Mr. CEO's Substitute Bride-Chapter 827 - 823: Mia Foster, Remember What You Said Today!
I still remember the feeling of the first time, the tight embrace made him suffocated and unable to move...
"Felix Shaw! Get off me now!"
Mia Foster grabbed the big hand above her while defending herself from below. The man’s lips and tongue were slowly nibbling at the back of her neck, the feeling of being overwhelmed from both directions made her incredibly flustered.
"No! We are a married couple, I want to exercise my rights as a husband." With Evander Lancaster’s bad advice, the man who was already stubborn became even more obstinate.
He flipped Mia Foster’s body over, pressed himself against her, one big hand clamped her wrists above her head, his agile tongue unbuttoned the front of Mia’s dress button by button, while his other hand landed on her hips with a heavy squeeze...
"Felix Shaw! Get off me now, we are not husband and wife; we’re getting divorced..."
"That’s wishful thinking on your part!" The obvious emotion in his words, Mia Foster clearly heard the metal buckle being undone, her heart was filled with panic. She was a rational woman with her own persistence and didn’t want to live a life that was unclear. Since she decided to go separate ways, there should be no more entanglement.
Her body twisted left and right constantly, but she couldn’t escape the man’s grasp. When the bottom of her skirt was torn away, feeling the heat touching her skin, her panic turned into anger.
Mia Foster suddenly stopped struggling, looked at the man already lost in lust and confusion, and coldly said, "Felix Shaw! Don’t make me hate you! If you dare force me, it will truly be over between us!"
Felix Shaw suddenly lifted his handsome face, meeting Mia Foster’s gaze, his voice hoarse as he asked, "If I don’t force you, will there still be a chance for us?"
Not daring to look at those red eyes filled with hope and longing, Mia Foster turned her face to the side and said calmly, "Maybe."
Whether it was a delaying tactic or this was truly what she thought, those three words gave Felix Shaw boundless hope. After hesitating for a moment, Felix also turned his face aside, let out a heavy sigh, "Mia Foster, remember what you said today!"
After speaking, he released Mia Foster’s hands, rolled off the bed, and walked towards the bedroom door while fastening his belt.
Watching Felix Shaw’s figure disappear outside the door, Mia Foster clutched her chest, closing her eyes and breathing deeply.
Just a little more, just a little more, and she would have lost control. Luckily, Felix Shaw didn’t completely lose his mind.
After calming down, she hastily got up, buttoned up her dress, without time to slip on her shoes, and quickly walked out of the bedroom, across the living room, and left with her high heels on.
Felix Shaw wrapped in a bath towel came out of the bathroom. For the first time in his life, he had taken a cold shower. Seeing the empty living room, he instinctively turned to the kitchen, not finding Mia Foster’s figure, and then went back to the bedroom. Apart from the traces of the two lying on the bed, the bedroom was also empty.
He dressed and went to his mother’s room. Melody Zachary had not gotten up yet; she was still deep asleep under the thin blanket wrapped tightly around her small frame, looking quite uneasy. Her brows were furrowed, and even her breathing was somewhat labored.
"Mom, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?" Felix Shaw sat sideways by the bed, heard his mother’s weak response, and reached out to touch her forehead. The burning sensation came, it turned out Melody Zachary was sick.
He intended to call Evander Lancaster to come over, but then thought Evander was busy with work and didn’t have the time to take care of his mother, so he picked her up and strode out of the apartment.
