Make Me Moan Mr Therapist.-Chapter 32: Kidnapped.
A black G-Wagon tore down the express road at an insane speed, the engine growling like a beast let loose. Sabe gripped the steering wheel with white knuckles, driving with absolutely no care in the world as if he was actively courting death, or perhaps simply too desperate to reach Matthew to even bother with his own safety.
His mind was a chaotic storm. The sting from the freshly bandaged wound on his forehead pulsed with every heartbeat. He couldn’t get the image of his own blood dripping down his face out of his head, nor could he make sense of Gabe’s sudden disappearance.
Just how the hell did this even happen? Sabe thought inwardly, jaw tight, fury simmering beneath the bruising pain. He pressed harder on the wheel, willing the car to go faster. Did someone break in? How can an Alpha....an Alpha like me end up smashing my own head against something without even remembering how it happened?
His face twisted with frustration.
And what kind of useless security have I been employing? Not one of them saw when Gabe left or who he left with. Not one of them noticed anyone other than the therapist entering the mansion. They don’t even know when the damn therapist left the house. Completely useless....all of them.
His grip tightened. But at least I’ve fired every last one. And the CCTV footage being deleted? That only proves someone doesn’t want me to know a single thing about what happened in my own house. But I’ll find out. I’ll drag the truth out myself if I have to. And Gabe... he better come home on time. It’s almost the end of the month.....we still have that "happy couple" video to record for our fans. This is not the time for him to be getting angry and running off.
Screech....
A white Toyota Camry skidded to a halt right in front of Sabe’s speeding G-Wagon, forcing him to slam the brakes. The tires screeched loud enough to burn his eardrums, and the car jerked violently as it came to a stop barely inches away from a collision.
What the actual heck?! Sabe screamed internally, his breathing sharp as he lifted his head from the steering wheel. The driver of the Camry stepped out....a huge, broad-shouldered man dressed entirely in black. Rain began to patter on the windshield, then instantly shifted into a heavy downpour as if the heavens had opened a dam right above them.
The man inspected the front of his car for damage, then marched toward Sabe’s window. He knocked sharply.
"Hey! Get down now!" the man ordered, his voice cold and unyielding. "You have to pay for any damages you caused."
Sabe groaned under his breath. Just perfect, he thought bitterly. With an irritated sigh, he grabbed an umbrella, pushed open his door, and stepped out into the storm.
The burly man glared at him. "Why would you drive like that? Are you trying to kill people?"
Sabe lifted his chin, anger flashing through his eyes. "Why would you suddenly stop like that on an express road?" he shot back. "And who exactly do you think you’re raising your voice at?"
The man scoffed loudly. "Are you crazy?! What kind of ’Fast and Furious’ nonsense are you doing on a three-part road? Are you mad or what?" He dragged a hand through his rain-soaked hair, expression twisted with frustration.
"Crazy?" Sabe repeated, voice dripping with disbelief. He let out an incredulous scoff. "Do you know who I am? How dare you use that kind of language on me?"
"Who the fuck are you supposed to be?" the man barked, stepping closer. "Even if you claim to be the president or the damn governor, I’ll still tell you straight....you’re crazy! If you had scratched my car, I would have beaten the living daylights out of you right here. But since you didn’t, I’ll let you walk. If you had, then get ready to die, motherfucker."
The temperature around Sabe dropped instantly. His eyes narrowed to slits.
"And who the hell do you think you are?" he shot back, voice low and dangerous. His hand curled into a fist. His Alpha aura throbbed beneath his skin in irritation. The rain plastered his hair to his forehead, the water dripping down his still-tender bandage.
Without hesitation, not even a second of warning....Sabe swung a punch straight at the man’s face.
But the burly man moved with shocking speed. He side-stepped effortlessly, and before Sabe could recover his balance, the man delivered a brutal counter-punch right to Sabe’s jaw.
The impact was so heavy and well-aimed that it sent Sabe crashing into the wet asphalt.
He’s also an Alpha.
Sabe realized it instantly as he winced on the drenched asphalt, pain shooting through his jaw. Same level as me... no doubt. The man might be bulky, but the pressure of his aura was unmistakable.
Without wasting a second, Sabe pushed himself off the ground, his breath sharp and uneven. Anger twisted across his face as he released his dormant Alpha pheromones...thick, sharp, suffocating...forcing the air to vibrate with hostile dominance.
His headache intensified, pounding mercilessly beneath his bandaged wound. He felt weak, his body still suffering from blood loss earlier, but none of that mattered. Pride fueled him. Fury anchored him. He needed to teach this burly fool a lesson. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
"Oh, really? We’re doing that now?" the burly man scoffed. His voice rumbled like thunder before he let loose his own dormant Alpha pheromones....dense, heavy, and challenging.
He drew his fist back to strike but Sabe moved faster.
He dodged the punch by a hair’s breadth, then drove his knuckles into the man’s abdomen with brutal force. The impact sent the burly driver staggering backward, coughing out a sharp breath as the rain splashed across his face.
"Oh, yeah, we’re definitely doing that, you motherfucker," Sabe spat, stepping forward with a deadly glare. "Just because my guards aren’t with me doesn’t mean I’m weak. I know exactly how to deal with lowlife, roadside fools like you."
He delivered another punch.....this one even heavier. The man’s eyes widened moments before the blow crashed into him, sending him tumbling to the ground. His palms hit the wet asphalt as he clutched his stomach and vomited a mouthful of dark blood.
Fuck! He’s strong, the man thought, gagging as he tried to gather himself.
Still trembling, he forced himself back onto his feet but Sabe was already in front of him.
Sabe slammed another brutal punch....this time to his ribs and jaw. The man was sent flying again, landing flat on his stomach, cheek pressed against the road, rainwater pooling beneath him.
"Next time, you don’t mess with me," Sabe growled, breathing heavily. His words slurred slightly from exhaustion, but his tone was sharp. "Just because I look injured doesn’t mean my abilities are weak. And even if you’re a high-level Alpha like me... I’m not your kind of Alpha. Muscle doesn’t mean anything. You don’t know the kind of training I’ve survived indoors. So don’t try me."
With that, Sabe turned away, chest heaving as he struggled to catch his breath. His clothes clung to his skin in the relentless downpour. The moment he reached for the G-Wagon’s door handle, he heard a car door open behind him.
The same white Camry.
Sabe raised a brow, scoffing. "There are more?" he muttered under his breath.
A slender figure stepped out of the car....a man dressed entirely in black, like the first, but with a quiet, chilling aura of control. He approached gracefully despite the rain pounding against him. His face was hidden behind a mask, only bright, cold green eyes visible.
"You really believe you can leave after injuring one of my men?" the young man asked, anger simmering beneath his calm tone.
Sabe clicked his tongue. "Do you want to die?" he asked bluntly, raising a brow. "You’re not even huge like him. One punch from me and you might break in half. Walk away now while I’m being nice."
"And if I refuse?" the masked man asked, scoffing lightly. "Do you really believe you can beat me the same way you beat him?"
Sabe wiped rain from his face, chuckling darkly. "You better leave while I’m being generous," he warned, flexing his fist. He took a step forward, his muscles tensing. "I won’t repeat myself."
The young man didn’t flinch.
Not even slightly.
Sabe drew back his fist, ready to land a punch but before his blow could land, a wave of invisible power exploded from the frail-looking man’s palm, slamming directly into Sabe’s face.
The force hit him like a brick wall.
His breath caught instantly. A sharp, burning sensation shot down his throat and into his lungs. He staggered back violently, clutching his neck as his vision blurred.
It felt as if someone had seized the air itself from his lungs.
