King of Titans and Dragons-Chapter 35 - Command
Chapter 35: Chapter 35 Command
Chapter 35 -35 Command
“Your Majesty, you are too kind. Those who disrespect you should be banished directly,” suggested a Storm Giant, not long after the two cloud giant leaders had left.
“Ha ha, if I banish them directly, who will cultivate fruit for me and tame low-order monsters?” Mureya laughed. “Besides, this incident is also related to me.”
After Mureya came to Taiji Island, apart from building a castle, he barely organized anything or set any rules.
Among the four types of giants on the island, apart from the organized cloud giants, the rest were loose, without a giant leader directly obeying Mureya.
Therefore, on Taiji Island without a comprehensive system, the cloud giants who are the most numerous, organized, and have leaders naturally became the strongest force. They are responsible for most of the affairs of the island.
Under such circumstances, it is not surprising that some of the cloud giant leaders have some improper ideas.
“Let’s go to the White Jade Divine Palace and summon all the cloud giant leaders. Notify the representatives of the Tidal Giants and the Mountain Giants. As for the Storm Giants, all those on Taiji Island have to be present,” Mureya stood up, instructing the ten Storm Giants in the room to call for the giants he wanted to summon.
…
Just as Mureya, Mia, and twenty Storm Giants were preparing to go to the White Jade Divine Palace, a red dragon, body entirely crimson, majestic yet fierce, stood in their way on the spacious and bright corridor.
“Renata.” Mureya looked at the small female dragon blocking his path and asked, “Why are you stopping me?”
“Master Mureya, are you going to the White Jade Divine Palace? Can I join you?” The small female dragon looked at Mureya with anticipation. Compared to the White Jade Divine Palace, the Five-Color Dragon Castle built with various stones looked no better than a slum.
Take the lighting in the corridor for instance. There are Light Element Crystal Stones in the corridors of the White Jade Divine Palace, the rarest among the Elemental Crystals, covering the ceiling, making the palace as bright as day even at night.
But the illumination inside the Five-Color Dragon Castle is provided by Sunlight Stones, a kind of fluorescent stone that looks nice but doesn’t really have much value because they are so plentiful.
“No.” Mureya, looking at the small female dragon’s hopeful eyes, refused her request without hesitation. This pitiful-looking creature has been a thief in his castle several times, stealing gemstones. She is no less than her siblings, thus Mureya absolutely won’t let her out.

“Why?” The red eyes of the small female dragon began to well up with tears. Renata clung to Mureya’s leg without any shame. “Master Mureya, I beg you, let me out. I promise I won’t steal your gems again.”
“Ha ha!” Mureya looked sidelong at the little female dragon, tired of hearing similar phrases. Suddenly, he took a thoughtful look at Renata clinging to his leg and felt something was off…
“I got it!” Mureya corners of his mouth lifted. He clapped one hand with the fist of the other, an excited expression on his face: “Renata, if you want to go to the White Jade Divine Palace, you have to do something for me first. If you accomplish it, I will take you.”
“What do I need to do?” The small female dragon looked at Mureya curiously.
“Here.” Mureya took a magic book out of the space necklace hanging around his neck and handed it to Renata. “Four Ring Spell, Shape-shifting Spell.”
Little female dragon Renata looked slightly dazedly at the magic book stuffed into her arms, the entire dragon appeared somehow dumbfounded.
“As long as you learn this spell and can freely change into human form, I’ll take you to the White Jade Divine Palace.” After finishing his words, Mureya unceremoniously removed the little female dragon from his leg, put her aside, and proceeded with his entourage of Storm Giants.
…
In the White Jade Divine Palace, Mureya sat on a throne, carved from a solid Fire Element Crystal, inlaid with purple Thunder Element Crystals and blue Wind Element Crystals for decoration.
This throne was way more distinguished than the stone chair he had at the martial arts field. Although he couldn’t build a castle with Elemental Crystals like the Golden Dragon Mother did.
However, he could use Elemental Crystals as decoration for furniture such as chairs. He had hundreds of Tidal Giants sourcing endless treasures from the sea for him every day.
“Everyone is here, right?” Mureya sat on his throne, looking down upon the many powerful giants below. His voice echoed in the empty hall, as if it was devoid of people.
The hall in which Mureya was sitting was one of the three largest halls in the White Jade Divine Palace. It was designed for meetings from the beginning. The building’s size far exceeded the imaginations of mortals, with the dome alone reaching 180 meters high at its highest point. It gives an idea of the grandeur of the building and the grandiosity of the White Jade Divine Palace.
“Your Highness Muria, two of the cloud giant leaders have not yet arrived?” spoke one of the cloud giant leaders.
“I have entrusted these two cloud giant leaders with an important task, so they could not come, there’s no need to worry about it.” Muria replied with a laugh, “Aside from them, who else is not yet here?”
