The woman was none other than Raul Graves’ wife, Crystal Locke. She evidently heard the sound of someone entering but did not turn around, as if nothing in the world could catch her interest.

Raul Graves wanted to see how his wife would react upon meeting her former lover and then decide his next move.

"Since he invited me, I will take you away. Raul Graves, stop hiding and come out, or I will take Crystal away!" Ayden Acme continued to shout.

"Hmph." Sure enough, Raul Graves’ cold snort echoed, followed by a shadow appearing and Raul Graves materializing between the two.

He didn’t look at Crystal Locke but coldly at Ayden Acme, saying, "It seems unless you die, Crystal will never let go of her feelings!"

"Don’t, Raul, don’t, there’s nothing between us anymore; let him leave, let’s live our lives peacefully!" Crystal Locke ran in panic towards Raul Graves, blocking him, fearing he might harm Ayden Acme.

Raul Graves’ expression softened, then he looked at Crystal Locke gently and said, "Crystal, I know your heart still has him; today I brought him here to let you see him for the last time. Today he must die, and once he’s dead, you’ll truly settle down!"

"No, I’ve already settled down. If you kill him, I will never forgive you for life!"

"Crystal, don’t be fooled by him; he doesn’t dare kill me." Ayden Acme retorted with a cold smile, "He brought me here today to shout threats at me in front of you, then you’ll plead for me, he softens and spares me. This way, you’ll always feel indebted to him, constantly worrying he might kill me, so you’ll appease him. That’s his goal!"

Lurking in the shadows, Yusuf Zuck had to admire Ayden Acme’s quick reaction, while being able to see through Raul Graves’ mind. This guy was indeed not simple.
