Marvel: My Luck Is A Hundred Million Points Better!-Chapter 162 Galactus: This Is Not A Nerf!!
Chapter 162 - 162 Galactus: This Is Not A Nerf!!
When Galactus noticed that the black substance surrounding Earth was actually the power of the Fairies, he immediately realized he had made a terrible mistake.
He never should have come to Earth... not at all.
Earth—such a small, seemingly insignificant planet. A place that, by all logic, should have been devoured in an instant.
But the humans on this planet... they never stop cheating!
It was already baffling enough that fragments of the Phoenix Force had appeared here. But now—what the hell was this Fairy Power?!
How long had this force been sealed away? And why had it suddenly resurfaced on Earth of all places?
Galactus couldn't figure it out. But right now, he didn't have the luxury of time to dwell on it.
He could look down on Earth. He could even look down on Luo Bai, the Sorcerer Supreme.
But the power of the Fairies... that was something he had to respect.
After all, he had suffered at its hands before.
To understand the grudge between Galactus and the Fairy Power, one would have to go back a long, long time.
Back then, the "young" Galactus was devouring energy across the cosmos, leaving nothing but barren wastelands in his wake.
Until... he encountered the Fairy Power and its previous host.
In truth, it was the Fairy Power that actively sought him out. Or perhaps it was more accurate to say that these two cosmic "gluttons" had an inevitable collision.
After all, they both survived in the same manner—by consuming energy.
A battle was unavoidable.
Logically speaking, Galactus was one of the Five Cosmic Entities of the Universe.
Just the mention of his name alone was enough to strike fear into the hearts of civilizations. There was no reason he should have lost to the Fairy Power.
But Galactus had one fatal weakness—he was never fully satiated.
When Galactus was starving, his combat strength would plummet, making him far weaker than his status as a Cosmic Entity would suggest.
And in that crucial moment, the hungry Galactus was devoured by the Fairy Power.
The Fairy Power absorbed every ounce of his strength, causing Galactus to die—completely.
As for why he was standing here again today...
Well, Galactus always comes back.
As a Cosmic Entity, Galactus was weaker than his peers under normal circumstances, far less formidable than the other fundamental forces of the universe.
And in Marvel's original storyline, Galactus had already died countless times.
But he was still a necessary being—an integral part of the cosmic balance.
So no matter how many times he was killed, Galactus would always be resurrected.
Even though the Fairy Power could devour his strength, it could never truly erase his existence.
As long as Galactus could not be permanently destroyed, he would always find a way to reconstitute his energy and return.
And now, after so many years, Galactus had once again come face-to-face with the power of the Fairies.
It was clear he despised it.
The expression on his face at this moment? Pure disgust and dread.
"Fairy Power! Why... why does the Fairy Power exist on Earth?!" Galactus exclaimed in shock. "You... are you its host?"
His voice trembled. His expression twisted in disbelief.
It was the kind of look a human would have after encountering a ghost.
Luo Bai smirked at his reaction. "Galan. You dismissed the Phoenix Force fragments as no real threat to you. But what about the Fairy Power?" His eyes gleamed coldly. "As its host... am I a threat to you now?"
"..."
Galactus remained silent.
Because the Fairy Power was unlike anything else in existence.
Even Galactus himself couldn't fully comprehend its nature.
Why did such an overpowered, bug-like force exist in this universe?
Ever since his first encounter with the Fairy Power, Galactus had always believed it should have been weakened—sealed away forever.
And yet, here it was again.
What was the Living Tribunal even doing? How was such a broken force allowed to exist?
The universe was filled with many powerful forces.
The Phoenix Force, for instance, was tremendously strong. And once its host became the White Phoenix, its power could expand to an infinite level.
But even that power had an upper limit.
The White Phoenix was the cap—the final form of its evolution.
But the Fairy Power?
It was a bottomless pit. There was no limit. No end.
The more Galactus thought about it, the more panic took hold of him.
"No... No, it shouldn't exist! It should be sealed away! Forever!"
He didn't even try to hide his true feelings.
The hatred he had for the Fairy Power was genuine.
And the moment those words left his mouth, Galactus immediately ceased absorbing energy from Earth and the surrounding universe.
It was obvious.
He had realized that no matter how much he continued absorbing, all that energy would ultimately be consumed by the Fairy Power in the end.
So he gave up.
From this moment on, Galactus abandoned his plan to devour Earth.
