Invincible Snake Emperor-Chapter 96 - 95: Everyone Must Die

Just as his fair-skinned hand reached out, Chen Mo suddenly hesitated, freezing in place.

He always felt there was something strange about this Silver White Snake. He hadn’t witnessed its abilities, but for it to be worshipped as the Snake King by the people of Bai Town and to be so viscerally hated by his own arrogant apprentice, it had to be extraordinary.

Chen Mo treated Jiang Xingze very well, as he was his only apprentice. ’If he’s just here to watch,’ he thought, ’then let him.’

If Dr. Snake had known Jiang Xingze was here hoping to see the Silver White Snake explode, he probably would have been angry enough to slap his wicked apprentice to death.

After that brief interlude, Chen Mo turned his attention back to the Silver White Snake sprawled on the table. Wasting no more time, he aimed the syringe directly at its abdomen. As he pushed the plunger, the Giant Snake Gene was silently injected into its body.

The Silver White Snake’s body merely trembled slightly, and then it showed no further reaction. It was incredibly quiet and docile.

It was astonishing. The snake looked just like an ornamental pet, its small head pressed tightly to the table. Its unusually bright eyes blinked, and its crystalline, silver-white scales gave off a faint luster. The numerous wounds crisscrossing those scales, in particular, only served to inspire pity.

Forget the others; even Dr. Snake Chen Mo wore an expression of utter disbelief. His head was tilted back, eyes glued to the snake floating above him, momentarily stunned into inaction.
