Infinite Paths: The Raging Phoenix-Chapter 710 Quick attack
Terra, Seara, Dana, Kei, and Gila had complete faith in Rain, forged through shared battles and challenges. Yet, they hesitated at the tactical choice of directing all warriors toward the towering golem dragons. While they trusted Rain's experience, concentrating forces in one direction seemed risky, leaving them exposed to potential counterattacks from other angles.
The immense golem dragon also presented a significant threat. Despite reservations, their trust in Rain prevailed. Prepared for the challenges, they faced the battlefield united. The unfolding conflict would not only test Rain's strategic prowess but also the resilience of the warriors…
While Rain was drinking some potions, he looked at his left side and then saw the warriors of the raging phoenix reaching the dizzy fire dragons that were being drenched thanks to the downpour. Roan didn't hesitate in piercing the head of one of the dragons and then slicing up the face of the creature with a big swing… the creature trembled all over for a while before it stopped moving.
The warriors found their targets and began to slice up the faces of the fire dragons. The swords forged with ice dragon bones and scales hit and cut their flesh after freezing it with ease… However, soon, the earth dragons joined the fray.
The earth dragons charged at the warriors of the Raging Phoenix like enraged giant bulls. Their massive forms thundered across the battlefield despite being covered in mud, and the force of their attacks struck the warriors with ferocious intensity.
Despite the warriors' attempts to defend themselves with shields, the sheer power of the earth dragons sent several of them flying backward. The impact of the charging beasts tested the resilience of the warriors, their shields absorbing the brunt of the force as they fought to maintain their ground against the relentless assault.
The clash unfolded as a chaotic dance between the charging behemoths and the steadfast defenders, each movement echoing with the raw power of the confrontation.
The warriors formed lines and eventually managed to slow down the monsters, and when that happened, others used Impulse to approach and pierce the eyes of the beasts with their spears.
Even without receiving orders, the warriors split into two groups to face the earth dragons and the fire dragons. Roan led the group that attacked the fire dragons before they could recover. In no time, he killed five of them… but eventually, the giant golem dragon took notice of him…
When Roan was about to slice the forehead of a fire dragon, the tall golem dragon stepped in and almost smashed Roan to a tulp. He used the Impulse to the side and avoided the hit, but he stopped while he looked pretty calm… in the next moment, the monster stepped and smashed the head of the fire dragon.

To those who didn't see that happening until now, they were completely speechless… even if the golem dragon was as clumsy as one could get after becoming that big, they felt that the creature could have tried to attack Roan without risking smashing the head of the fire dragon.
"Rain… things are getting dicey on the other side," Seara said.
Rain looked to the north and saw the second group of that side almost reaching the walls. He wanted to be sure that his father would be fine against the golem dragons, but Rain had to be wary of the fire dragons crossing the walls. In the end, he left his sisters and his wives commanding that side, and then he used Impulse toward the enemies.
When five fire dragons were about to pass above the walls and open their mouths to use Fire Breath, Rain suddenly grabbed the shield and then created the ice blades on his guards before he jumped toward them with all his might.
The fire dragons sensed an impending danger, their instincts tingling with an alarming signal. As they turned their attention toward Rain, he vanished from their sight. In the blink of an eye, a swift and precise strike cut through their ranks, and a sudden, sharp pain coursed through their bodies.
The creatures caught off guard, began to plummet from the sky, their once-mighty flight now interrupted by an unseen force. The sudden and unexpected turn of events left the fire dragons bewildered and incapacitated forever… their heads fell on the wall, while their bodies fell on the other side.
The remaining dragons looked around only to see Rain wobbling one hundred meters away from the dragons' heads… it looked like, for some reason, he was dizzy. Thanks to the weirdness of the situation, they stopped their charge.
"Hehehe, you said that you wouldn't use my power, but what did you just do?"
"I guess I will turn you into a toilet seat if you keep being a pain in the ass," Rain said. "Since only shit leaves your mouth, a lot of shit will be able to cross it."
"Don't say things like that. I don't mind helping you as long as you keep killing as many dragons as possible."
"Maybe I should capture one dragon and force them to shit on you, like literally," Rain said. "I bet you will like this new experience."
Rain checked his condition after turning around and confirmed that he was fine despite being a bit dizzy… he just used the shield for a moment to increase his control over the ice blades and made himself spin like a shuriken. Thanks to that, he was able to behead five fire dragons. Still, that had been too easy. Rain didn't feel much resistance.

"... It is probably because these are young dragons," Rain thought. "This was a foolish move."
Rain didn't know why most of them were young dragons, he couldn't understand the logic behind the dragons' plans, but Rain was willing to destroy them all by using that chance.
