Both have the same Yin property. Yin Lotus Seed can increase the Yin energy of the females. Snow Pond Leaf’s effects are still unconfirmed but it’s suspected to be the same as Yin Lotus Seed. Can only be found in up-north or through trades.

Harmony Lotus- Serenity Tea

Spiritual Flower- Virasedent Fern