More than anything, he just wanted to leave. To escape this place before he died—again.
Luo Bai could see Galactus's intention.
But since the Fairy Power had already been unleashed... it wouldn't be right to let him leave so easily.
Sighing regretfully, Luo Bai muttered, "I warned you, yet you still chose to invade Earth. Now, the question is no longer whether you want to leave... but whether you even can." His eyes narrowed. "Galan."
The moment those words fell, the Fairy Power surged outward at an astonishing speed.
What had originally been confined to the size of Earth rapidly expanded—spreading across half the universe in the blink of an eye.
Luo Bai could sense it.
The Fairy Power was exhilarated.
The way it stared at Galactus... was like a predator eyeing a fattened lamb.
And it wasn't subtle about its hunger either.
As soon as it expanded, the Fairy Power immediately encircled Galactus, beginning to drain his energy once more.
Sensing its intentions, Galactus reacted instinctively, ready to fight back.
But Luo Bai knew one thing for sure—if the Fairy Power and Galactus clashed here, Earth would be reduced to dust.
The planet might even have to restart its entire existence hundreds of times.
That was not an option.
So without hesitation, Luo Bai pulled Galactus into his Dark Dimension.
And just like that, both of them vanished from Earth.
Seeing Luo Bai and Galactus disappear, Stark and the others panicked.
Stark anxiously asked, "What just happened? Why did Luo Bai and Galactus vanish? And what was that black thing just now?"
Polaris also asked urgently, "Wong, why did Master Luo Bai disappear?"
Wong clearly didn't know the exact details, but he could only make an educated guess: "The Sorcerer Supreme might have pulled him into a dimensional space. That's the only way to prevent him from destroying the Earth."
Pulled the Planet Devourer into a dimensional space?
Mirror Dimension magic?

Stark was familiar with that spell.
But if Luo Bai had done that, it meant only one thing—he was planning to fight the Planet Devourer one-on-one.
Realizing this, Stark immediately panicked. "Is he seriously going to challenge a God of Creation to a duel?"
Wong nodded. "Judging from the current situation, that seems to be his plan."
"But..."
Stark wanted to say more but fell silent mid-sentence.
Even though he was worried about Luo Bai, he knew there was nothing he could do to help.
More importantly, the Earth was still in danger. Galactus might be gone, but his Heralds were still here.
"We don't have time to dwell on this. We still need to deal with them," Wanda said, snapping Stark out of his thoughts.
Stark nodded, then stepped forward and looked up at the three Heralds of Galactus floating in the sky. He shouted, "Sorry, but Earth is closed today. I'd suggest you leave while you still can."
The Firelord, one of Galactus's Heralds, understood Stark's meaning. He just looked down at him angrily and said, "You Earthlings think you can stop us and the Planet Devourer?!"
Stark frowned and replied seriously, "Compared to you so-called supreme beings of the universe, humans are indeed weak. But that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to our planet."
As he finished speaking, two glowing golden portals appeared on either side of him.
From the left portal, a group of Kamar-Taj sorcerers, led by Doctor Strange, stepped onto the battlefield.
From the right portal, the Wakandan army, led by Black Panther, emerged in formation.
As soon as the two forces arrived, Spider-Man swung in with his web, landing swiftly.
Then, Thor descended from the sky, lightning crackling around him.
From the distance, Hela arrived, leading an army of undead warriors.
The X-Men, led by Professor X, stepped onto the battlefield, followed by the underground mutant resistance, headed by Polaris.
Earth's strongest warriors—no matter how big or small—had all assembled.
Even S.H.I.E.L.D had mobilized its forces, and among them was, of course, Captain America.
Despite the lingering tension between Steve Rogers and Stark, this was a matter of Earth's survival.
For now, their personal grudges had to be set aside.
Stark was genuinely moved to see everyone standing together to defend the planet.
He was about to say something when, suddenly, two unexpected guests arrived.
Emerging from the shadows were none other than... Dormammu and the demon Mephisto.
Stark, who had just been feeling inspired, was instantly thrown into confusion.
"???? Wait, someone please explain—why the hell is Dormammu here?!" Stark blurted out, turning to Wong.
"..." Wong was equally stunned. After a brief pause, he shook his head. "I have no idea! And why is Mephisto here too?!"
Dormammu and Mephisto exchanged glances and sighed.
"...Take a wild guess why we're here... And guess if we even had a choice..."
