I Can Contract Beauties-Chapter 239: Fire Wolf VS Violent Flame Bear

Frenzy was a skill that his Fire Wolf had recently learned.

It allows his Fire Wolf to enter a state wherein it would disregard all of its emotion and just attack everything in sight except its master. During such a state, it would gain double the strength for a short period of time.

Receiving the order, the Fire Wolf immediately used the skill [Frenzy] without any hesitation.

The moment it did so, its body immediately grew in size as terrifying growls were let out of its mouth.

Simon frowned upon seeing such a scene. He could feel that the Fire Wolf had gotten stronger. A serious look appeared on his face for a brief moment before it returned to the normal cold expression as he stared at the Fire Wolf.

He waved his hands and communicated with his Violent Flame Bear telepathically. The Violent Flame Bear let out a ferocious roar as it charged and swiped its massive paws towards the Fire Wolf menacingly. The paw of the Violent Flame Bear glowed in red as fires appeared out of it.

The Fire Wolf hurriedly dodged to the side without waiting for its master’s order. Its speed was even faster than before now that it has entered a frenzied state.

The bear’s paws caused a minor explosion as it landed on the stage.

The Fire Wolf raged back and attacked.

The Violent Flame Bear was quite massive and was easily hit by the Fire Wolf’s attack. A mark was left on its fur making it infuriated. It swiped its paws and managed to hit the unprepared wolf this time around.

The Fire Wolf crashed a few meters away as it whimpered while trying to get up. That was just a casual swipe from the Violent Flame bear but it already managed to cause such damage to the Fire Wolf that heavily.

Gasper gritted his teeth seeing the state of his Fire Wolf. As an Innate Beast, he knew that the Fire Wolf would not truly die a true death. But as its master, he also doesn’t want to see it die right in front of his eyes time and time again.

The Violent Flame Bear did not wait for the Fire Wolf to recover. Its master ordered it to attack immediately and it did so without hesitation. Its massive body clashed with the Fire Wolf, sending the latter’s body a few meters away once again.

The Violent Flame Bear pursued and arrived in front of the Fire Wolf again.

This time though, the Fire Wolf quickly rolled to the side, evading the massive flaming bear paw that was coming its way.

Debris flew everywhere, obstructing the Violent Flame Bear’s vision for a little while.The Fire Wolf saw the opportunity in this and immediately lunged towards the Violent Flame Bear, aiming for its exposed throat.

Unfortunately, the Violent Flame Bear was able to react to the sudden attack and counterattack by swatting the Fire Wolf away with a powerful blow.

The Fire Wolf immediately stood up while shaking its whole body to recover. It stared at the Violent Flame Bear cautiously.

The Fire Wolf realized that it couldn’t match the bear’s raw power, but it had speed and agility on its side. With a swift burst of energy, it leapt onto the bear’s back, sinking its fiery teeth into the bear’s neck.

The Violent Flame Bear roared in pain. It violently thrash around, trying to throw the Fire Wolf off of its back. However, the wolf clung on, its jaws locked tight as it bit with bloodshot eyes.

Unfortunately, the VIolent Flame Bear’s immense strength finally prevailed, and it managed to shake the wolf off, slamming it to the ground.

The Fire Wolf yelped but quickly rolled away, avoiding a crushing stomp from the Violent Flame Bear that was imbued with raging fire.

The ferocity of the fight astounded the onlookers. Gasper and Simon took a deep breath each as they looked at the ongoing violent battle in anticipation.

The two beasts did not want to lose from the other. Each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. However, the onlookers, and even Miguel himself knew that the Violent Flame Bear was ultimately the stronger creature between the two.

Breathing heavily, both creatures paused, sizing each other up once more. The Fire Wolf’s eyes narrowed as it noticed the bear’s slightly labored breathing. It had to exploit any weakness it could find.

With renewed determination, the Fire Wolf launched itself at the bear again, this time darting around to attack from the side. It slashed at the bear’s flank with its Fire Claws, drawing a roar of pain and fury.

The bear turned to retaliate, but the wolf was already gone, its agility was nothing to scoff at. Although it could not compare to pure speed-type creatures, it was nevertheless much faster compared to the rough and rigid Violent Flame Bear.

The Fire Wolf kept on attacking and retreating. It angered the bear so much that fumes escaped out of its nostrils. Unfortunately, there was nothing it could do to the pest that kept on attacking and retreating away from it.

Suddenly, Simon raised his hand up in the air. The Violent Flame Bear saw his actions and immediately roared to the air.

The Violent Flame Bear, now bleeding from several wounds, bellowed and unleashed a torrent of fire from its throat, lighting up the whole stage into fire in a circular motion with the Violent Flame Bear as the center.

The Fire Wolf barely evaded the searing flames.

Feeling the heat singe its fur, it knew it had to end this quickly before the searing flames around engulfed it. Even though it was a Fire Wolf and has a fire attribute, this doesn’t mean that it was equally immune to fire.

In a final, desperate maneuver, the Fire Wolf gathered all its strength and sprinted straight at the Violent Flame Bear. The bear, anticipating another evasive attack, swung its claws to intercept, but the Fire Wolf ducked low and surged upward, clamping its jaws around the bear’s throat in a fierce, fiery grip.
