Love You Till the End-Chapter 1024 - 1023: I Think Jue Looks Exhausted
The usually quiet Su Manning became a completely different person when drunk, rolling around incessantly on the bed, the strong smell of alcohol making Song Zhike frown.
"Go clean her up." He shifted his gaze to Bai Ya beside him, "And see if there’s anything in her closet that you can wear."
"If you can stay here with her overnight, that would be great, but if not, it’s okay, I’ll take you home."
Bai Ya looked at Song Zhike, who was nearly a head taller than her. The soft lines of his face were particularly noticeable, though signs of fatigue were visible in the corners of his face.
She instinctively averted her gaze, looked at the sleeping Su Manning on the bed, and said, "I can stay here."
Hearing her response, Song Zhike breathed a sigh of relief, strode over to the window with his long legs, and pulled the curtains, saying, "Thank you for that."
Bai Ya didn’t know when Song Zhike left. By the time she came out of the bathroom, he was gone, leaving behind a bowl of hangover soup on the table, steam still rising from the surface, showing it was freshly made.
Next to the bowl was a sticky note with vigorous calligraphy that read, "Let her drink it when it cools down, good night, sleep well."
Bai Ya smiled. He probably didn’t know that she had secretly loved him since their college days; it had been four years now.

When Su Jiuyi heard Song Zhike mention Su Zhenxiong’s infidelity, she nonchalantly rested her chin on her hand. This expression made Song Zhike immediately feel she had learned from Shi Aoju.
"Why are you not surprised?" Song Zhike stirred his coffee with a spoon.
Shi Aoju, still buried in a stack of files, didn’t seem particularly interested in their conversation topic.
"I guessed it." Su Jiuyi smiled slightly, "I noticed Zhao Shuya arguing with him at the last party, so I figured the old man hasn’t been at peace lately."
Song Zhike chuckled softly.
"By the way, how is Su Manning?" Su Zhenxiong’s affair might not bother Su Jiuyi, but it’s different for Su Manning, who grew up sheltered and always doted on by Su Zhenxiong. Now that he has betrayed the family, it must be hard for her to accept.
"Her friends are still with her." Song Zhike put down his coffee cup and stood up, "I’m heading to the office to handle some things, you two take your time to chat."
"Leaving already...?" Su Jiuyi glanced at his coffee, which he had only sipped a little, frowning.
Hearing her, Song Zhike’s lips curled into a mischievous smile as he whispered in her ear, "I think Aoju is tired."
Tired!?
At first, Su Jiuyi didn’t understand the meaning behind his words, but upon seeing the sly glint in his eyes, she instantly grasped his implication.
...What a scheming rogue.
After cleaning up the coffee cups on the table, Su Jiuyi glanced around Shi Aoju’s study. The person at the desk looked serious, never lifting his head.
Not wanting to disturb him, Su Jiuyi walked out of the study with the tray.
Shi Aoju gave a brief glance at the closed door, then returned his focus to the documents.

Airport.
Out of the security check area walked a woman with a stunning figure.
She had an LV limited edition handbag slung over her arm, large sunglasses hiding her facial expression, while her sensual red lips curled slightly upward, drawing a lot of attention.
