My Aloof Husband, Mr. Drexler, Dotes Me Excessively-Chapter 341 - 342: You Can’t Drive Me Away!
Since he said she didn’t need to explain, does that mean she doesn’t have to leave?
The woman’s face was full of a joyous smile at the moment, causing a strange ache in Noah Drexler’s chest...
Even though he had long known that sending her away wouldn’t be that easy.
Because she always had the ability to easily shake his firmly resolved heart.
Thinking of this, Noah’s eyes flickered slightly.
What surprised him was that her reaction today was several times stronger than he had anticipated.
In the past, if she had found out that he was sending her abroad to attend music school, she would have been so happy she’d forgotten herself.
After a long while, his calm and steady voice sounded again.
"I’ll have the housekeeper accompany you." As he spoke, his gaze was fixed tightly on her face, watching her intently.
"..." Summer Shawcross’s little face turned pale.
Did he mean he still wanted her to leave?
Does he still not believe her...
Thinking of this, her heart suddenly felt a pang, a bit uncomfortable.
She didn’t care how those in the conglomerate viewed her, even if they called her a wicked seductress, she didn’t mind.
Because she knew, the only thing she cared about was him. As long as he lived well, what did a few insults matter?
But now, his insistence on sending her away made her heart sour with bitterness.
She wasn’t feeling wronged, just purely sad, because she had indeed done this kind of thing before, which could be considered her just desserts.
However... sending her abroad as a punishment seemed too harsh for her at this moment.
She didn’t want to leave Narsus City, nor did she want to leave him...
During this period, she had already grown accustomed to having him by her side, accustomed to the sense of security that came with him...
Summer sat frozen on the chair for several seconds before her expression finally changed. She bit her lip and tossed the certificate back into the box.
"I don’t care, I’m not going!" she huffed, glancing discontentedly at the man in front of her, then said.
Saying that, she threw the entire box in front of Noah Drexler.
"Noah Drexler, don’t you think about kicking me out!"
She refused to believe that even if she insisted on staying, he’d have her dragged away!
After living through everything once more, she hadn’t improved her other skills much, but her stubbornness had grown considerably stronger!
As soon as she finished speaking, Summer turned angrily and headed straight upstairs.
Noah sat in the chair, listening to her angry footsteps as she left, the expression on his handsome face shifted, becoming somewhat helpless.
A moment later, he couldn’t help but let out a sigh.
Just as he was about to get up and follow her, his mobile in his pants pocket suddenly vibrated.
He stopped, reached to take out his phone, glanced at it, then answered.
"What’s up." He asked, expressionless.
"Boss, Sean Shawcross is missing..." came a voice from one of the bodyguards on the phone.
"Missing?" Upon hearing this, Noah’s face darkened.
"He must have sensed our people tailing him, so..."
After hearing that, Noah’s expression turned grim. He pressed his thin lips together and ordered, word by word!
"Continue the search, this time when you find him, act immediately!" As he finished speaking, he glanced up in the direction of the second-floor staircase.
"Yes, boss!"
