Thirdly, irregular diet and internal injury from overwork weaken the spleen’s ability to transport, resulting in accumulation of dampness and generation of phlegm, blockage of meridians by phlegm heat, and confusion of the senses; or when there is inherent liver yang excess, the liver contradicts and harms the spleen, leading to poor transportation by the spleen, generation of phlegm, liver fire internally burning and turning fluid into phlegm, causing liver wind mixed with phlegm fire, suddenly surging through the meridians and confusing the senses, resulting in sudden fainting and paralysis. This is what "Danxi Heart Method · Stroke" refers to as ’damp earth generates phlegm, phlegm generates heat, heat generates wind.’

Fourthly, when the five emotions are too extreme, excessive heart fire, or sudden anger harms the liver, causing violent movement of liver yang and emotional stirring of heart fire, the interaction of wind and fire, leading to upward surge of heated qi and blood, resulting in dizziness and sudden collapse, causing this condition.

And his condition is the fourth type, often caused by worry and anger, an excess of liver yang, qi counterflow, upward surge to the brain, and blockage of the senses."

The Juegu point is the Marrow Meeting Point among the Eight Influential Points; acupuncture can dispel wind, relieve fire, strengthen muscles, and strengthen bones. Acupuncturing these points according to the symptoms, with proper technique, can often achieve astounding effects."
