Chapter 150 After this

Luo Xiaolei felt that Yu Chen had stiffened the instant her tongue entered his mouth, but she couldn't stop even if she wanted to.

Her senses had been seduced the moment she tasted him, and she could no longer think straight. Luo Xiaolei felt sensations she had never known she was capable of feeling. All she could feel was him, she was totally intoxicated.

She never felt anything like this before. No man had ever made her do something and anything like this. She had never craved for anyone to this extent.

The kiss continued, and Luo Xiaolei didn't stop exploring his heartbreakingly delicious mouth despite him not responding at all. And then, a voice at the back of her head reminded her to go easy on him. But Luo Xiaolei was completely captivated by him that all she managed to do was wait for him to faint so she would stop.

'Yu Chen… please faint now if you want me to stop.'

But then, unexpectedly, the fainting she was asking for didn't happen, until she finally pulled back to breathe.

When she opened her eyes, she saw that Yu Chen was taking a shaky and shallow breaths.

'He… he really didn't faint?'

She watched him, silently, as he slowly opened his eyes but the moment their gazes met, something ignited between them and before she knew it...

Luo Xiaolei kissed him again. But this time, Yu Chen didn't turn into an unresponsive stone. He began to respond, copying what she was doing. Then, the kiss went even deeper, passionate even. And Luo Xiaolei just knew that after this kiss… she would want him more and more and she wouldn't hold back anymore.

She had decided, that from here on she would give her best. She would stop letting the past and her fears control her and she wouldn't restrain her feelings anymore.

After what seemed like ages, they broke apart for air.

When Luo Xiaolei looked at him, Yu Chen's eyes were still closed. The next moment, he rested his forehead against hers. His breathing was heavy, much heavier than hers, almost hyperventilating.

"A-are you okay?" Luo Xiaolei finally spoke.

"Mm." His voice almost sounded like a moan. "I'm just a bit light headed." He weakly uttered, still not opening his eyes.

Luo Xioalei bit her lower lip, unsure what to do. The heat from their kiss still didn't subside so she was still in the process of regaining her rationality.

"Do you need water?" was all she could say. This time, the man didn't reply.

Just as Luo Xiaolei was about to speak again, the man suddenly moved and pulled her closer until to him until there was no space left between them. Luo Xiaolei gasped in surprise.

"Wait… Yu Chen, stop moving recklessly!" she said, worriedly reminding him. But the man didn't seem to hear her and he pushed her down.

Luo Xiaolei's eyes widened in shock as she fell on her back. And the shock didn't stop there.

Before Luo Xiaolei could even process what just happened, the man was already on top of her.

Luo Xiaolei gasped again but then, she noticed that the man was no longer moving.

Blinking, Luo Xiaolei swallowed as she slowly lifted her hand and touched his head which was now resting at the nook of her neck.

"Y-yu Chen?" she called out softly but the man remained unmoving.

When she realized that he actually fell asleep, she sighed before her lips curved up. She caressed his hair as she whispered, "You did well sweetie. But next time, I think I won't let you fall asleep anymore so you have to recover as fast as you could and heal that wound so I can finally cor... Ah… I don't know why these words are coming out of my mouth."

Luo Xiaolei blushed intensely, embarrassed by her own words, but her face didn't look regretful at all. "Yu Chen… you really are dangerous for my health! For my heart's health, most especially for my mental health!! I can't even stop myself anymore."

The next morning, Yu Chen woke up without Luo Xiaolei by his side.

"I was called by your fiancée early this morning to come check on you." Yang Jin who was sitting by the window was the one who spoke. "She said that you made a reckless move last night so she was worried. Gladly, everything is fine."

"Where is she?"

"She left with Guan Ye."

"Yang Jin… don't give me medicines at night."

"H-huh? And why would you ask me that?"

"I don't want to fall asleep early. Sleep is getting in the way."

". . ."

Yang Jin's jaw dropped upon hearing what Yu Chen just said. But he quickly recovered and his lips curved up mischievously.

"Ohh… sleep is getting in the way huh. Are you saying that you two are now doing something at night?" the doctor asked and Yu Chen looked away, clearing his throat.

His reaction instantly made the doctor freak out.

"What?!!! Did you two already do it?!!" he exclaimed, sitting up noisily.

Yu Chen didn't answer and his silence meant yes to Yang Jin. "Whoah!! Seriously?! I mean, you two really did it last night?" he was looking at him in utter disbelief.

"What, you think I'm not capable of doing it?" Yu Chen's gaze suddenly sharpened as he glanced at him.

"No, no, that's not what I mean… it's just that…"

"If not for the medicines, I should've kis –"

"Wait, you're saying that what you did last was actually kissing?"

"What else would it be?"

". . ."

Yang Jin could only sigh as his shoulders dropped. 'Ah… I should've known… but oh well, at least, this man is improving,' he whispered to himself before he sighed again.

"By the way, Miss Luo asked me a while ago if she can take you out today and I said 'yes'. But of course, you have to be extra careful. I think she left you a message." The doctor said before he walked towards the door. "Also, please don't even think about not taking your medicines at night. You won't recover if you won't take them."

When Yang Jin was gone Yu Chen picked up his phone. And as Yang Jin said, Luo Xiaolei did left a message for him.

[My Little Thunder: If it's alright with you, will you come with me to this place this afternoon? I have something to show you.]
