King of Titans and Dragons-Chapter 85 - 84 Egg of Void
Chapter 85: Chapter 84: Egg of Void
Chapter 85 -84: Egg of Void
As Muria passed through the blackspace tunnel, his eyes were suddenly met with a panorama of continuous mountains, blue sky, and on the wide plains beside the mountains, a never-ending, moving monster legion came into view.
However, even this stunning sight of the monster legion did not keep Muria’s gaze for a moment, because in front of him, a titan sat atop a mountain. His colossal body, compared to the hundred-meter-tall Ansol, seemed quite small.
Upon seeing the Titan, Muria felt an inexplicably intimate aura. Just by gazing at it, Muria’s blood began to boil. Involuntarily, showers of thunder and hurricanes appeared on his body, a resonance that was born from his bloodlines.
“Ansol.” The titan, taking the form of mountains, had a voice as resounding as a thunderclap. His pupils, brilliant like two golden suns, glanced at Ansol, and then cast his substantial gaze upon Muria.
“My bloodline descendant.” After staring at Muria for a few moments, the enormous titan asked Ansol, “Is this the offspring you birthed with the Golden Dragon Clan’s maiden?”
“Yes,” replied Muria’s father with brevity.
“….” Hearing Ansol’s response, Muria’s grandfather fell into a brief silence. He didn’t know what to say. He had just awakened from a deep slumber, and then noticed his son bringing his grandson to see him.
The silence of his father and grandfather made Muria feel somewhat awkward. Only the marching sound of the monster legion in the distance, stepping uniformly, and shaking the earth, saved the place from falling into complete silence.
“Stomp! Stomp! Stomp!” The Thunder Wolf Dragon, leading the way for Ansol and Muria, trudged with its sturdy claws. It arrived at the foot of Muria’s grandfather, randomly picked a spot in the wilderness, and then laid prone, its fierce head examining the monster legion nearby.
“Why are there so many?” Only with the movement of the Thunder Wolf Dragon did Muria notice that around his grandfather, over a hundred more Thunder Wolf Dragons of varying sizes were scattered.
Their strengths differed widely. Only about twenty were as strong as the Thunder Wolf Dragon that led the way for Muria, emanating a legendary aura, whilst the rest were merely at the Soul Intent Level, albeit at the peak.
All these beasts, glorious in appearance and majesty, gathered together, should have been quite noticeable. However, Muria glanced over them when he came out, because they were together with his grandfather.
The presence of an Epic Titan was just too overpowering, like the dazzling sun at high noon. Compared to it, the thunder wolf dragons were like the stars of the night sky. With the sun in the sky, who would notice the stars?
“What is your name?” The Epic Titan Akmonde, who had been silent for a long while, asked Muria.
“Ah.” Muria, who had been admiring the robust Thunder Wolf Dragon, heard his grandfather’s question, came back to his senses, and immediately answered nervously, “My name is Muria, Muria Iapertos Eronsalas, Grandfather.”

“Muria!” The Epic Titan Akmonde nodded, then looked at the Thunder Wolf Dragon under his seat. Using his perception, he had noticed earlier that Muria’s eyes had been lingering on his war-beasts, “What do you think about my war-beasts?”
“They are powerful, and their appearance is formidable,” replied Muria honestly, expressing his appraisal of these monsters.
“Hehe, I discovered these monsters in a great world. According to the creatures of that place, they are called Thunder Wolf Dragons. They were very small and weak initially, merely at the Soul Intent level even when mature. But after rearing them for a while, they got a bit stronger, and can now be put to use.”
“Influence of the Titan Bloodline!” Looking at these Thunder Wolf Dragons, whose bodies ranged from thirty to nearly a hundred meters, Muria immediately understood what his grandfather’s ‘rearing’ meant.
All these Thunder Wolf Dragons have been influenced and eroded by his power, breaking their original limits as a race. They gradually became larger and more powerful and have become minions of his grandfather.
“It seems you quite like these creatures, but I do not have any original Thunder Wolf Dragons on hand. These are all my minions, giving them to you might be a bit problematic,” Epic Titan Akmonde frowned slightly, appearing somewhat indecisive. When the grandson comes to visit, he must receive something.
“Cough!” Just as Akmonde was deciding whether to offer a few Thunder Wolf Dragons to his grandson, Ansol gave a dry cough. When his father turned his gaze onto him, the handsome Titan with a chiseled face broke his silence.
“Father, a few years ago, my wife, Atris’s father, Dimos, came to see Muria.”
“Ancient Golden Dragon Dimos, eh! I’ve heard of him.” Listening to his son’s words, Akmonde pondered for a moment before replying.
“Dimos is now the Dragon King,” Ansol nonchalantly added.
“When did that happen?” Akmonde was somewhat surprised.
“He was promoted while you were asleep.”
“I see!” Akmonde was slightly surprised for a moment, and then recovered his composure. After all, Dimos had gained a reputation when he was a legend, spreading across all of Elasia. Even he had heard of it. That such a legendary ancient dragon had ascended to become a Dragon King was not too surprising.
