The lights in New York dimmed, and even the surrounding streetlamps flickered. They couldn't resist the oppressive gloom brought by that ominous presence.

"Let's find a hotel. It feels like the weather has gotten a lot colder," Wanda said, rubbing her hands together and breathing on them, as if trying to dispel the biting chill.

"Hotel?"

The Dark Witch's eyes became slightly unnatural, casting a subtle glance at the two.

"What are you looking at us for? Go to the hotel and sleep," Wanda said innocently, not realizing the implication of her words.

But to the other two, it was a little embarrassing.

"Are you talking about sleeping properly or not?"

The Dark Witch grinned, seizing the opportunity to tease her.

"Come on, you're always thinking about nonsense," Wanda huffed, realizing her slip and speaking in embarrassment.

However, just as the two were bickering, all three suddenly turned in unison toward a certain direction. Their expressions grew serious at once.

"Finn, what do we do now?" Wanda asked uncertainly, looking to Finn beside her.

"Come with me. That energy is very strong," Finn said without hesitation. He immediately enveloped the two women in a cloud of black mist and flew away with them.

The reason he wanted to leave was simple. They were in the heart of New York City, and if a battle broke out, it would cause massive destruction—something Finn did not want.

Soon after.

The three arrived at a suburb far removed from the bustling city.

"Is it finally safe here?" Wanda asked, glancing around.

But in that instant—

Boom!!!

An overwhelming energy erupted across the world. The clouds above began swirling madly, drawn into a vortex by the invisible force.

The gathered clouds twisted violently, forming a massive void in the sky.

A blue beam of light shot upward, then twisted into a roaring current, gathering together to form a passage linking to another dimension.

The next moment.

A red figure slowly descended from the heavens, brimming with chaotic, restless energy. Silver lightning flashed across his body, crackling uncontrollably, causing the very fabric of space to tremble.

It was as if reality itself strained under the pressure of his arrival.

Finn squinted and asked in a low voice, "Who are you?"

"You don't know me?" the figure responded with a smirk, then continued, "No wonder. The war hasn't been over for long... you wouldn't have seen me."

"Stop the chatter. What's your purpose here?" the Dark Witch demanded, her eyes gleaming dangerously.

"I've heard from others that you're strong," the figure said, his aura flaring even more fiercely, "so I came straight to you."

A faint, terrifying energy seeped out from him.

At that moment, Finn's instincts kicked in. The aura was familiar—just like those demon lords.

Could it be...

Before Finn could voice his suspicion, the man grinned and said, "Seems like you figured it out."

"Mephisto," Finn rasped, his voice hoarse.

In an instant, it all clicked. The demon kings who fled earlier had mentioned this—but Finn hadn't expected Mephisto himself would come.

"Since you understand, I'll end this here and now," Mephisto said coldly. "It'll save me a lot of trouble."

Without warning, Mephisto lunged forward.

Mephisto's fist was packed with horrifying power!!

Whoosh!!

The moment his fist swung out, the air split apart, generating a massive shockwave.

An endless, raging windstorm blasted outward, ripping through the landscape.

The ground shook violently, trees bent under the force, and those caught in the crossfire were shredded by the fury of the tempest.

Even the burning trees—set alight by the sheer energy of the blast—were torn apart and flung high into the air, burning debris blotting out the sky.

The very earth was peeled back, exposing layers of soil meters deep.

Whoosh!!

"Mephisto!!!"

Finn, facing this raging force, sensed the intense battle-lust in his opponent. His eyes blazed wildly as he roared out.

He knew—this Mephisto was leagues above the demon kings he had faced.

No hesitation.

In a flash, Finn accelerated.

Whoosh!!

His body became a blur, invisible to the naked eye. Space twisted madly around him, rippling outward in shockwaves.

The very stars overhead seemed to waver and blur as space itself distorted.

"Mephisto! I'll show you what true defeat looks like!!"

Finn's eyes were bloodshot, fierce, and filled with dense red veins, making him look utterly terrifying.

Mephisto, on the other hand, smirked as he watched Finn's growing rage and the terrifying power he was unleashing.

"This time, all of you will die here!!" Mephisto declared.

He had already understood the cause of Finn's emotional eruption and saw no reason for panic.

At the same time, faced with Finn's sudden, ferocious offensive, Mephisto's expression turned serious.

In his mind—

Whoosh!!!

The already terrifying Mephisto accelerated further!!

His speed, already past the sound barrier, skyrocketed once again.

The space surrounding his body distorted violently, like a stone splashing into still water, creating endless, spreading ripples.

The entire sky, the very scenery around them, began to twist and deform under the pressure of their collision.

As Mephisto and Finn rushed toward each other, reality lost its shape, succumbing to the enormous forces tearing through it.

The two witches—Wanda and the Dark Witch Wanda—could only stand on the sidelines. The energy flooding the area was so potent, so unstable, that they couldn't even step onto the battlefield.
