Infinite System Inheritor Return From The Abyss-Chapter 305 - 303: Sparring
The next class moved outside to the field. The sun was up, and the sky was clear. The students stood in lines, doing warm-up exercises.
A tall male professor with a strong build stood in front of them. He wore a training outfit and had a whistle around his neck.
"Come on! Stretch those legs! Keep your balance! Let's go!" the professor shouted with a loud and energetic voice. "You need strong bodies to control strong power!"
Elshienne stretched her arms and legs while looking around. "Wow… yesterday we were in the lab," she said softly to Nathan, who was beside her. "And now the class is already approved."
Nathan nodded, doing slow stretches. "Yeah. That was fast. They really moved it quickly."
"Do you think it's because more people are awakening later now?" Elshienne asked.
"Maybe," Nathan replied simply.
The professor walked past them and encouraged another student. "Good job! Keep moving! Self-defense is the first step to survival!"
Elshienne glanced at Nathan again. "I'm a bit nervous, though. What if we don't awaken even with the class?"
Nathan looked at her and spoke gently, "Then we keep going. There's no reason to give up."

Elshienne smiled. "You're right."
The professor clapped his hands loudly. "Alright! That's enough warm-up! Now it's time for sparring!"
He pointed to the center of the field. "Get into pairs! Sparring is not about winning—it's about learning! This is your daily routine now, so give it your best!"
The students quickly moved to their partners. Elshienne stood in front of Nathan, stretching her arms with a playful smile.
"What about let's take a step forward today?" she asked.
Nathan smirked, brushing his hair back. "Oh, don't cry when you lose, sister."
Elshienne smirked back, standing firm. "Huh, I'm not a crybaby, brother."
They raised their arms and got into a stance. The two began sparring, their movements sharp and fast. Each strike and block echoed across the field, drawing attention.
Meanwhile, Nayoung had just finished her stretches and was about to spar with Jin-Hyu. But suddenly, she froze, feeling something intense behind her.
She turned and gasped, eyes wide. "Oh my gosh…" she whispered.
Right behind her, she saw Nathan and Elshienne. Their sparring looked completely different today—more serious, more intense. It felt like a real match.
She quickly grabbed Jin-Hyu's shirt as he was doing push-ups. "Jin-Hyu! Look! They're taking it to another level! Waaah! Let's watch!"
Jin-Hyu blinked in surprise but looked over. "Whoa…"
The whole class stopped and gathered around, intrigued by the siblings' sparring. Nathan and Elshienne continued their fight, but it was different from the others. No weapons—just their bodies.
Every time Nathan threw a punch or a kick, Elshienne would effortlessly dodge it, her movements swift and graceful. And whenever Elshienne tried to land a hit, Nathan would easily step aside, his eyes focused and sharp.
The air was tense with every move, yet it was almost like they were dancing. Their bodies moved in perfect harmony, each knowing exactly what the other would do next. It was clear to everyone watching that this wasn't just practice—it was a real fight between two skilled fighters.
Nayoung gasped softly. "Wow… they're so fast!"
Jin-Hyu nodded, his eyes wide. "Yeah, it's like they're reading each other's moves before they even happen."
The professor, who had been watching from the sidelines, smiled slightly. "It's impressive. They're not just relying on strength—they're using strategy, timing, and reflexes."
Elshienne ducked under one of Nathan's kicks and quickly countered with a sweeping leg move. Nathan jumped back, avoiding the hit by a hair's width, and smirked.
"You're not bad," Nathan said, catching his breath.
Elshienne grinned. "I could say the same about you."
Someone in the crowd spoke, "Tsk, this is nothing more than an Awakeners' fight."
Nayoung heard it and crossed her arms, turning around with a smirk. "Huh, look who's talking. Are you jealous, Sion, that you can't move like them?"
Sion frowned, his eyes narrowing. "You haven't seen how I fight yet. Don't provoke me, dumbass."
Nayoung rolled her eyes, clearly not intimidated. "Then fight Nathan!"
Sion smirked, a challenge in his eyes. Without another word, he walked forward, moving confidently toward Nathan and Elshienne.
Just as Nathan and Elshienne were about to clash again, they both stopped when they saw Sion approaching. Nathan raised an eyebrow, confused by the interruption.
"Let's spar," Sion said, his tone direct.
Nathan opened his mouth, about to speak, but Sion quickly glanced at the professor for permission.
The professor looked over at them, then nodded. "Alright, you can spar. But don't go too far."
Sion's smirk widened. He turned back to Nathan. "Ready?"
Nathan stood still for a moment, his eyes narrowing. "You sure you want to do this?"
Sion didn't answer. Instead, he got into position, waiting for Nathan's move. The tension was thick in the air as everyone watched.
Elshienne stepped back and was approached by Nayoung, who grinned brightly. "You're both amazing, Elshienne! You don't fail to impress us, hehe!"
Elshienne blushed slightly at the praise. She shyly responded, "Thanks, Nayoung."
But before Elshienne could say more, Sion suddenly ran toward Nathan, catching him off guard. Nathan quickly raised his arm to block Sion's kick, but his frown deepened.
In his mind, Nathan thought, Fast.
Sion smirked, speaking between his breaths. "Let's see who will win: the one trained with care, or someone who's trained harshly."
Nathan opened his mouth to reply, but before he could finish, Sion attacked again. This time, Sion's movements were swift and precise, a flurry of punches and kicks. Nathan barely had time to react. He dodged one punch but was hit by a swift knee to the stomach, pushing him back.
The crowd gasped as Nathan stumbled, quickly regaining his balance. He narrowed his eyes at Sion, who stood ready for the next move.
Sion's attacks—quick jabs, powerful kicks, and feints that made Nathan work harder to defend himself. Nathan was being pushed back with every move, and he could feel the pressure mounting.
Sion dodged one of Nathan's counterattacks and smirked. "You're slowing down already."
Nathan gritted his teeth, his focus sharpening. He couldn't afford to back down now.
The fight continued with Sion's attacks coming faster and faster. Every time Sion struck, Nathan blocked or dodged, but he was being pushed further and further, his feet sliding back with each powerful blow.