“All the Storm Giants have arrived!”
“All the Mountain Giant representatives have arrived!”
“All the Tidal Giant representatives have arrived!”
“All sixteen Cloud Giant leaders are present!”
“Very good!” Muria, standing ten meters tall, stood on a nine-tiered platform adorned with countless gemstones His appearance still bore traces of youth, but his dragon wings and dragon horns gave him a sense of might, adding a touch of authority to him.
“Now, I will proceed to make some announcements.” Muria declared in a loud voice, deciding to firmly hold power over Taiji Island, refusing to let things take their own course without implementing any rules.
“Firstly, I have decided to establish a personal guard specifically tasked with ensuring my safety.” Muria’s face turned solemn, “As for the members of the guard, it will be open to all giants who have reached the Golden Rank Five.”
Beneath the throne, the Storm Giants exchanged glances before their faces were filled with an uncontrollable joy. If not for the seriousness of the occasion, they would already be cheering and celebrating, expressing their happiness.
This order from Muria could practically be referred to as tailored specifically for the Storm Giants. Currently, among all giants on Taiji Island, only the Storm Giants had reached Golden Rank Five. Other giants, due to their racial bloodline restrictions, do not have a single one who had reached Golden Rank Five.
“Your Highness! Isn’t this limit too high?” Beneath the throne, one of the Cloud Giant leaders protested. Just from its name, it could be deduced that joining the personal guards would allow one to stay close to Muria. However, the conditions for joining were too high for the Cloud Giants.
It was only upon reaching adulthood that the Cloud Giants’ strength reached the Gold First Level. Moreover, the fact that there were eighteen Cloud Giant leaders was merely due to a large number of Cloud Giants living together, and their resonation of bloodline forces forcing an enhancement.
“The quality, rather than quantity, matters for the members of the personal guard.” Muria began to explain, “As time goes by, my power will continue to increase. While my influence is small now, eventually, my power will envelop the entire Taiji Island and by then, the Giants will become stronger and stronger. Therefore, the standards for selecting members of my personal guard will only be raised, not lowered.”
At this, all the Giants fell silent. Muria’s message was clear: he wanted only the strongest of the giants to serve as his personal guards and had no need for the rest.
“The second matter, establish a Giant Army, whose mission is to maintain the stability of the island and prevent any sort of fighting on Taiji Island. The number of soldiers recruited is temporarily set to two thousand. The stronger you are, the better your chances of getting in. Regardless of race, as long as you’re a Giant, you’re eligible.”
The rule of strength being supreme was an eternal law. None of the Giants in the hall objected, including the Cloud Giants. Although they were the weakest, there were more than two thousand of them even if one added the Mountain Giants and the Tidal Giants together. Therefore, they could still gain a few spots due to their sheer numbers.
“The third matter, on the first day of every month, I will hold a meeting here. Unless there are special circumstances, all must attend and report all significant occurrences on Taiji Island to me. Furthermore, any tasks requiring more than ten Giants must receive my approval before being carried out.”
“Yes!” Led by the Storm Giants present in the hall, all Giants decided to comply. Muria’s first decree had won him the unwavering loyalty of the strongest among the island’s Giants.
“The fourth matter, I have received reports that every day there are new Giants coming over to pledge allegiance. For these Giants, as long as they do not harbor malicious intentions, they are to be accepted.
I have also heard that many of the newly arrived Giants wish to meet me. I have decided to grant them this wish, on the first day of every month, after concluding the meeting, right here, I will receive their visit.
As for today, even though it isn’t the first day of the month, due to my oversight, I wasn’t able to give this matter enough thought. Hence, today being an exception, send word to all the newly arrived Giants on the island, I am ready to meet them right now.”
In accordance with Muria’s command, several Storm Giants promptly left the hall to notify the newcomers on Taiji Island to visit the White Jade Divine Palace to see Muria.
…Muria felt like a clay puppet in a temple, merely needing to maintain an awe-inspiring expression, accepting people’s kowtows without moving, requiring no effort on his part.
Cloud Giants, Tidal Giants, Mountain Giants, and the migrating Mist Giant tribes, as well as eight new Storm Giants… these Giants were overjoyed the moment they saw Muria, confirming that the news they had heard wasn’t false.
There was a child of Titans and Dragons living on the Titan Islands in the Thunderstorm Ocean who was willing to accept the allegiance of all Giants. This rumor drove many Giants to forsake everything they had, making every effort to cross the Thunderstorm Ocean and join Muria.
“Great Son of Titan, we of the Mist Giants pledge to follow you for all eternity.” Inside the grand hall, under the watchful gaze of numerous Giants, a group of Giants, each ten meters tall, entered the hall. They had milky-white skin, silver hair, strongly built arms. They all knelt before Muria, some of them even started crying on the spot…
