I can expand my MAGIC ENDLESSLY?!-Chapter 36: First day of class
The next morning, Kairos woke up.
Ywan~
He rubbed his eyes, feeling the soft bed. Oddly, the bed was quite comfortable.
He quickly freshened up, changing into normal looking clothes. He didn’t bring a spare one. He wore what he was wearing.
A brown coat with a white shirt tucked in his pants. Nothing special. He put away the Claws, his robe, and a few other things he brought with him.
Like the poison bottles his father gave him that he hadn’t used and the Nozvan family’s mana technique.
There was no need to bring those things with him. But for the few monster cores and the money, he tugged them in.
Glancing at the mirror, "I should buy some decent clothes from the city afterwards."
’But for today, this would do.’
Tugging his sword on his waist. He stepped out. His badge glowed for a second before clicking.
It popped out. Kairos gasped, then made sure the door was not open anymore.
He gave a nod. ’With this, none will be able to enter my room.’
Simultaneously, the door beside him clicked.
Hearing the click, Kairos concluded it would be another student like him.
Turning his head around, he put up a polite smile.
’Good morni...
He paused.
"You...why are you here?" The other person spoke, her eyes widening a little.
Kairos closed his mouth, nodding.
’Yeah, I forgot about her. She’s here too.’
"Hello Leia, it’s a pleasure to meet you again."
In front of him stood Leia Skylark. Her hair was longer than before. As Kairos looked, he couldn’t help but think. ’ She has really grown up, becoming someone beautiful’
While on the other hand, Leia could only stare at his face. Before closing her eyes, she became calmer.
But deep down there was nothing calm.
’Is he really Kairos?! He recognized me, so he really is... He has become more handsome... No, what am I even thinking?
He took a deep breath, calming himself down. But to Kairos it felt like she wasn’t happy seeing him.
Kairos could understand, considering what he did back then. She should hate him.
"So you’re really here." She spoke looking down with a flat tone.
Seeing it all, Kairos becomes sure again that what he had thought is the case. She hates him.
That’s alright; that’s what he wanted.
"Yes, I took the exam yesterday and passed somehow."
"Are you in Class A?"
She nodded and gave a deep look at him. Before turning her head aside. "I’m going then," ears turning bright red underneath her hair.
The next second, rushing down the stairs. Leaving Kairos alone, standing like that. He gave a deep sigh.
For her to rush like that, was he too cruel? She was, after all, a child. He gave a deep sigh before also heading down.

[Class B-1]
Students started to gather as. Taking their seats.
The classroom was wide enough to fit a small house within. Huge arched windows were placed with light streaking into the rows of rows of desks surrounding a huge board with a small raised platform.
Kairos stepped in, glancing at his pocket watch before tugging it back in.
’I’m not late,’ she uttered with some relief. He looked to the right, at the very first bench.
Giving a deep sigh, he entered, going his way towards the last seats.
’It would really be a hassle to deal with her.’
He sat down, casting a glance at her. Her black hair fluttered with the gentle wind as she smiled, nodding politely.
Surrounding her were three other students, undoubtedly noble.
"Princess, Rosa. I have heard about you a lot. But seeing you like this. "You’re really beautiful."
"None are beautiful like you in this classroom for sure."
"Yes, she is beautiful."
Hearing the chattering. Kairos’s brows twitched. He gave a deep look at her.
’As if Cartalia is more beautiful.’
He would be lying if he said she’s ugly. But to Cartalia, she pales in comparison to him.
And soon enough, the world was listening to him and wanted to prove his statement correct.
She stepped in, instantly attracting the gazes of many. With her hair pinkish red and the smooth white skin.
She looked at the room, stopping a gaze at him. She sighed in relief. ’I wasn’t late.’
Karios, Could almost hear her despite sitting far from her. He could tell just by glancing at her. She was worried about getting late and is now relieved seeing others have yet to arrive.
A smile blossomed unknowingly on Kairos’s face as he looked at her. But that smile didn’t last long, right in front of his eyes.
She rushed forward, sitting right beside the princess Rosa. Kairos froze with a broken heart.
’Yeah, right. They seemed close yesterday too.’ He sighed. Giving another glance at her and the princess.
’They seemed close, very close,’ he thought. And the way it seemed, the Phoenix wouldn’t hurt her.
But still he clenched his fists. ’I have to do something about them.’ He has lost her once; he can’t afford to lose her again.
Never again!.
Just then another person entered. She looked left and right before noticing him heading towards her with pointy ears.
She sat down. "Good morning. Are you excited? We can finally learn seriously."
Kairos gave a glance, nodding, putting aside all the worries, it sure is the day he would be able to learn magic properly.
As he was thinking that, his gaze fell on someone. He hadn’t noticed her before, but as he looked closely, squinting his eyes, he was sure of it.
’I see, so she’s here too.’
Far from them, sitting at the side, was a girl. Gazing outside, a gentle wind blowing by caused her red and white striped hair to move.
’Natalia, one of the Calamity’
Calamity, The title, which refers to a being or a catastrophe that takes lives in thousands, is awake.
And she was one of them. Not yet. During Kairos’s last life, she gained that title after losing her mind to her desire for blood.
In fact, she isn’t a human to begin with,She’s a vampire, one of the last remaining vampire in this world. Despite being one, she refused to consume blood, and at a certain point, she lost herself to that desire, losing her consciousness and becoming a monster.
Before meeting her end at the hands of the Alliance.
’In this life, I will recruit her.’ Kairos made up his mind. Her story was tragic, if he can, he will prevent that and also gain a strong ally.
Soon time passed by, and the clock hit eight.
A black robed person stepped in. He was carrying a small staff and a thick book full of notes peeking out.
Instantly many recognized him, especially the dark bags underneath his eyes. It was the professor that stood behind the principal.
He slammed down the book on the desk. From the ground, slowly, a whiteboard appeared.
He flicked his hand holding the staff at the board. Instantly the whiteboard changed, and many words and diagrams appeared on the board.
"Allow me to reintroduce myself, I am Corwin Evelim," the professor stated, casting his gaze upon his new students.
"I will be teaching you the basics of advance magic theories." He paused for a moment, observing the lack of reaction from the class.
"Furthermore, I will be overseeing Class B," he continued, finally eliciting the desired response. A smile formed on his face, creating a tense atmosphere in the room.
"I hold complete authority over your grades and have the power to expel you from the academy."
Causing few reactions among the students.
"But before that, everyone follow me." He tapped behind him with his staff.
A blue force spiraled on the board like a droplet of water. And in the next second, the board split apart, sliding at both of the sides.
Revealing a path going below. "Your ranks will be decided there."
