My Aloof Husband, Mr. Drexler, Dotes Me Excessively-Chapter 181: Pillow Talk Persuasion
Hearing the signal, Sean Morgan turned his head and glanced at Summer Shawcross.
Summer Shawcross glanced at the woman in the red dress by the window and then signaled Sean Morgan to take action.
Sean Morgan sat there, his expression full of reluctance, then whispered to Summer Shawcross.
"Mrs., isn’t this inappropriate..."
"What’s inappropriate? It’s good to do kind deeds and accumulate virtue, help this poor girl!" Summer Shawcross coughed and said, ignoring her conscience.
Hmm, she definitely wasn’t sending Sean Morgan as bait because Wendy Linden had something on her.
Wendy Linden quickly nodded from the side.
"..." Sean Morgan’s expression was full of helplessness.
After Mrs. whispered sweet nothings into the boss’s ear last night, the boss suddenly stopped his work, sent him over, and instructed him to satisfy all of Mrs.’s requests...
Hesitating for a while, he got up from his seat, and walked up to the woman in the red dress with his head held high.
Seeing this, Summer Shawcross finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Do you think this will really work?" Wendy Linden couldn’t help but express her concern.
"Of course it will!" Summer Shawcross said with confidence.
Although Sean Morgan may appear a bit rough, his looks are still quite upright, and having been Noah Drexler’s trusted assistant for years with good skills, his demeanor naturally has a masculine charm.
For a woman like Wendy Linden’s stepmother, who is just over thirty and recently abandoned, feeling emotionally lonely, such a man is still very attractive.
At this point, Sean Morgan had already reached the window and stopped beside the woman in the red dress.
"Sorry to disturb you..."
The woman, who had been gazing outside with a look of disappointment, turned her head curiously upon hearing the voice.
She was a bit surprised to see Sean Morgan.
"Miss, may I sit here?" Sean Morgan read out Summer Shawcross’s scripted lines awkwardly.
"Of course!" The woman happily agreed almost without hesitation.
Sean Morgan nodded and sat down in front of her with an unnatural expression.
The two chatted for a bit, and the woman then happily got up, took Sean Morgan’s arm, and walked out of the café together.
Watching Sean Morgan’s extremely unnatural steps, Summer Shawcross sighed and couldn’t help but cast a sympathetic glance at him.
It wasn’t long before Summer Shawcross’s phone rang; she took it out of her bag and heard Sean Morgan’s voice.
"Mrs., it’s done."
...
A few minutes later, Summer Shawcross and Wendy Linden arrived at the door of a room on the third floor of a hotel near the café.
She knocked on the door, and it was opened.
"Mrs.," the bodyguard lowered his head slightly.
Summer Shawcross hurried inside.
In the room, the woman in the red dress was sitting angrily on the sofa.
Besides Sean Morgan, there were a few other bodyguards surrounding her.
Hearing the noise, the woman turned her head, looked at Summer Shawcross and Wendy Linden, her expression changed again!
"It’s you?"
"Bitch!" Wendy Linden walked over angrily and slapped her.
The woman was stunned by the slap, in a daze for two seconds, then suddenly stood up wanting to fight with Wendy Linden, but was stopped by the bodyguards. The woman had no choice but to angrily give up and collapsed back onto the sofa.
"What right do you have to capture me!" she glanced at the bodyguards and Wendy Linden in the room, asking angrily!