“Hmm!” Akmonde, having received a hint from his son, fixed his gaze on Mureya. It seemed like he discovered something, the light in his dazzling golden pupils blooming brighter.
This made Muria feel an intense oppressive force. He also felt that under his grandfather’s gaze, his body seemed to become transparent, and all secrets were laid bare.
However, this feeling lasted only a moment before it disappeared. That’s because blazing dragon flames ignited on Mureya’s body and his dragon’s bloodline started to boil. Six twisting dragon horns sprouted from Muria’s forehead, a pair of dragon wings covered in feather-like scales stretched out, and his slender dragon tail swung behind him…
“Source power!” The tone of Akmonde seemed to carry a hint of surprise. He uttered two words ponderously, “Muria, when Dimos came to see you, what did he give you?”
“A droplet of the Dragon King’s Primordial Blood.” Muria heard the tone of his grandfather implying that the droplet of Dragon King’s Primordial Blood gifted by his maternal grandfather Dimos was even more precious than he had imagined.
“Primordial blood huh.” Upon hearing the expected answer, the Epic Titan Akmonde chuckled helplessly, “How did that guy Dimos manage to become Dragon King, squandering source power so wastefully. Primordial blood eh, I really don’t have the nerve to give such a gift.”
“Hehe!” Hearing his grandfather speaking so directly, Muria scratched his chin with a laugh while Ansol stood by impassively watching his father.
“Muria, I can’t give you Primordial blood, but I can give you something else.” After contemplating for only a bit, Akmonde made up his mind: “I’m not giving you a Thunder Wolf Dragon. If Dimos gave you a droplet of Primordial Blood, I should give you a batch of Thunder Wolf Dragons, else it would seem too stingy.”
“….” Muria grimaced. He would rather his grandfather give him a group of Thunder Wolf Dragons over Primordial Blood, but well, he could only accept what his elders wanted to gift him with a smile, without any choice in the matter.
“Do you have a mount or companion?”
“No.” Mureya shook his head. He wanted a mount or companion, but before coming to the Clan Land, he couldn’t find anything suitable, after coming to Clan Land, he didn’t have time to find one. To tell the truth, he was quite interested in the White Tiger Troy who fought against him just after his arrival at the Clan Land.
“None, then let me give you one!” Seeing his grandson shaking his head, Akmonde laughed and opened his palm. A space rift appeared on his palm, followed by a black gigantic egg about ten meters high floating out from the rift, suspended above his palm.
The moment this egg appeared, it displayed an extraordinary sight. The surrounding light began to distort. Visible to the naked eye, colorful elemental light points emerged and rushed towards the egg, merging into it.
Moreover, the Thunder Wolf Dragons in the surroundings had a reaction the moment the egg appeared. Many Thunder Wolf Dragons lying on the ground stood up, looking at the egg in Akmonde’s hand. Blue and white electric arcs sparkled on their bodies. They felt suppressed and threatened.
“This is…” Seeing this egg, even the usually unperturbed Ansol furrowed his brows.
“Muria, this is an egg I found during my travels in the endless void, an egg laid by a Void Beast.” Akmonde, his golden pupils radiating like a mini-sun, looked at Muria. “I don’t know what type of Void Beast it is! But it’s definitely extraordinary, do you want it?”
“I…” Just as Muria was about to answer, his father interrupted him: “Think it through before you answer, this is not an ordinary Void Beast.”
Seeing how his father was furrowing his brows, and the reaction of the Thunder Wolf Dragons under his grandfather, Muria became a bit hesitant. Void Beasts is the general term for beasts that can roam and survive in the endless void.
Void Beasts have many types and branches. For example, some Legendary Dragons that can survive in the endless void could also be classified as Void Beasts. Void Beasts simply refer to a group of powerful monsters.
Void Beasts vary in strength. The most powerful Void Beasts can treat worlds as food, terrifying monsters that even in the endless void are sparse in number.
“Think it through, even if you choose not to accept it, I can still give you something else.” While Muria was thinking it over, Akmonde reminded.
Muria looked at the black gigantic egg floating above his grandfather’s palm, and suddenly smiled. He understood why his father wanted him to think before making a decision, because this egg was just too unique. The Void Beast that hatches from it would certainly be extraordinary. His father worried that he would not be able to suppress it.
But no matter how powerful the creature, how strong could it be when it just hatches? Muria did not think he was incapable of suppressing a newborn, even if it really could devour the world in the future.
And besides, even if it could indeed grow to that extent, how much time would it take? Over such a long time, Muria was confident that by then he would definitely have enough power to suppress it.
“I want this egg! Grandfather.” Muria no longer hesitated and made his decision.
“Hmm!” The corners of the Epic Titan Akmonde’s mouth twisted up in a faint smile, while beside him, Ansol’s stern brow relaxed, returning to his usual impassive expression.
“Muria.” Akmonde gently pushed, and the Egg of Void flew towards Muria: “This egg is very dangerous, but we Titans only need to continually cultivate and strengthen ourselves. It can only be a tool for you and will never harm you.”
“Got it.” Muria hugged the Egg of Void and nodded, he now had another reason to become stronger – to suppress his future mount, ensuring it won’t turn against him.
