

“They could try,” Anton said confidently.

He knew that the hotel was probably backed by powerful wizards, but when it came to something of his being taken against his will, he now had the power to act with a “scorch the Earth” behavior. He also started recording the scene using his Globe browser sharing in case something did happen.

“Do you need help in cataloging the inside of the chest?” Melinda asked.

“Let’s check them first. They may be worthless,” Anton said, then he commanded Kirk, Mesono, Omar, and Abdul to open the chest one by one.

Tess and her parents offered to help, and Anton allowed them, but he forbade Melinda and the hotel manager from going near the chests, which, based on their behavior, they completely understood.

Most of the chests were locked, but because of the ravages of time and water, it was simple enough to destroy the locks. Even Tess, with her thin arms, was able to destroy the locks by simply twisting them.

The chests that Anton retrieved from the rooms of the passengers and crew mostly contained clothes that were ruined by water. Those that contained valuables like jewelry boxes were possibly from the rich passengers.

The chests from the cargo hold were the true treasures. They contained porcelain dishes and other display pieces. Golden and Silver coins and jewelry. Bolts of silk that were ruined by water. Carpets that possibly would have cost extremely high but were now worthless because they were also ruined by water. Weapons and pieces of armor that were made using different metals and leather.

Based on a quick inventory, only a third of the treasure chests contained valuables, but even then, the treasure was large enough that Anton could see that everyone’s faces were filled with excitement.

During the next few hours, everyone in the room, except for Anton, and including the hotel manager and Melinda, whom Anton finally allowed to assist, separated the trash from the treasure. It took everyone four hours to complete everything.

Anton asked the hotel manager and Melinda to take some of the treasure pieces as payment for the hotel’s assistance, and the two were shameless enough to do so. After that, Anton cleaned the treasure using his Cleaning spell and stored them in his inventory. The rest were left to the hotel to clean.

“Anton, you’re rich!” Abdul exclaimed loudly.

Kirk snorted, and Mesono sighed.

“He was already rich before he found the treasure,” Omar said to Abdul.

After that, Anton had decided to leave the beach resort even though it was already midnight. Tess and her parents decided to remain in the bungalow and would just leave in the morning.

It was already two in the morning when they arrived at their inn. Anton’s apprentices slash employees went directly to their suite to rest while he went to his room and returned to the Rose Manor using a scroll of town portal.

When he arrived at his room in the manor, Anton immediately cast the Blizzard spell, turned into Mana rain, and even though it was the wee hours of the morning, Raymond arrived carrying pastries and tea.

The butler told Anton that Anders was still in the dungeon. Anton retrieved the treasure that he found from under the ocean and told Raymond to inventory it and put it in the manor’s treasure room. Raymond had access to the manor’s treasure room since he was the one handling most of the manor’s finances aside from the ones being handled by Romina, Bruce, and Susan.

“Before you put them in the treasure room, please show them to Romina, Bruce, Susan, Luna, and Alfred and allow them to take a piece as my gift to them,” Anton told Raymond, and the butler nodded.

After that, he returned to his suite in New Drennor and slept.

The next day, Anton still woke up early at seven in the morning, but Kirk and the others slept late, and he indulged them. They did have a busy day the day before, and the only reason Anton woke up early because his rest was already full because of the Pearl of the Ocean.

Anton took a bath and ate breakfast from the food that was stored in his inventory. After that, he spent the morning hunting for charms and items that he could use to craft powerful items inside his Diablo II system.

At around eleven in the morning, Anton heard a knock on his bedroom door. He kept the suite’s door unlocked since Kirk, Mesono, Omar, and Abdul would need to go to his suite to memorize their spells, since they would need his Meditation Aura, and his suite was already saturated with mana.

When he went outside, he saw that Ishamel, his wife, his two children, Tess, and her parents were there. The innkeeper also arranged an elaborate table filled with food.

“What’s all this?” Anton asked.

“Kirk told us what happened; that’s why there was no movie viewing last night. We hope that there will be today!” the innkeeper exclaimed loudly.

“Anton, can Tess and her parents stay to watch the movies?” Abdul asked.

“People, please remember that the movies that I planned to watch today, although still ocean-themed, are scary. Are you all sure that you still want to watch them?” Anton asked, and everyone nodded.

Anton planned to watch the movie Jaws first. All the films that he planned to see were movies that he had not seen before, so he was excited to see them. After Jaws, he planned to watch The Abyss.

While watching Jaws, Anton laughed when he saw the innkeeper’s children hiding behind their father. Tess was hiding her eyes behind her hands, and her parents were clutching each other. After the movie was done, he had to assure everyone that the movies were created using actors and the creatures in the films were all fake. The purpose of the movie was to entertain, so none of them were real.
