I Try To Enjoy My Life But This Woman Keep Calling Me Villain-Chapter 164: Encounter
We get inside the meeting room when we return home, and I say.
"Let’s talk about the preparation for the mission. Take this as an exam for all of you. I will still use low to medium-level spells and not join the fight unless something wrong is happening. However, I will let you use these."
I take out five pieces of armor and weapons from my pocket dimension. I give them to my companion and say.
"Take them and use them wisely. All of them will protect you from all kinds of attacks, but its most powerful protective enchantment is against a blunt attack. Not only that, it also protects your vision when the monster uses its sand attack to try and block your vision."
The others nod their heads and take the set of armor I give to them. I look at the bows and arrows on the table and say.
"Silva, Hilda, and Jonathan, you guys will take the bows and arrows on the table. It is an enchanted special bow and arrow that boosts its piercing effect to a tremendous degree. It did not have any elemental effect like the bow and arrow in your hand, but we did not need them. You know what? You can use the arrow you currently have and the one on the table."
The trio of archers take the bow and arrow with glee as they inspect them carefully. Recently, they have had an obsession with seeing a new bow and arrow. When we visit the nearby weaponsmith, they inspect all the bows and arrows carefully, one by one.
Sadly, they did not find anything interesting, and I must agree. With the help of [Solomon’s Wisdom], I can calculate the level of each piece of equipment. So far, there is no equipment that is past level forty-five, and I encountered that level kind of equipment when I visited the palace in Mantah City. The king is the one wearing that equipment.
It was some kind of protective equipment. For me to know more, I need a closer inspection.
Anyway, so far, there is nothing my companion wants from the regular weaponsmith in this place and even the one in the Southern Continent. They are on a lower level, and some are so far lower that it is a joke. The shape is great and even beautiful, but the usefulness is next to nothing. It was a decorative bow.
I shake my head and focus on the problem at hand.
The bows and arrows in their hands are a common rank weapon that a regular monster will drop in the Second Life. What makes them different is the level. It is a level eighty bow and arrow. It boosts piercing attack and attack speed. It is the optimal equipment for any bow-based class in Second Life before they can get a rarer weapon.
"Anyway, the three of you will not stay in one place. Because of the size of the monster, a stone platform will not work. It can destroy it with ease and injure you guys. I need you to move around while also attacking."
The three of them nod their heads, and I continue.
"I will still be healing you guys, but..." I put fifteen potions on the table, "I want you to not always rely on my healing. I will keep healing you, but when you decide to do something alone, you need to be careful and not rely too much on my healing. Because of this, I will give you three healing potions each. Keep these three potions on your belt or potch. They will be an emergency healing for you."
My companion takes the potions. I nod my head and say.
"Lastly, food. Jullian, can you take Jonathan and buy the food ingredients for us to cook? We need a lot of them. Before a big hunt, there needs to be a feast. That is the tradition."
"Of course, young master! Leave it to us!"
"Good. We will depart tomorrow morning. We will fly to our destination and get back using teleportation. I think that is all. Relax for today because tomorrow, we will have a hard fight against the giant worm."

|3rd POV|
Quentyn looks at the massive city in front of him with his mouth wide open. He knows that Lokah City is known as a fortress city, but he never thought that it would be this big and imposing.
"So, this is Lokah City, huh? Interesting! I have a good feeling about this!"
He looks to the side and sees a young man, a year younger than him, with silver hair and silver eyes. He is wearing sleeveless clothes and golden earrings. What makes this man unique is his long ears. He is an elf, a rare race in this continent full of sand and rock, as the elf is a creature of the forest. They are a race that likes forests. Even the other types of elves have the same characteristics. They like forests.
The man in front of Quentyn is from a Wood Elf race. Elves have four races: High Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, and Snow Elves. High Elves are the oldest race in the entire world. Not only that, they are also the creatures with the highest lifespan other than the gods. Even Dragon, which is known for their lifespan, will die before the High Elves die of old age. They are blessed with a high reserve of mana pool and blessed with mana control.
Dark Elves are the people known for their potion-making ability. They are master brewer and poison. Among the elven race, they are the most dangerous because they need to learn how to sneak around to make their poison work. Because of this reason, they are the race that is known for their assassination technique.
Snow Elves are the least populated elves in the world because of how harsh their home is. They are mostly found in the Northern Continent, where snow will always fall from the sky all year round. They are the protectors of the biggest Snow Forest in the northern continent and can protect it from the others because of their well-known strength. Snow Elves are known for their monstrous strength, which is equal to the beastmen race.
Lastly, Wood Elves. They are a creature that is known for their speed and agility. They are masters of archers as they are known to be never missed. Not only that, they are also known for their druidic magic that lets them grow plants and control them. They have something very valuable to the people in the Western Continent. 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
That is why the man in front of Quentyn is the Main Character. That’s right. The man next to him is the main character of the second game of White Lily.
"Ander, please don’t jump around. The ship has yet to dock properly."
Quentyn can only release a sigh as he makes sure the main character does not fall into the river. After working as an adventurer for almost a month, he encounters the main character in the capital city in the place where he will arrive, just like in the game.
"Quentyn is right, Ander. You need to calm down."
Ander, the main character, can only smile shamefully and scratch the back of his head. The woman standing next to Ander is the main heroine of the story and one of the best healers in the entire game, alongside Gwyndolin.
Her name is Reni, and she is a priestess, a healing job that can use a high-level burst healing spell. Not only that, they also have the greatest holy spell in the entire game, but Quentyn knows Reni cannot use that kind of spell just yet because she needs to unlock it first through a storyline mission.
Quentyn and Jul-Tan join the main character’s party because the guild recommends their party to Ander and Reni. After thinking about it for a minute, Quentyn decides to take them to their party because Quentyn knows that while following Ander will bring him a lot of trouble, it is the safest for him.
Ander is the honorable kind. All of his bad ends result in him sacrificing himself to the enemy so his companion can run away. This is the reason why Quentyn decided to follow the main character on his journey.
After the ship is safely docked, Quentyn and his party walk to the adventurer guild in the middle of the city to report their recently finished quest of escorting a merchant. The mission is easy for the latter part of the mission. The first part is the hard one because the merchant is in the middle of an oasis village where they need to go through a desert where monsters can attack. However, after they got into the ship, everything went smoothly.
As they get closer to the guild building, they can see a lot of people crowding near the building. Ander looks at Quentyn and says.
"Let’s see what is going on!"
"Oi! Wait up!"
Quentyn can only sigh and follow Ander to the crowd. They push the other so they can see what is happening, and when they arrive, they can see a massive sandworm lying in front of the guild. Ander looks at the man next to him and says.
"What is that?"
"Hmmm? Oh, that is the Sandworm of Lunvern. That is the S-rank monster that an S-rank adventurer party hunted down."
"Wow! I wonder what kind of people will defeat this thing!"
As if the world obeys his world, Gwyndolin and his companion walk out of the guild, and the people cheer.
"Oh! So this is them! Let’s go! I want to shake their hand!"
Ander dragged his companion toward Gwyndolin and his group. Jullian and Jonathan take a defensive stance when they see Ander and his group running toward them. However, Gwyn stops them from taking their weapon out and lets Ander run toward him.
"Sir! My name is Ander, and I’m a new adventurer! Can I shake your hand?"
"Sure. I don’t mind."
Gwyn takes Ander’s hand and shakes it. Ander looks at his hand in awe and starts to throw his hand into the air. While Ander screams in joy, Gwyn looks at quentyn and smiles.
"Hell, Quentyn. It has been a while."
