The new Sun King stayed around the South Pole. His light and heat helped to maintain the desert conditions suitable for the survival of the Vulcan people.

But his weakness and the presence of a Snow King in the world prevented the spread of the desert to every part of the world. The desert could only be maintained in the lower half of the world.

On the other side, the Snow King moved to the vicinity of the North Pole. She was producing a dim white light that made her appear like a moon. But unlike a moon, she is producing a large torrent of frigid winds.

The Snow King is a giant like the Sun King. But the element she controls is the opposite of the Sun King. While the Sun produces heat and light, the Snow King produces ice and wind.

Because of the presence of the Snow King in the northern part of Aries, the worldwide desert has disappeared from the upper half of the world. What is now present in the upper half of the world is a dark, cold world of ice and snow.

As bad as the darkness and coldness of the northern part of Aries is, it is very good for the Tundra race. So the Tundra race can now multiply and prosper.

The two Sovereigns split the world in half like this and helped to create suitable environments for their respective races. Right now, the two Sovereigns have split the world peacefully without fighting. But Arthur doesn’t think the peace will last forever.
