Invisible Security Guard-Chapter 2263 - 2282: I Am Jonah Murillo
"Don’t go out, you’re no match for him!" Although Moses Ray’s cultivation level isn’t high, living among a group of experts has taught him to discern who is stronger or weaker, so he shut the main door and stopped the two big demons of Black Seven’s Golden Protectors.
At that moment, Yusuf Zuck arrived quickly, bringing with him Ayden Acme and Grandpa Guo.
"Uncle Yi, are you okay?" Yusuf supported Moses Ray and asked.
"I’m fine, I’m fine. He didn’t want my life, so he just blinded my eyes. After a short rest, I’ll recover!" Moses Ray sat cross-legged, channeling his energy to heal himself.
Yusuf was so angry that his eyebrows twitched non-stop. Why couldn’t he stay peaceful no matter where he went? Even when trying to lay low, troubles followed him.
"Damn it, do they really think I’m an easy target for anyone to pick on?" Yusuf was furious. He wanted to keep a low profile lately, avoiding any trouble.
But avoiding trouble didn’t mean he was afraid of it. He was never afraid of anything before, and that hasn’t changed. Who cares if they’re a so-called divine being? He’d still dare to confront them!
He truly didn’t believe in fate — how many people in the world could truly hold him back? Why would he be afraid of anything?
"All of you, get into Blue Sea and Cloud Sky. I won’t hide anymore, nor will I leave. I want to have some fun with these supernatural beings from the Dream sky and see who dares to defy me?" Yusuf waved his sleeves and swept everyone into Blue Sea and Cloud Sky. Then, with a flick of his finger, he retrieved the World Cauldron that was covering the courtyard.
"Open for me!" After retrieving the World Cauldron, Yusuf waved his sleeves again, opening the main door. Then he transformed into a beam of light and shot out.
No matter who the enemy was, no matter what evil ailments they had, or what their intentions were, they injured Uncle Yi. They say even hitting a dog requires respecting the owner. The enemy dared to bully them right at their doorstep, so why waste words?
He was filled with killing intent as his figure shot out, the Blue Wing Big Knife slashing horizontally toward the two maids banging at the door!
However, unexpectedly, even though he considered it a sneak attack at blazing speed that the enemy wouldn’t have time to react to...
...as his big knife approached the two maids, they each extended a finger. One flicked his knife, and the other flicked his body!
"Bang~ Buzz buzz buzz~" The two maids casually dispelled his sneak attack-style charge. His knife kept ringing loudly, causing his hands to bleed continuously. Moreover, his body was sent flying backward, crashing through a courtyard wall and smashing through a house. His entire body’s bones emitted a cracking noise!
Just one flick from them shattered his bones almost entirely.
It’s only because the Azure Wing Slash was so sturdy that it wasn’t flicked apart. If it were any other magic treasure, it would’ve been shattered already.
"Ah, this must be Gabriel Freeman? Such insolence! You are insolent; you deserve to die for daring to harm him!" The long-haired, wicked man shouted angrily. As he flicked his fingers twice, the two maids’ heads exploded simultaneously, and they fell straight to the ground, dying instantly!
Yusuf was conscious at this time and could see this scene at the doorway. What he saw made his eyes almost pop out: if he guessed correctly, these two maids had cultivation levels of the Eternal Life Ninth Layer. But... but... this wicked man just killed them in a snap?
Your own people, yet you kill them so easily? Easier than killing chickens? What kind of person is this, so capricious?
"Quickly, quickly help carry little brother Gabriel Freeman out, get the best elixirs. Damn it, don’t you know I’ve come seeking him to treat my ailment? You harmed him, so you deserve death, deserve it!" The man named Jonah Murillo chuckled strangely and swaggered into the Chu Mansion. All the maids behind him remained coldly indifferent, not even sparing a glance at their deceased companions.
"No need for your treatment, hmph!" Yusuf, lying on the ground, saw two maids running out to help him stand up. Already, in such a brief moment, he had mostly recovered.
"Oh? Recuperating this fast? Indeed stronger than that... uh, whatever kingdom or country, truly an extraordinary healer!" Jonah Murillo clapped his hands repeatedly, praising!
Yusuf secretly tensed up. What on earth is this Jonah Murillo?
"Right, right, a self-introduction is in order. I’m Jonah Murillo, uh, just call me Jonah Murillo. Apologies for hurting your doorman earlier, apologies. Here’s a bottle of some kind of Rebirth Elixirs; taking one can regenerate your body through the soul. There are nine pellets inside; consider it my compensation. How about that?"
While speaking, he tossed the whole bottle of elixirs over.
However, Yusuf didn’t catch it but instead flicked his finger, shattering the bottle instantly. All nine elixirs shattered, releasing a rich fragrance throughout the courtyard. Smelling it made Yusuf’s mind stir.
"You..." Jonah Murillo’s face darkened.
"Hmph, I’m a healer myself, aren’t I? Can’t I heal my own people without accepting your elixirs as goodwill?" Yusuf said coldly.
"Uh... right, right, that was presumptuous of me. You don’t need them, you don’t need them. You have personality, you have personality. A self-introduction again, I’m Jonah Murillo. Yeah, Jonah Murillo. Have I introduced myself as Jonah Murillo before?"
Yusuf felt bewildered. Is this guy not right in the head? Feverish, addled?
"If you have something to say, spit it out," Yusuf said irritably.
"Um, um, um, I do have something to say. So, shall I fart first?" With a serious look, Jonah Murillo bent over slightly, puffed up his rear, and pfffted out a long, loud fart.
Yusuf was dumbfounded. What the hell kind of person is this? Hilarious to the point of being absurd.
He forcefully suppressed any anger!
"Okay, feeling better. So, let’s get started, three issues." Jonah Murillo twisted his body: "Firstly, help me with my ailment."
"Secondly, give me your Eternal Fire. I know how to transfer it, trust me."
"Thirdly, I’m curious about your monster-collecting skills, so teach me, alright? Just these three matters. As for killing my maids earlier, that’s not a big deal. I was going to kill them anyway, right?"
"I killed your maids?" Yusuf was momentarily stunned, then immediately recalled the girl, the one who had been tracking him.
"Yes, Xueqing was quite alright, I liked her. But oh well, kill if you must. Now, get started on treating me. Oh, have I mentioned that I’m Jonah Murillo?"
"So what you’re saying is, you want me to treat you, hand over my Eternal Fire, and teach you my monster-collecting art, right?" Yusuf looked at him as if he were an idiot.
"Yes, just those three things, any problem?" Jonah Murillo replied earnestly.
"What if I refuse to treat you, or give you the fire, or teach you the art?" Yusuf retorted.
"Why wouldn’t you? Why not? I’m Jonah Murillo, didn’t you hear me? Didn’t you know?" Jonah Murillo looked at Yusuf in amazement, as if his three requests were entirely reasonable!
