I lost my Copy System and awakened a Plundering System-Chapter 336: The Battle (1)
The slaughter domain was like a sword, cleaving the head of the golden blood wolf.
Everywhere seemed to freeze as the battle paused.
The girls, the wolf pack, and everyone else turned their gaze to the golden blood wolf's head, flying through the sky.
Fear struck the wolf pack, and they let out a chorus of whimpers.
The head rolled on the ground, giving the scene a fearsome aura.
Everywhere was silent as a graveyard.
Draco's eyes were emotionless as he watched the golden blood wolf's life slipping away.
Suddenly, the life force that had been fading sprang back.
Draco could see the golden blood wolf's unwillingness, its tenacity, and its refusal to succumb to death.
He shook his head; this was how the world worked.
No mercy.
No compassion.
He raised his hand, planning to end its life swiftly, but was stopped by Xylara.
"Master, stop. I advise you not to kill it. It is still useful to you," Xylara said.
"How useful is it?" Draco frowned, halting his hand.
"Master, have you forgotten where you are? It's a new planet, and you will need a guide. There's no better guide than a ferocious beast. The bloodline of the wolf isn't that weak. It can activate its ancient, ferocious bloodline."
Xylara explained to Draco, who was pondering her words.
He realized her words were true and looked at the blood wolf, still fighting death.
He waved his hand, and the head of the blood wolf landed in his hands.
Everyone was confused by what was happening.
What was Draco planning?
"You are lucky that you are still useful to me." His cold voice had no emotion.
He forced out a drop of his essence blood, giving it to the blood wolf.
As his blood touched the body of the golden blood wolf, it was absorbed.
Its heart began to beat faster and louder, and blood tendrils came from its neck and head, rejoining the beheaded parts.
It was encased in a blood cocoon, undergoing evolution. Massive, ferocious energy was released into the surroundings, attracting many foes.
The wolf packs knelt, howling as they surrounded their alpha, protecting it.
Draco squinted. He knew that with this massive outburst of ferocious energy, there was no way any creature wouldn't be attracted: human, ferocious Volkoid, and Volkoid.
But this was what he wanted.
Everyone was like experience points to him.
"You guys should find somewhere to hide. This place will be destroyed by what is happening next," he told the girls and his friends. The next battle wasn't one they could participate in.
They nodded, knowing they were no help now, and it deeply hurt them as they clenched their hands.
Especially the girls noticed they were more like a burden to Draco, and they wanted to be of great help.
And it seemed the sheltering Draco was giving them would hinder their progression, as they were a god's heir.
They made their decision within that instant, their gaze clashing against one another.
Within seconds, numerous presences could be sensed.
The tree shook, the sky changed, and the pressure in the air became intense.
Numerous ferocious Volkoids appeared, each stronger than the golden blood wolf he had fought. Also, there were some humans and other creatures that weren't native to the Ferocious continent.
Draco's expression was calm, even though the foes were many.
There were many he didn't know the kind of ferocious species they were, and it was a waste of time for him to appraise them.
The emerging foes had their attention on the blood cocoon. Draco was nonexistent to them.
They could sense something in the blood cocoon that could make them evolve.
Draco watched all of this. He knew that it wasn't because of the golden blood wolf's bloodline that attracted this huge amount of foes.
It was his drop of essence blood that he bestowed on it.
This scene delighted him.
He took a step forward. Finally, they took notice of him as their gaze landed on him.
They all felt threatened by him, and Draco was also unfathomable to them.
"Who is this?"
"Well, that doesn't concern me. Does he want to fight all of us?"
"That's hilarious. How can he take on all of us at the same time? Also, I sense some trash around."
"Let's just deal with him and discuss how we will split the creature that's inside that cocoon."
They discussed openly, not minding if Draco could hear their words.
They belittled Draco, not thinking that he could stop them.
But that's the very first big mistake they made.
Draco grinned at their words, "I wonder how many experience points you guys can give me after I kill you all."
He also didn't bother hiding his words.
All the creatures heard him. They didn't know much about experience points, but hearing his words about killing them made them laugh in tears.
"Young man, I wonder how you will do so. " A ferocious creature roared in laughter. It had the head of a crocodile and the slender body of a snake.
"Then you shall be the first to die." Draco's lips slowly curled up into a smile.
Before, he had wanted to release his shadow army and Volkoid army, but he remembered that he was a walking army.
There was no need for them.
When the Ferocious Creature heard Draco's words, it didn't take them seriously. Its strength wasn't the strongest, but it was below them.
Draco made use of his cloning ability.
Thunder roared, lightning crackled, wind blew, the trees bent as if they were prostrating, and the earth shook.
Different phenomena happened, confusing the crowd.
Out of the shadows, there were five clones of Draco.
A silver-haired and eyed young man, his eyes were like the starry sky, with two lumps of horn. His arrogance and dominance eclipsed all.
A three-colored-haired and eyed young man, his stark phoenix eyes shone like fire; his hair and eyes were flaming. His elegance eclipsed all.
A white-haired and golden-eyed young man, his eyes were cold like those of a killer and wild like an unrestrained beast. His ferocity eclipsed all.
A black, red-haired, and blood-red-eyed young man, with devilish eyes that came from the pits of hell, he was demonic in nature. His devilishness eclipsed all.
A half golden and half black-haired young man, he had a golden eye and a dark eye. He had the strongest yang and yin energy. His yin-yang eclipsed all.
They all looked like Draco, and it shocked the crowd.
They could feel that Draco's clones were more dangerous than he was.
The clones looked at the army of creatures before them.
Their expressions remained unchanged, as if the army were ants.
"I wonder how many experience points they would give us," Draconic Draco grinned.
Draco smiled, stretched his right hand to the side, and the weapon of plunder appeared in his grasp.
"Perfect Ranger Form."
He muttered, and a massive pressure descended everywhere.
His appearance was still the same, but Draco knew his strength had increased.
The Ranger Form had fused with his flesh and blood.
The army was still trying to comprehend what was happening when Draco's figure disappeared.
They were shocked, unable to trace Draco's figure.
They looked around until they saw him at the end of the crowd.
They were still confused about what Draco was doing until they heard the tragic cry of one of them.
When they looked, they saw that the ferocious creature that had ridiculed Draco had a massive hole in its chest.
This wasn't fatal, but it felt fear when it realized it couldn't heal its injuries.
It slowly wailed itself to death; the others were in shock and confusion.
When had Draco done this?
All this happened within seconds.
And its wail ignited the spark of battle.
The ferocious creatures charged in anger, seeing one of their members had fallen.
"How about we have a little competition?" Demon Draco said, licking his lips.
"What's it?" Phoenix Draco raised his eyebrows and asked.
"Let's compete on who will have the largest kill." Demon Draco replied in excitement.
"Main body, what do you say?" He roared at Draco.
Draco heard this from the far end, and his lips curled into a grin.
The Ferocious Volkoids and other creatures also heard this, and the challenge incited their anger.
Their opponents didn't even take them seriously.
Draco smirked, "Let the slaughter begin."
The chant of a dragon, the chirp of a phoenix, the caw of a crow, the bellow of a demon, and the roar of a tiger.
The surroundings changed as the clones immediately attacked.
With one attack, several fell.
Most of the weakest beings were used as cannon fodder, even though they were far stronger than cerulean.
The girls and the others watched this scene and realized that Draco was fighting such creatures, and yet they were hiding because of their insufficient strength.
They were hungry for strength and bitter about their weakness.
