Chapter 101: Abyssal Influence

"Cerion, something is odd!" Callous was looking at the dungeon gate, he sensed something odd. He couldn’t put a finger on it, he tried to push it out of his mind, but then.

"The energy coming from the dungeon changed. There is something inside there!"

Cerion was looking at the gate too, he felt what Callous could feel. His eyes were filled with dread, he knew what they were feeling.

"I want to believe that it’s our senses that are going off a bit, but something is telling me.."

"If you keep denying it, then I would love to tell you that it’s not going to change any time soon."

A voice came from behind them, they turned to see the disciple of order looking at them, he was hovering above them. His golden robe was blowing in the direction of the wind.

"What do you know about this? We sealed them, there is no way they could have been able to go through it." Callous looked at the disciple, a vein was bulging on his forehead.

The discipline smiled, and he hovered down to the brothers. "You know there is no way for you to keep lying to yourself."

He raised his hand, pointing to the gate, his golden eyes focused on the gate.

"One of them slipped through. He is trying to hide, but soon there is going to be a big problem there." The disciple was looking at the gate, a faint smile was on his face.

"I don’t think they will be able to handle what is going to come for them." The discipline was looking at the brothers, and the smile on his face was dreadful.

"What do you mean by that?" Cerion turned to the disciple. "There is no way for you to tell us that the barrier failed now."

"It is possible, but you want to deny it." He shot back, looking at Cerion. "You know that the barrier was going to break down sooner or later."

The disciple turned to the gate, and the smile on his face began fading little by little.

"The storm is coming, and if we aren’t careful, there is going to be a disaster."

Cerion and Callous were looking at the gate, their eyes were still a bit empty. They didn’t know what they were going to do to help Darius and the others.

"What in the world is going to happen?"

Back inside the dungeon, Ignor had slowly turned into a full abomination, its tentacles swinging wildly, knocking down the remaining Orc warriors.

The entire Orc army was taken down, it was getting worse as black ooze drooled from the abomination’s mouth.

"What in the world is going on here?" Michael took a step back, he was looking at what was unfolding right in front of them.

Raya, Theo, and Pryion all stood still, looking at the creature transforming into something diabolical.

"This isn’t something we are going to handle alone." Theo was looking at Ignor, he held his spear close to his chest, while he hoped for Darius to come back.

Pryion swung Isakador, he was looking at the abomination. He was ready to fight, he could feel the dark, eerie aura coming from the beast.

"Everyone, stand back," The knight spoke calmly, trying to understand if it was a good move yet.

’This feeling, it’s from the Abyss.’ Pryion held his blade close, charging up the energy to attack.

The abomination let out a roar, shaking the entire forest. The warriors and the Transponder held their ears, they felt intense pain in their bodies.

Theo and the Transponders fell to their knees, it was from the low ranks. But it was making them feel more pain.

"What is this?!" Theo was screaming as he pulled his hair, trying to get the pain out of his head.

All the others were in pain. Ignor hadn’t yet made a move, but it was clear that they were in for a fight.

"Unclean filth from the Abyss, I will send you back where you came from!" Pryion bolted for the abomination. It was a fast attack, but then something out of the ordinary happened.

Ignor was blocking the attack, and Pryion was holding down all the best he could do.

"Stupid knight!" Ignor growled as he struck Pryion, the blow was stronger than what the knight would have even expected.

Pryion stumbled back, about to get up, saw Ignor right in front of him delivering another devastating blow.

Ignor drove him back, blow after crushing blow. Pryion held his ground -- barely.

"You will die!! With your master!" Ignor roared, delivering a blow on Pryion that sent the knight crashing into the ground, causing a huge crater.

Ignor growled as it turned to the warriors, seeing that the knight was no longer in reach. It set its eye on Michael, there wasn’t anything holding him back.

Michael stood there looking at the being in front of him, and he knew that there was nothing going to stop the creature from attacking.

"Oh no..." Michael was about to get ready for the attack, but before he could even do anything, Ignor was right in front of him delivering a devastating blow to his groin.

The blow sent Michael crashing into the trees in the forest, There was silence everywhere as they saw what the creature could do.

"Michael!" Raya yelled, trying to make sure he was okay, but she was struck by a tentacle. It sent her flying into the trees, there was no way for her to even hold her ground.

Theo was still on the floor; the pain from the roar had knocked him into a daze. He wasn’t ready yet to attack, but then Ignor was looking at the warrior.

It rushed for him, not holding back to attack. Theo stood up, bracing for the impact, and he was ready to block the attack.

But once he set eyes on the abomination, he could feel pure eerie fear just from looking at the being.

’What is this? I thought we were facing an S-ranked being, but this is on a whole different level, and I am not going to be able to even handle this...’

Theo stood there trying to hold back the attack, but the beast struck him with an absurd speed.

Theo was holding back the attack, he kept yelling as he tried to push Ignor back. Blood came out of his mouth, it was painful to even take a blow.

Ignor growled as it struck a tentacle into Theo’s shoulder.

"Argghh!"

Theo was looking at the beast; he was doing his best, but there wasn’t anything going to help him.

Ignor glared at Theo, drooling as it kept pressing him down. "You humans are so weak, no matter the facade you put on. There is no way for you to handle the power!"

Ignor raised his hand, landing another blow on Theo. Sending Theo into the ground, the raw power from the abomination was so overwhelming, Theo felt his ribs breaking slowly from inside..

"You will all die!" Ignor roared as he tried to strike Theo again, but he was stopped by a sword.

Pryion had crawled out of the crater, and his eyes were glowing bright crimson with flames coming out of them.

The knight, in pure rage, kicked Ignor. The blow was powerful enough to push the Orc back. Pryion wasted no time in striking again, this time with his sword.

His attacks were faster and more ferocious; he didn’t give the abomination a time to even recover from each blow.

Ignor sent one of his tentacles for the knight, but Pryion caught it halfway, pulling it closer. He placed his palm on its stomach, looking at the beast.

"This time, I am going to burn you to ashes!" Pryion released a flaming palm so hot that it could burn steel.

"Be gone, you wretched Abomination!"

Pryion’s attack sent Ignor flying, the knight pulled Isakador as he dashed for the beast. He leaped into the air as he slashed everything in his way, cutting down things in his way.

"You aren’t going to hurt them again!" The knight was focused on killing the abomination, he landed on Ignor’s groin.

He pulled the blade, piercing it into the abomination’s side.

"Burn!!!"

Flames erupted from the sword, burning Ignor from the inside, and the abomination shrieked out of pain. But even that wasn’t enough to kill the beast, it was still trying to pull Pryion in to kill him.

The knight didn’t bulge, looking at the abomination beneath his boots as it clawed desperately, his eyes burned even more.

"You will feel pain, and you will understand that nothing is going to save you from this."

Pryion stomped down on the abomination, creating an even bigger crater than before. With Isakador raised high in the air, he brought it down on the abomination, decapitating it.

"Die..."

Pryion said calmly, his voice a bit distant and cold.

Finally, he had taken down the abomination.
