Lucios nodded, though he noted the sour look on Asren and Maroon faces. Maybe he should not use Astor Kingdom to describe certain things. After all, the bitterness remained, even with the gain they get from joining Master.

"In that case, should we send in some of the other men as bandits?" Seeing the look on others, Lucios raised his hands in mock surrender, "I mean, we need to create a net to make sure no one escape. So, let’s put the other men, those that will not fight Betrum forces to use."

The idea was excellent, as it use the manpower they have access to, while not technically using them to conquer the nation.

Alros did not require much convincing as it help speed up the take over and kidnapping of the entire population. Though, he need to expend the City of Pleasure. Maybe add another City. This time, City of Ecstasy. Or just expend it. It is easy inside the Realm.

With the more time consuming but less dangerous task handed over to others, the four S-rankers continued to make plans for the future. Mostly on how to counterattack possible attempt to conquer the forts.

However, after giving it a thorough thought, no sane being would attempt to attack the forts, plus, it will leave too many suspicion if the new ’swarm’ is significantly more intelligent it should be.

"We will attack them full force, but retreat once we lose about 10 000 of the Hybrids." Maroon suggested.

The rest thought about it before accepting the tactic. While it lead to unnecessary lose of life, the Hybrids were meant as cannon fodders and common soldiers in the Demon Lord’s force.

Sacrificing some for the sake of winning with less casualties, or at least important casualties is necessary.

"Should we call the Bugs to help us?" Asren voiced out. The other three thought about. While the idea is tempting, there are so many that could go wrong if they went through that route.

If they push Betrum Nation to the corner, they might call for aid of the Holy Nation or any Tier 5 Nation, as even half, no, a quarter of the Bug population of Forest of Bug would decimate the Nation easily.

However, not using them might have its own problem. In the end, they decided on the middle ground.

"Let’s take some and use them like mounts or tanks. Depending on the Bugs we chose." Asren added. When no one retorted, the idea was handily accepted.

"Then, any other ideas?" Maroon asked.

"We should perform raids from time to time. Acting more like an intelligent monster. Not smart enough to form comprehensive and deadly plans, but enough to attempt something like trying out the defense of the city." Lucios pointed.

It was a good idea, plus testing the water is always a good idea, especially with the lacking intel on the stratagem of Betrum Nation. They currently on limited resources, and not planning on calling their allies, the Bugs to appear like brand new monsters, one more aggressive than the Bugs and took their chances with the human. Or that’s how they want to appear to Betrum Nation and other nearby forces.

It might seem redundant but it potentially reduced the chances of S-rankers charging into the Forest of Bug so they would do it. Even if the success would be limited.

"In that case, let put up the number of Hybrids we will sacrifice. How about 10 000 as well. But instead of sending all 10 000, we send small raiding parties trying to attack the supply trains and anyone that come out of the City. Plus smaller attacks that grew with each successive assault." Aridus added.

While sending them to attack Hex Duchy would not yield to anything other than their satisfaction, it would garner the attention of the suzerain. Which is the Ravus Kingdom, a powerful Tier 3 Nation with about 3 S-rankers.

Far less compared to his own, but enough to push for the Elder Witches growth.

’Now I just need them to send in the S-rankers to Hex Duchy.’ It seem he needed to get busy. Then again, leaving them alone to deal with Betrum Nation would not hurt anyone. Except Betrum Nation but he don’t care about them.
