Lady Meilin is seduced by her green tea brother-in-law everyday-Chapter 397: Toddler massage parlor.
After the reporters stopped fussing over the emperor, Mei Mei led them to the invisible wall that covered up the entrance to fairy land. She clapped her hands twice and the wall started disappearing, bringing Fairyland to the world.
The entrance was a giant red and white spotted mushroom. The white dots moved like eyes and its lips curved into a smile.
"Password." It requested in a high pitched voice.
Mei Mei looked up and yelled "Baby Jun Mingzhu."
The real Mingzhu gasped.
The reporters snapped pictures of the little girl and the mushroom. People marveled at how realistic it looked.
The mushroom split into two parts and a short tunnel appeared. Mei Mei and some imperial soldiers stepped in first. Then, Junjie and his daughters followed. Mingzhu and Mingzhe followed. After them, the reporters and other family family members went inside.
Those who wanted to follow were stopped by soldiers, police and dozens of bodyguards.
"Please be patient and start presenting your e-tickets. Only two thousand people can visit fairyland a day. The tickets will continue to be sold online to prevent situations arousing like people showing up and being denied entrance." A worker that was sitting inside the mushroom announced.
As people were led to three different entrances and asked to line up, those inside were already enjoying the tour, gasping at everything they saw. First in the mine up of surprising things were the talking trees in the woods just beyond the tunnel.
The woods had small critters that were all animals that could talk. Squirrels, birds, wolves, cats and others. There were houses on the ground and in the trees.
Reporters were excited. They had seen smart technology used in different ways but not like this.
Junjie was amazed but he was also flabbergasted. "I thought we were cutting down on technology and you introduced smart talking animals and trees!"
"Hey ugly, who are you calling an animal?" An orange cat that was walking on two feet with a hat and sword around its waist asked as it passed by them.
Junjie stopped walking.
The reporters stopped talking.
Some royal agents touched their weapons.
The cat laughed at Junjie and shook its head. "Can you all believe this guy?"
Nobody responded.
Princess Long Wen burst into laughter unexpectedly. Three seconds after her, Princess Rize joined in.
Junjie turned to Mei Mei, showing mild amusement. "Aren’t fairies supposed to be nice?"
"That is a cat, not a fairy. And every creature in the forest has an independent personality." She replied. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎
"Aren’t you worried that people will find their attitude offensive?" A reporter asked her.
She shook her head. "Uniqueness is what we strive for in fairyland."
"Aren’t you worried that someone will steal the creatures?" Another reporter asked.
Mei Mei gestured for him to go ahead. "Try picking up one and leaving with it. You will have an answer soon."
The reporter snatched a squirrel and ran off with it, heading to the tunnel. Some seconds later, everyone heard screaming and the squirrel returned alone.
Mei Mei turned to the rest of the reporters that were looking at her with questions in their eyes. She said, "These are not real animals so they come with very high self defense mechanisms. It is okay to touch them and talk to them but they cannot be carried out."
As they came out of the winds and came to a lake which released bubbles that sang songs or released the most harmonies, another reporter asked her, "What if the person that carries off an animal is an toddler? Will those mechanisms be applied against them?"
"The creatures of fairyland cannot be stolen, not by children or adults. Other than the self defense mode used against that reporter, they also have vanish mode. They automatically vanish and return to fairy land if they detect that they have gone beyond the mushroom."
Princess Long Shuang climbed into a boat and it sailed her out onto the lake.
The adults were ready to panic but then, they saw their first fairy or mythical creature. A woman with golden hair and golden eyes appeared, with a sword in her hand.
After her, more creatures appeared, some with wings and others with tails.
The reporters snapped pictures and the children in the group grew excited. Mingzhu and others ran to the boats, eager to see and play with the fairies and mermaids.
"Fairyland does not just have fairies." Mei Mei shared with the reporters and everyone else. "We made a list of various mythical creatures that children loved and gave them a home here. So, don’t be surprised if you come across a troll or a dragon sleeping in a cave."
They met more fairies along the way, some felt real, others were holograms and others were humans in very realistic costumes.
Their tour took them to glitter play house where they threw glitter and confetti at each other.
They also visited wishing house where fairies wrote down the wishes of children and slipped the notes to their parents.
Lunch was served in fairyland and they all sat on toadstools or stones, around tables that were also large rocks with a lot of green moss and grass. All the food was fairy themed and Mei Mei saw Tao Xiaotong among the young fairies that delivered it.
The girl stayed back with her note book, taking note of what fairy themed foods were liked and which ones were not. With every frown on her painted face, Mei Mei got the feeling that some unlucky employee was going to be in big trouble.
Somebody needed to send that little girl on a vacation before she gave herself a heart attack. Surely, the success she had found so far was enough to carry her through the rest of her childhood. She could resume business duties when she reached the age of twenty.
Giggles which came from Mingzhu reached her ears. She turned and saw her daughter floating on an air bubble that she was hanging onto tightly with her hands and legs.
She was racing against her cousins who were also floating on bubbles. Now that is the best way to spend a childhood, she thought.
Mei Mei looked around and she saw more children playing. Only Tai Xiaotong and Long Wen were acting differently. One was floating on a boat, lost in a book and ignoring the hologram fairies that were trying to talk to her and the other was handling business as usual.
As for Long Shuang, she had turned one fairy into a masseuse, she was slumped lazily over one of the large toadstools, having her shoulders pressed.
One of her attendants was hand feeding her fruits and desserts with a fork.
Some kids had copied her example. They were getting massages as well, occupying almost all of the toadstools. Parents were looking on with dotting looks in their eyes and taking pictures.
Mei Mei could already see the best picture on the peep star’s page. Perhaps the baby gym would become a toddler massage parlor.
As if the peep star was a worm in her stomach, the post was shared a minute later and that was exactly what she named the fairyland: Baby Massage Parlor.
