In response, the Ivory Gem Emperor smiled and said confidently, "Don’t we still have the gem god above us? As long as we still have the gem god, we have nothing to fear in the universe."

The sixth gem emperor said in agreement, "That is true. I don’t believe that there is anything more powerful than our gem god. It is just not possible."

All of them have various views and concerns about the matter of invading the first civilization that defeated them and took over a mining world from them, but they are all in agreement that the gem god is the strongest being in the universe.

They can consider that even though it is highly unlikely, it is possible for there to be another being like the gem god. But they can’t imagine a reality where there is a being stronger than the gem god.

The existence of the gem god gave them the confidence to come to an arrangement about invading the home world of the new great civilization that they had just encountered.

It is clear that both the gem people and the people of the Blood Skull sect are viewing each other as prey. Even though they don’t want to underestimate each other, they will still underestimate what the other is capable of.

For example, Sword Flash and the others were fooled into thinking that the spatial coordinates they got were for the homeworld of the gem people. He doesn’t know that the world that Quartz was speaking from is just one of the numerous mining worlds of the gem people.

On the other side, the gem people were fooled into thinking that Sword Flash wanted to cooperate and do business with them. They didn’t know that Sword Flash was only being enthusiastic in order to get the spatial coordinates of their world.

The two sides were pulling each other in a scheming tug of war. But whatever they discussed clearly won’t save the Sun King. The Sun King was still being besieged at the South Pole.

After a period of sadness, the Sun King roused himself and made up his mind to fight to the death for every chance of survival. So when the enemy soldiers began entering the boundary of the South Pole, he joined the few loyal Vulcans willing to fight him to fight the enemies.

He rained down fire from above on every enemy that dared to come to kill him. For hours, he fought to prevent the army of the second Sun King from gaining a foothold within the South Pole.

Unfortunately for the Sun King, nothing he could do could change his doomed fate. One of the Vulcans fighting for the second Sun King carried the rank 5 bomb and managed to sneak it into the South Pole. The rank 5 bomb then exploded and began killing everything around it.

The explosion of the rank 5 bomb was strange. The bomb didn’t explode into one large ball of fire that spreads and tries to destroy everything around it with heat and fire. The bomb exploded into a river of ice and snow.

The rank 5 bomb has been specially designed to rapidly cool everything around it. So when it exploded, it was as if a torrent of ice had suddenly appeared in the hot South Pole. The torrent of ice quickly spread around, freezing everything it touched.

Most of the power of the explosion stayed within the South Pole because of the barrier serving as its boundaries. The barrier turned the entire South Pole into a pressure cooker for the ice storm that suddenly appeared within it.

For Vulcans, an explosion of fire might not be as destructive as an explosion of ice. The immense cold froze their blood and their hearts. And because the ice was so strong, they became frozen statues of dead Vulcans as soon as the cold explosion touched them.

The South Pole was supposed to be the last refuge of the Vulcans, so it is always dry and hot. But today it became a tundre living hell. Not even the most powerful Vulcan, the Sun King, wanted to be anywhere near this Tundra hellscape.

Because the explosion was too powerful for Aries, most of the power of the explosion was displaced to the second and third layers of the world. So the Sun King was spared from experiencing the full brunt of the power of the rank 5 bomb. However, this didn’t mean that he came out of the explosion unscathed.

The explosion didn’t kill the Sun King immediately. This was because the maximum power of ice that he experienced was at 100C °C while his power was at 80C.

The power of the explosion wasn’t enough to instantly overwhelm and freeze him into an icicle, but if he continued to stay within the South Pole, he would slowly freeze to death.

The explosion of the rank 5 bomb was also long-lasting. Because of the seal of the barrier around the South Pole, the power of the explosion was preserved in the confines of the South Pole, and the frigid ice would continue to wreak havoc there for up to a month without diminishing.

It is only after a month of frigid destruction that the power of the bomb will begin to dessipate. So it is clear that if the Sun King is to survive, he can’t remain at the South Pole.

It was easy for him to come to this conclusion and even easier to execute this solution to save his life. But he wasn’t happy when his mind came up with the solution.
