"Ahhhh, it really is Bai Lingyun!" Mengmeng excitedly grabbed Youyou’s arm and shook it back and forth. "Youyou, why didn’t you tell me Bai Lingyun was coming to pick you up from school himself?"

Bai Lingyun took off his sunglasses and glanced at the chubby girl next to Youyou. "I wanted to give her a surprise."

"Uncle Bai, this surprise isn’t much of a surprise!" Youyou sighed.

She originally thought she had totally embarrassed herself, but this outcome was barely acceptable.

"Oh? It seems like you’re not very happy to have me at your school." Bai Lingyun sighed with disappointment, his strikingly handsome face intentionally showing a sense of sorrow.

"No, no, we’re really happy to have you!" A group of little girls nearby chirped, eagerly trying to push their way closer.

Even though this was Manchester’s most famous elite school, celebrities were still quite a rarity for most of the girls, especially someone of Bai Lingyun’s caliber who would usually be totally out of reach.

In no time, they had all forgotten about Youyou, just trying to get closer to him.

"Can I take a photo with you?"

Youyou looked at them bewilderedly, noticing how quickly they changed sides.

When did they become her best friends?

Only Mengmeng was.

"Ahem!" Youyou said seriously, "Mengmeng, hasn’t your dad arrived yet? He said we’d have dinner together tonight, did you tell your dad?"

Mengmeng was so happy she almost jumped up, "I’ll tell him right away, wait for me!"

She jumped down from the car, her little backpack on her back, standing in front of Momo and Shen Lingfeng.
