Married For Now-Chapter 245: THE TWINS

TO IMPROVE their little princess’s mood, Sohee and Kim Heedo brought Kim Woohee to a dessert place.

It was a café with a princess theme.

Most of the decorations were pink, and it was their daughter’s favorite color of the week.

Woohee changes all her favorites in a weekly basis.

"Mama, Dada, Woohee loves peach," Kim Woohee said after clearing her plate. Their baby princess had finished two small peach cupcakes. "Yummy!"

Sohee couldn’t help but smile while watching his baby princess’s smile.

It was just a shame that he didn’t get to enjoy Kim Woohee’s gummy smile for a year because his daughter already had twelve teeth at 1.6 years old.

Including the molars.

Kim Woohee had fast development like the twins.

"Mama, Dada, thank you give Woohee yummy foods!"

Sohee left out a soft gasp, getting teary-eyed because of Kim Woohee’s good manners when she wasn’t even two years old.

His daughter’s broken sentence was also adorable.

Their daughter was probably talking about the household staff members and the bodyguards they had at home.

"Mama also says thank you to Woohee and Oppas!"

"And Mama says thank you to Dada!"

Sohee would thank Kim Heedo for working hard for their family whenever his husband came home from work.

I can’t believe Woohee watches us every time.

"Very good, princess. You learn from the kindest person ever," Kim Heedo said, kissing the top of Kim Woohee’s head. Then he turned to Sohee with sparkling eyes. "Thank you for being a good husband and mother to our children, honey."

Aww.

It had already been quite a while since Kim Heedo started calling Sohee ’honey.’

And, yet, I still get butterflies in my stomach.

"Don’t make me cry here," Sohee whined half-heartedly. He needed that to stop himself from crying. Thankfully, it worked. He then quickly changed the topic because he didn’t want to make a scene there. "Woohee-ya, why did you say that your oppas hate you?"

He asked that in a very careful tone.

Kim Woohee was already in a good mood after eating something delicious, so he thought it was the perfect time to ask about it.

Thankfully, he was right.

"Chul Oppa and Sung Oppa don’t wanna play with Woohee," Kim Woohee said while pouting. "Oppas tell Woohee "leave, leave" when they see Woohee."

Well, Kim Woochul and Kim Woosung were close and liked playing together.

But the boys loved Kim Woohee.

It’s true that I didn’t see Woochul and Woosung play with Woohee yesterday, though.

"And Wohee saw Oppas eat bread. Woohee said "gimme bite," but Oppas threw the bread!"

Sohee and Kim Heedo exchanged looks of disbelief.

Sohee wanted to console his daughter, too.

But he got a call from the twins’ homeroom teacher.

It gave him a bad feeling because the kids’ classes wouldn’t be over in an hour, and yet the teacher was calling him already?

With his heart beating fast and loud against his chest, Sohee picked up the call.

"Yes, Teacher Ahn?"

"Garam-nim, both Woochul-ah and Woosung-ah fainted in class today..."

"MAMA, DADA, are Oppas sick?"

Sohee’s heart was still beating hard and fast against his chest when they arrived at the hospital where the school took the twins after they had fainted.

Kim Heedo held Kim Woohee tightly.

Although his husband appeared calm, he could tell by how pale he looked that he was just as worried as he was.

They were walking quite fast.

But if Kim Woohee weren’t with them, they would have run already.

"We don’t know that yet, princess," Sohee said. He didn’t want to lie to his daughter. "But don’t worry. We’ll make sure your brothers will be fine."

Kim Heedo nodded in agreement.

"It’s Woohee’s fault," Kim Woohee said in a cracked voice, then she wrapped her arms around Kim Heedo’s neck— burying her face against his father’s neck while crying. "Woohee said ’hate you’ to Oppas..."

"That’s not the reason why your brothers got sick, princess," Kim Heedo assured their daughter. "And we know that you don’t really hate your brothers."

Sohee was relieved that Kim Heedo was consoling their daughter.

After all, he felt like he was going crazy with worry.

I was the one who sent the twins to school earlier. But I didn’t notice that they were sick. Their temperature was normal, they ate breakfast properly, and they said goodbye to me cheerfully. What did I miss? I should have noticed if something was wrong with them...

"Honey, don’t blame yourself," Kim Heedo said in a slightly scolding tone. "None of this was your fault."

Hearing that from his husband made Sohee feel better, but he was still very worried.

"Garam-nim, here..."

Sohee saw the twins’ homeroom teacher and the school principal standing beside the two beds where Kim Woochul and Kim Woosung were lying.

And then he abruptly stopped walking, even though he should be running to his sons.

Sohee took a deep breath.

Kim Heedo then gently squeezed his hand.

Right now, the two of them were at Dr. Seong Kyungmin’s office.

Since it was a talk among adults, they left Kim Woohee in the VIP Room where the twins were confined. The kids’ nannies and bodyguards were there, of course.

"Should I reveal the children’s Secondary Gender now?"

To be honest, Sohee wasn’t sure if he was ready.

He hadn’t even processed the fact that the twins had already manifested their Secondary Gender— beating Song Gunwoo’s record.

Garam Hyung’s son awakened at six years old, but my twins are just about to turn five.

"What do you think, Hyung?" Kim Heedo asked. His husband would switch back to calling Sohee ’hyung’ whenever they were about to make decisions about serious stuff. "Are you ready to hear the result?"

Sohee nodded while squeezing his husband’s hand, and then he looked at Dr. Seong Kyungmin. "Please reveal the result, Doc."

"Alright," Dr. Seong Kyungmin said, then he glanced at the document in his hand before addressing Sohee and Kim Heedo with his eyes. "Kim Woosung is an Alpha."

For some reason, Sohee felt relieved.

Wait, why am I relieved that our youngest is an Alpha?

The children’s Secondary Gender shouldn’t matter...

"On the other hand, Kim Woochul is an Omega."
