Massage Parlor for Unsatisfied Wives in Another World-Chapter 39: I want to forget everything
"Oh, they’re gone... So, honey, when can I take control of the doppelganger?"
"In due time. We’ve already talked about that."
"Yeah... I get it. Amy’s safety comes first, and you’re good at keeping things safe."
"Haah~ okay, we’re finally done with that. Now all that’s left is..."
With that, we were free again. I looked at Iris to see what she had in mind. With Azalea and Amarillys, I felt like I’d let go of a lot, but as always, I can do more.
But I wanted to prioritize paying off the debt first and foremost. If Iris wanted to continue with the night—or rather, whatever time it is now—we’d do it, since I promised her.
Realising what my look meant, she answered my question.
"ufff, honey, the truth is I got really excited when we were with Amy, and well, unlike when we merged... well, honey, I’ll tell you I’m pretty satisfied, huehue~. But if you want, you can use my body however you like, huehue~. Give it to me without mercy while—"
"Stop! If you’re really okay with that, we’ll postpone it for later. Let’s catch up on our sleep. I’m sure you’ll feel better by then."
"Oh! Great, honey! That way I can try a few things. I want to see if I can carry you now and Huehue~"
Yeah, Iris is definitely more excited and out of control than usual, but it’s not surprising with so many stimulating things going on.
I hope she calms down a bit, and I really hope that no more clients show up, at least for the next few hours.
"...Let’s just not overdo it. Anyway, let’s take turns with this in case a client comes in. You go first."
..
.
"...uaaa~ Why does sleeping feel so good?"
I got up with a bit of regret; I really wanted to keep going, but I couldn’t. I looked at the clock on the wall that I bought—I had slept for exactly one hour.
Paying off the debt was very flexible; I could pay it at my convenience, even if I only wanted to pay for a minute, which was the minimum amount of time.
And as soon as I made it clear that I intended to pay for a certain amount of time, an overwhelming urge to sleep would hit me, and I’d fall asleep in an instant.
I looked at the clock again; twelve hours had passed since the doppelganger left with Amarillys.
It’s a clock set to this world, which has eight more hours in a day than my previous world.
Technically, that clock doesn’t serve its main purpose, as we’re in different time zones at the same time, but it helps Iris and me settle into our daily routines.
Iris and I have been taking turns over the twelve hours—six each—and we don’t have much left to go before we’ve paid off the debt.
Before going downstairs to switch shifts, I checked in on how things were going with the doppelganger.
"Hmm, good. Looks like she got in, though it wasn’t exactly easy... Hmm, that information is really valuable."
Everything was going well. Amarillys wasn’t lying when she said she enjoyed reading as a hobby and had a mini-library in her room—things my doppelganger took advantage of to learn a lot.
Only half an hour had passed since she entered the palace. Before that, she spent her time wandering around and feeding our common sense even more.
Since she was basically me, she did everything flawlessly and gathered information on many things I wanted to know.
Now I have a clearer idea of what that "corruption" means: it’s the penalty that frequently appears in all missions, and I now know for sure that I must avoid it at all costs.
Everything okay over there now... huh? Is she talking to the system?
That’s when I heard a voice downstairs; it was barely audible, and I just thought it was Iris talking to the system.
I’d seen her do it before, so I figured that’s what it was, but I checked anyway and...
"Shit!"
There was no time to waste. I got up and immediately communicated mentally with Iris:
’What are you doing? Stop!.’
’Oh, honey, are you awake? Wait, I feel like I’m close to something—it’s on the tip of my tongue. Hmmm, there’s definitely something important here.’
Talking to her didn’t help at all, but at the cost of almost tripping, I managed to reach the place quickly, and there was Iris, standing next to a girl.
The reason I rushed over was that Iris was circling around her, looking at her from different angles in a very scrutinizing and invasive way, like a dog sniffing a stranger.
The girl, on the other hand, was just standing there, looking nervous and unsure of how to react to what Iris was doing.
"Ugh! What is this?... Aren’t we just supposed to have MILFs? Or is she one? Hmm, but I get this feeling like she’s... no... oh, is she? No, after all, she isn’t... but what is this..."
That’s when Iris stopped circling around her and began looking at her, shifting her gaze between her face as if she understood something, but then looking down at the girl’s chest and shaking her head, then looking back up at her face and hesitating again.
I really don’t understand what Iris is doing right now, and obviously that behavior made the girl even more nervous, so I quickly stepped in to stop her.
"H-help"
Yeah, the poor girl was so uncomfortable and probably scared that when she saw me, she ran toward me, fleeing from Iris.
’I don’t understand what’s going on here, but for now, go upstairs. I’ll handle the customer.’
’But honey, I feel like I’m close to discovering something.’
’Just go upstairs. We need to talk about customer service later.’
’It’s just that there really is something about that girl. Oh, I know, honey—why don’t we merge? I feel like I think better that way.’
’No, I’ll handle the client. We’ll only do it if necessary, but for now, go upstairs.’
’Well, okay, hmm, but there’s definitely something... you have to find out what it is.’
I had a quick mental conversation with Iris. I don’t know what it is about that girl that’s got her like this, but that wasn’t important.
She is another client, so I have to tread carefully. I’m already halfway through the job with Amarillys, and with Azalea already in the process, it never hurts to have a plan B in case things go wrong with her.
