"Lady Valerie, have one of the guards carry Anders to one of my guest rooms. Also, I want to take a quick shower. I don’t need any of your assistance for that".

Lady Valerie replied to me, and as I walked toward my bathroom, I heard her ordering Mara and Maya to begin cleaning up my room and replacing my bed, pillows and blankets with new ones.

"I have not eaten anything since yesterday. I am starving right now". I said to myself as I bent down and removed the black shoes I was wearing.

I wore one of my shower slippers, and after switching on the shower, I removed my clothes and stood under the shower.

I didn’t want to bathe in the bathtub, as that was going to take most of my time.

A few minutes passed and I finished bathing.

I grabbed my cell phone from the cabinet and removed the shower slippers I was wearing, before I came out of the bathroom wearing a blue bathrobe.

I didn’t bother to carry my dirty clothes or my shoes because I knew the omega maidservants would help me wash them if they came to tidy my room tomorrow.

You see, although when Fireball and Irving were still eggs, I ordered that no one be allowed to enter my bedroom without my permission. But, that had to change because it would be inconvenient for the omega maid servants who came to tidy my room every day. After all, it was not as if the eggs would allow anyone else other than me to see them.

By the time I came out of the bedroom, I saw that the room had been cleaned up. Even the bed, the blankets and the pillows had been replaced with new ones.

"That was fast". I admitted, because I truly didn’t expect them to finish by now.

Not thinking much, I tossed my cell phone on the bed and entered my dressing room. Because I preferred wearing trousers compared to gowns or dresses, I picked out light jean trousers and a white singlet and a white shirt, together with my black bra.

I wore them all and put on fancy black slippers that had a flower design.

When I opened the door to the dressing room, I saw Fireball and Irving waiting for me right in front of the door.

Before I could ask them if they were okay, I heard their stomachs growling. ’Gosh, they are hungry. I forgot that they are just babies and need to eat healthily in order to grow healthily’. I thought

"Anyway, I haven’t forgotten to do the things you mentioned, Elektra. I will accomplish them after eating food". I replied to her after bending down and picking up both Fireball and Irving in my arms.

’Sure. And, hurry up and eat something. I am affected too’. Elektra said with a groan, and I left my bedroom with Fireball and Irving in my arms.

But wait, are both Fireball and Irving male or female? I mean, I could check them to find out. But, they are shapeshifters. They could literally shapeshift into any form, including shapeshifting into any gender.

I think I will continue to think of them as males. That makes more sense to me.

Though, if they ever shift into their true forms (dragons), I would confirm their true genders.

After leaving my bedroom, I headed to the dining room.

By now, the omega maidservants should have finished serving the food on the dining table, since the chefs must have finished making me something to eat.

Also, no need for me to check up on Anders right now.

He needs to rest, before I take him to the hospital for a blood transfusion, and feed him the pain relief and health booster pills.

I arrived in the dining room and was glad to see that different delicious-looking and expensive-looking food had been served on the dining table.

Spicy-looking grilled fish with rich toppings like sliced cabbages, green peppers, onions and lemon. Soft wine, and fried rice that has sliced eggs on top of it.

The pleasant aroma of the food made my stomach growl with hunger.

Fireball and Irving wanted to jump out of my arms.

"Don’t you dare think about jumping into my food". I warned them and they whimpered. Well, it was not as if I wasn’t going to share the food with them.

I sat down on one of the dining chairs as I prepared myself to eat.

The dining table was large, so there was enough space for me to keep Fireball and Irving on it.

"Both of you should behave. If not, I will not feed you any of my food". I said to them, and it wasn’t a problem for me because they understood the assignment and stayed quietly.

It was nice to stay in a fancy dining room to eat, but I do feel lonely sometimes.

Maybe it was because I don’t get to eat food in the same space as my family or friends.

’Elektra, after tomorrow, I don’t care, I am going to the human city. I want to see my parents’. I told her.

’Sure, sure, Clara. Do whatever you want. I support you’. This was her reply to me.

I felt relieved that she didn’t oppose my idea. But, for me to go to the human city without anyone knowing, I have to either disappear using my black magic, or I must at least master how to disappear using my light magic.
