Chapter 615: Chapter 235: Mo Yunchen Goes Crazy_4

Seeing Mo Cang’s arrival, Mo Sheng and Mo Tang quickly went to greet him.

Mo Cang nodded, and his eyes still held remnants of grief, "Where is he?!"

Mo Tang glanced at the tightly closed door and then said in a low voice, "Master Mo has closed the door and won’t let anyone in, madam... madam is also inside."

Mo Cang walked up and stood in front of the closed door, "Get the keys and open it for me."

The steward handed over the keys, and Mo Sheng hurriedly opened the door.

"Get out!"

Just as the door opened, a roar of anger sounded, Mo Sheng and Mo Tang’s movements hesitated, and Mo Cang entered the room with the support of Steward Min.

In the dimly lit room, only the silhouette of a hunched figure was faintly visible. Steward Min stepped forward to turn on the light.

When Mo Cang saw Mo Yunchen on the bed, disbelief flashed across his aged face.

Mo Yunchen was leaning against the headboard with Qin Qin held in his embrace. In just a few short hours, Mo Yunchen’s eyes had turned blood-red, his face haggard and pale, and his body was covered in black blood, a bit of which stained the corner of his lips, too.

Mo Yunchen raised his head, took a glance at Mo Cang, then tenderly lowered his gaze back to Qin Qin in his arms.

"Someone come, pull him up for me."

Mo Cang growled out, his voice ice-cold and stern.

Several men whom Mo Cang had brought with him moved forward from behind and stood by the bed, "Master Mo, our apologies."

"Get out!" With a cold gaze, Mo Yunchen stopped the men in their tracks, and they dared not advance further.

Mo Cang snorted and approached himself, standing in front of the bed. He glanced at Qin Qin, who lay motionless in Mo Yunchen’s arms, silent, almost as if she was truly just sleeping, her complexion fair and rosy, with a hint of black at the corner of her lips—poison!

"Mo Yunchen, Qin Qin is already dead. Let her go and rest in peace!"

Mo Cang sighed silently, his own foolish son, if he did not love, it wouldn’t matter, but his love was so profound that he couldn’t face the truth of Qin Qin’s departure.

"She’s not dead; she can’t be dead. She’s so powerful; how could she be dead? She’s just playing a joke on me!"

Mo Yunchen tenderly gazed at Qin Qin in his arms, his right hand gently touching her cheek.

"Alright, alright, if you can’t accept the fact that she’s dead, why don’t you die with her?"

Mo Cang spoke with a cold voice, instructing Steward Min to bring a knife. He threw it beside Mo Yunchen on the bed, "Join her now in death, and I’ll bury you together, along with my two poor grandchildren. Being such an irresponsible father, I’d rather not let them suffer in this world either. I will have them join you. What do you say?"

A cold light flashed in Mo Yunchen’s eyes as he gave a fierce look toward Mo Cang.

"Hmph, if Qin Qin’s spirit in heaven knows about this, even in death she won’t be at peace, and even if you die with her, she definitely won’t come to see you."

Mo Cang’s angry voice echoed, and Mo Yunchen lowered his head to glance at Qin Qin in his arms.

"You’re only making it easier for the person who killed Qin Qin. Shouldn’t you be seeking revenge for her? Once you’ve avenged her, if you want to die, go ahead. I will consider that I never had a son like you, and after you die, this old body of mine will follow you in death."

Lu Xue Zhen’s figure stood at the doorway, covering her mouth for fear of crying out loud, while Zhao Han embraced her, his gaze towards the bed filled with complex grief.

"Think it over for yourself. If you choose death, I will arrange the funeral for all of you tomorrow, so my grandchildren can join you, sparing them from living in a world without their parents."

After speaking coldly, Mo Cang turned and walked out of the room, and Steward Min sighed softly before following him out.

Lu Xue Zhen’s steps were heavy as she moved forward, standing by the bed and looking at Qin Qin with eyes tightly shut and without any sign of life. Unable to contain herself any longer, she broke into tears, "Qin Qin, why did it have to be like this? Why did it have to be like this?"

Zhao Han held her shoulders, looking up to avoid tears; he was a man, and he couldn’t cry. No matter how much pain he felt, he had to swallow it and keep it in his heart.

He still couldn’t accept that the formidable Qin Qin had left them like this.

"The words you told me before, did you already know you would end up like this? Why didn’t you tell anyone, was it because you didn’t want us to worry? How could you do this, Qin Qin!"

Lu Xue Zhen wept bitterly, kneeling by the bed and taking Qin Qin’s cold, slender hand in hers, "Did you anticipate this? Why didn’t you tell us!"

"What did you say?"

A dark, icy voice arose. Lu Xue Zhen lifted her head to see Mo Yunchen, who had come to stand by her side without her notice. She wiped away her tears and stood, "Some time ago, she came to see me and told me that if one day she was gone, I should take over the Heavenly Medicine Group and look after Uncle Qin."