I just hope Iris’s actions don’t make the girl want to leave.
Iris left, not without casting a few glances at the girl. She didn’t seem to be giving up on whatever she was doing.
The girl kept hiding behind me, using me as cover until Iris finally left.
"Whew~"
"I’m sorry, dear customer. We’re a new place, and my wife hasn’t quite learned how to deal with customers yet. Yes, she made you uncomfortable. I apologize for her."
I turned around and apologized immediately, and I could barely hear her sigh of relief.
"Y-yes, I-I understand. She startled me a little, and... I’m not very good with strangers... no need to apologize."
She reacted a bit oddly to my words. When she looked at me, she blushed; she seemed to get nervous, and when she lowered her gaze, she blushed even more.
I looked to see what the problem was.
"Oh, sorry about that, I was sleeping and came down in a bit of a hurry."
Yes, my yukata, which I’m still not used to wearing, was rumpled because I’d just gotten up and came running.
I guess she was embarrassed to see me like that; it’s funny how red she is.
I suppose it stands out more because she has hair of a curious white color, tied in a ponytail, and her skin is also very fair.
It makes me wonder a bit whether it’s actually one of the requirements for becoming a customer, but she’s very pretty, with her red eyes and a mole beneath one of them.
On top of that, unlike her two predecessors, she didn’t come incognito and was dressed in a way that personally caught my attention.
Her clothes look very modern; they’re very similar to what I’m used to.
Another difference is that she had, so to speak, a slender figure. Also, from the looks of it, she seems even younger than me, around her early twenties, though I’m not sure.
Although she looks human, she could be from a long-lived race or something like that.
"U-um... are you the massage therapist?"
"Oh! That’s right, but if it bothers you, my wife is also in the same profession."
"No!!, ahem... I mean, you’re fine, I don’t mind... I’m fine with you."
"...That’s good... Please take a look here; these are the services we offer. If there’s anything you don’t understand, don’t hesitate to ask me."
It was good that she didn’t have a problem with me, so I acted quickly and handed her the brochure listing our services. She, clearly nervous, took the brochure and began to read.
’Honey!! Are you seeing the same thing I am?’
’I don’t get how you can scream during a mental conversation, but stop it and go to sleep—it doesn’t look like fusion or anything else is necessary.’ 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂
’No, honey! That’s not the point. Look at that girl—she obviously likes you. You charmed her at first sight and seduced her when you showed her your pecs. Excellent strategy.’
’Nothing like that happened... but I guess you’re right. She seems aware of me.’
’Of course she is. My honey has always been very handsome, but it was always wasted potential since you could never seduce any other girl besides me.’
’Just go to sleep.’
’And miss this? I won’t do that.’
’Fine, whatever you say.
As usual, Iris is talking nonsense, but she’s not wrong about that—the girl in front of me does seem interested in me.
Putting aside her initial nervousness, right now, every so often, while she was reading the booklet, she’d look up at me, and when she saw me watching her and smiling, she’d quickly look back down and blush intensely.
And to confirm

It seems like she’s definitely interested in me, and I’m not going to let something like that slip by.
I also checked something else.

She came with a mission, and like the previous ones, the objective is something that gives me plenty of leeway to complete it.
I’d prefer to be given a mission like Amarillys’s, with exact percentages, but I suppose this one is a bit more complex.
High regard, in this case, must be a combination of the rational and the emotional in a specific direction.
So, what I have to do is: emotional bond + conscious positive judgment; it’s not just a matter of having high percentages.
Now, something I noticed with Azalea and Amarillys is that both had a crack I could slip through to complete their respective missions more easily—and more.
"Dear client."
"W-what’s going on?"
"I was just wondering if you have any specific needs. That way, I can recommend something—or did you come for what was mentioned outside?"
Although it’s annoying not knowing what each person sees, once I figure it out, I can start there.
"Ah! Yes, that’s exactly what I want—that’s why I came. I want the massage that says it can relieve stress and make me forget everything else."
’Oh! honey, stick it in! That’ll make her forget everything else—it works for me. A couple of deep thrusts and you’re done..’
’...’
"I understand—you’re looking for a relaxing massage focused on mental relief, right? There are a few options for that. I’d recommend aromatherapy combined with a cervical massage; that would suit what you’re asking for. Or would you prefer to pair it with a more full-body massage?"
’Hmm... with how flat she is, I don’t think her shoulders or back hurt... Oh! But more importantly, honey, something’s off here. That girl isn’t a voluptuous MILF—no matter how much I look, she’s got almost no chest, and she doesn’t give me that MILF vibe.’
Yeah, it’s not productive to pay attention to Iris; I’d better focus on this girl.
"... I-I think the one you recommended is enough~ I think anything more would be inappropriate; yes, I’m a lady who hasn’t married yet... Ah!~ Did he say ’wife’?"
"Oh well, dear client, come this way."
Setting aside the fact that her whisper was clearly audible, it seems she’s only now processing what I said about Iris being my wife.
But I didn’t say anything about it and guided her into the massage room.
She followed me with a bit of stiffness and obvious nervousness; she certainly was acting in a very peculiar way.
I really don’t consider myself handsome enough for someone to like me at first sight, let alone for her to be this nervous.
Although, according to Iris, that was an opinion skewed by my negativity. But I think hers was the opinion skewed by her positivity.
