I Become The Richest Man With A monthly Salary of Twenty Thousand Yuan-Chapter 521 - 430 Leisure Time_2
Meanwhile, Fang Youxue went upstairs, heading straight for the special care ward.
Xia Liang didn’t say a word until she left. He knew what was going on, but it was none of his business.

Two hours later, as Xia Liang was by the washstand after using the restroom, he heard the sound of soft sobbing.
Fang Youxue was there, quietly wiping away her tears.
She had always been closest to her uncle, Fang Tian, ever since she was a child. Seeing him in his current state was incredibly distressing for her.
Seeing this, Xia Liang sighed and cursed his own kind heart.
"Miss Fang, do you need help?" he asked slowly as he washed his hands.
Startled by his appearance, Fang Youxue quickly composed herself, her expression becoming completely different from a moment ago.
"How do you know my surname is Fang?" she asked, looking at him.
"You’re the young lady of the mighty Fangzun Group. Of course I know who you are," Xia Liang said with a faint smile. But Fang Youxue’s brows furrowed, and she clutched her phone, ready to call back the bodyguards she had just sent downstairs.
She had lived abroad for years; hardly anyone in the country knew her.
"Don’t be nervous. I’m just here to help," Xia Liang said, holding his hands up and taking a step back to show he meant no harm.
"You can’t help me." Fang Youxue shook her head. She had no expectation that an ordinary person could be of any assistance.
"That’s not necessarily true, Miss Fang. It’s possible that I’m the only person in the world who can help you."
Hearing this, Fang Youxue finally took him seriously and studied him closely.
Besides being handsome, Xia Liang did seem to have a subtle, extraordinary air about him.
"Who are you? How can you help me?"
"Let me introduce myself." Xia Liang moved closer to Fang Youxue, a slight smile touching his lips as he extended his right hand. "My name is Xia Liang. I’m a fortune teller."
Hearing his words, Fang Youxue froze.
I must be going crazy. To think I almost believed him, only for him to say he’s a fortune teller.
Seeing her lack of response, Xia Liang just smiled and withdrew his hand.
"It seems Miss Fang doesn’t believe me," he said lightly, turning to walk away. As he went, he added, "You and your uncle were very close when you were young, weren’t you? I wonder if that swing set behind your villa is still there."
She had dismissed him as a charlatan, but his words made her stop, a jolt of shock running through her.
As a child, she’d had a fear of heights and hadn’t even dared to sit on a swing. It was Fang Tian who had patiently stood by her, helping her onto it and then pushing her gently, slowly going higher and higher until she overcame her fear.
The swing set was indeed her most profound childhood memory with Fang Tian.
But despite her shock, Fang Youxue remained skeptical, her gaze sharpening. "Who are you? How dare you investigate me?"
The household staff and the butler all knew that she and Fang Tian often played on the swings. It was something that could easily be discovered in an investigation, which is why she didn’t believe Xia Liang immediately.
"Investigate you?" Xia Liang scoffed. "I’m a fortune teller. As for you... you’re nothing." 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢
He emphasized the last few words, and Fang Youxue trembled with anger.
Just as she was about to explode, a figure rushed into the room. It was the director of Qingyun Hospital, Lin Yaoyang.
Seeing Director Lin, Fang Youxue quickly addressed him. "Director Lin, what are you doing here?"
To her surprise, however, Lin Yaoyang seemed to ignore her completely, running straight toward Xia Liang and leaving her standing there.
"Director Lin, what is going on?"
Before she could finish, her expression froze, and her eyes widened in shock.
She saw Lin Yaoyang run up to Xia Liang, his legs give way, and with a THUD, he dropped to his knees, pulling something from inside his coat.
"Master Xia, thank you so much! You’re my family’s savior, and I don’t know how to express my gratitude. This card has two Yuan in it, and the password is one through six. Please, you must accept it!"
After speaking, Lin Yaoyang remained kneeling firmly on the ground, holding the card out. It was as if he was declaring that he wouldn’t get up unless Xia Liang accepted it.
Xia Liang, however, remained perfectly calm, like an otherworldly expert for whom such scenes were commonplace.
Fang Youxue was stunned, frozen in place with a look of utter astonishment.
Who was Lin Yaoyang? He was the director of the Qingyun City First People’s Hospital and a former top-ranked national professor of neurology. His published research papers had won countless global awards, and he had saved more lives than he could count. Several of the top young neurological experts in Dragon Country were his former students.
That was why the Fang Family had sent Fang Tian here when no one else could treat his condition. They hoped that with Lin Yaoyang on site, he might one day devise a cure.
But now, that same Lin Yaoyang was kneeling before Xia Liang. How could she not be shocked?
This all started yesterday.
After packing up his stall for the day, Xia Liang had encountered a hurried Lin Yaoyang. With a habitual glance, he recognized him as a doctor with great integrity who had saved many lives. Discovering Lin Yaoyang’s predicament, Xia Liang felt the impulse to help.
"Director Lin, be careful when you’re cooking alone at night. You might just burn yourself."
Hearing the voice behind him, Lin Yaoyang started. He had, in fact, accidentally burned himself while cooking the previous night. But he lived alone. How could this person possibly know?
Before he could process it, Xia Liang’s voice continued. "You were also burned when you were seven, weren’t you, Director Lin? That heart-shaped scar on your waist has been with you for a long time!"
If the first comment had merely startled and intrigued him, the second left Lin Yaoyang completely stunned, his eyes wide with astonishment.
When he was seven, he had been accidentally scalded by hot water, leaving a heart-shaped scar on his waist. At the time, only a few close relatives knew about it. Here in Qingyun City, the only person who knew about the scar was his wife!
How could this young man know about it in such detail? Just then, Xia Liang’s voice sounded from behind him again.
"Can we sit down and talk now, Director Lin?"
Hearing Xia Liang’s calm words, Lin Yaoyang hesitated before slowly walking back and sitting down opposite him.
"How do you know these things?" he asked. He took a deep breath, trying to suppress his shock, but his voice still trembled slightly.
The scar on his waist could possibly be discovered through a thorough investigation. But the burn from yesterday? Only he knew about that!
When he looked properly at Xia Liang, Lin Yaoyang had a jolt of recognition. The young man was quite famous in Qingyun City. Like most people, however, he had dismissed the stories as mere hype. But now, he was beginning to hesitate.
"The secrets of heaven cannot be revealed," Xia Liang replied to his question with a light chuckle, projecting an air of profound mystery.
Forcibly steadying himself, Lin Yaoyang looked at Xia Liang and said, "Then what do you want from me?" His tone had grown serious.
"I was bored, so I decided to save your family." Xia Liang took a sip of his Happy Soda Drink, maintaining the demeanor of a transcendent master.
"Save my family? What do you mean by that? Don’t you dare curse me! My family is perfectly happy. Why would anything happen?" Lin Yaoyang’s voice grew agitated.
Hearing this, Xia Liang frowned slightly and clicked his tongue with feigned pity. "I’ve said it before: it only exists if you believe in it. If you don’t, then it’s nothing. If you don’t believe me, Director Lin, you’re free to leave."
He made a gesture as if to dismiss him.
But despite his words, Lin Yaoyang’s feet remained rooted to the spot. He sat there, his expression shifting rapidly. After a few moments, he seemed to have made up his mind.
"Please enlighten me, Master Xia. What do you mean by ’save my family’?"
