Multiverse Dungeon Maker System-Chapter 57 – Strongest Force Enter!
Chapter 57 - 57 – Strongest Force Enter!
Not only in Kuoh town, Konoha also experienced changes after Kakashi and his team returned from the dungeon.
"So you're saying this Dungeon Chat Room is connected to the people in another dimension?" Tsunade asked the silver haired shinobi standing across from her. "What about your strange power that defies logic? Are you sure those came from the same source?"
"Yes. The chat room allows us to contact another dimension directly through writings. And yes, we obtained them after arriving at the Tower of Resentment." Kakashi responded calmly without missing a beat. "I believe this place, whatever it truly is, holds immense potential for growth."
Tsunade frowned slightly; brows furrowing in contemplation at his words.
"Do you understand exactly what that implies?"
"I do." Kakashi nodded, knowing the danger of being connected to something unknown.
However...
"Fortunately, we can only meet inside the dungeon. Unfortunately, we can meet them in the waiting room."
A waiting room that could be accessed easily through a large, unguarded gate was dangerous. Not to mention, every gate was connected to the same place.
If a missing ninja or dangerous individuals made contact inside, there was no telling what kind of situation would occur.
Tsunade grunted at that. "For now, I need details of this matter. The monocle that you brought here interests me greatly."
"Right."
As requested, Kakashi explained how his team acquired said items along with the brief description of what the Tower of Resentment offered inside. Afterwards, they spent hours discussing plans moving forwards regarding this new phenomenon occurring in their village.
The strange magic that the people from the other dimension wield to the dungeon chat room.
Everything was documented carefully so as to avoid future problems arising due to ignorance or lack of knowledge regarding its nature and functions. Thus far, Kakashi learned little except that these mysterious occurrences stemmed from some sort of entity referred to as Dungeon Maker.
"By the way, Lady Tsunade. The cave we found before disappeared too. We also encountered people from Sunagakure yesterday."
After a bit more discussion and gathering necessary information, the Hokage leaned backwards with a heavy sigh.
"This is troublesome."
Troublesome, indeed.
Unknown entities were acting in her village's territory, technically. For now, she could accept the system Kakashi talked about, but she would definitely keep a close eye on the dungeon gate.
At that moment, a presence made itself known from behind her.
"Are you having a problem, Tsunade?"
Looking back, the Hokage saw a man with long white hair wearing red and green robes. She scowled when she saw that familiar smile plastered onto the masked man's face.
He was one of the three legendary Sannin from Konoha.
"Jiraiya."
"I've been looking into some strange activity lately," Jiraiya replied casually as he sat down nearby. A mischievous glint flashed across his features before returning normal once again. "You know I don't like meddling with other nations affairs unless absolutely needed, right?"
He chuckled, seemingly amused by his own joke.
"What do you want, then?" Tsunade shot an annoyed glare his way.
"That gate interests me. And the floating stuff that I couldn't touch yesterday... It came from that place, right?"
"Yeah."
The Toad Sage grinned. His expression was filled with amusement mixed with curiosity; like a child discovering something interesting for the first time ever since being born into the world.
There was another reason though why he showed up uninvited today—
He wanted to explore the dungeons. He craved adventure and excitement within his boring life.
Teaching Naruto was fun, but not challenging enough to quench the boredom building up inside him slowly. And the opportunity arose when he saw that mysterious gate floating midair.
So he waited until morning arrived before approaching Tsunade to get permission and explanation about what transpired here recently.
Meanwhile, Kakashi remained quiet throughout their exchange thus far. Only observing silently. However, after seeing Jiraiya's eagerness, the masked shinobi cleared his throat lightly.
"The dungeon isn't something that can be ventured alone."
"I agree, Jiraiya." Tsunade supported Kakashi. "It seems safe, but you cannot expect to fight against a skilled enemy on your own if something happens. We need more information first. This isn't your normal adventure and you need to prepare first."
"I see." Jiraiya crossed his arms. "Then, we should gather more data and share it among ourselves."
Tsunade nodded. "That's true, but I want to keep it low-key for now."
"Even more so of a reason." A grin crept its way across his lips. "Think of this as a reconnaissance mission. We need to send the best among the best! Don't worry too much. This old man still got it, and I've traveled all over the world anyway. If worse comes to worst, I could always flee."
"Reconnaissance..." Tsunade narrowed her eyes at him suspiciously before eventually relenting with reluctance. "...fine."
To be honest, the reason she agreed wasn't because of Jiraiya's reasoning. Leaving the dungeon alone was dangerous. They didn't know who was staying inside right now.
It had to be controlled under their nose somehow.
"Create a team that will go with you. Make sure they are capable and can be trusted." Tsunade commanded. "As for Kakashi. I will give you a task to find more caves hidden around the area, like usual."
"Understood, Lady Tsunade." Kakashi acknowledged dutifully.
With everything sorted, the duo left the office shortly afterwards.
In the empty office, Tsunade looked back at the gate that was visible from her seat. She narrowed her eyes dangerously, thinking she might have to enter herself.
Meanwhile, in a hidden village far away from Konoha, in a place filled with sandstorms.
The Kazekage stood in front of the gate with his arms crossed. His gaze sharpened as he looked at his trusted friend, Kankurou and Temari, who stood next to him.
"Let's go."
The strongest force of Sunagakure disappeared inside the dungeon gate.
