Calais looked at Ardent, hoping to convey his question to the black-haired man. Unfortunately, his attempt failed or Ardent just did not want to tell him. Either way, his attempt to dig the reason for her sister to support a harem for her fiance remained unsuccessful.

"That was mortifying." Ardent exclaimed as he made his way to the dungeon. Next to him, Catlin and Stella nodded in agreement.
After the negotiations and talk between the adults and parents, Ardent learned his parents agreed, for some reason. Unfortunately, they did not elaborate to him, though he was fifty percent sure he heard the words grandchildren from his mother.

Unfortunately, he could not escape the talk. Fortunately, he was not alone, to the misfortune of his first fiance. His newest fiance managed to escape under the account of already listening to said talk when she passed the legal age, which is 16 years old.
After the talk ended, Ardent took the chance to escape, bringing with him Catlin and Stella to the dungeon.
"Still, I did not expect you to agree with the engagement. Or joining me and Catlin into the dungeon." Ardent said to Stella.
"For the former, it’s mostly pragmatism. You are the future King, and becoming your wife mean more resources under my disposal, at least compared to being a simple alchemist." she said, before muttering, "and I already pass the age people expected to marry. And my father would not let anyone but the best marry me."
Ardent wondered if she wanted no one to listen or not, but he will pretend he did not hear anything. From the look of it, Catlin decided on the same.
"For the second question, it is said dungeon contain rare ingredients for alchemy. I want to see if I can use anything found in the dungeon to help further my study."
Ardent nodded. Stella seem serious about alchemy. Which mean things would be easier as he did not need to convince her about learning alchemy.
’Those with high talent always pursue their true talents it seem.’ Catlin, Frank, Curt, Celine, and now Stella. All of them chose the path they most talented at, while those with low and mid talent have about fifty fifty chances of chosing the best profession or interest for themselves.
’Then again, the data pool is just too small to form such assumption.’ he probably need to find more people with high talent to be sure.
"The first three dungeon floors will disappoint you then." Catlin said. "Only goblins are there, and those only drop Mana Crystal and their weapon. The 2nd floor dropped bone weapon while the 3rd floor dropped more varied weapon."
"Well, the first three floors would be easy." they nodded. In fact, even a group of 1st Circle Mages could hope survive the third floor. And 2nd Circle Mage could hope to solo even the 3rd floor.
"The difficulty will probably change at the 5th floor, or 10th floor." Ardent did not know what to wish for. On the other hand, more difficult floor would allow him to temperature himself, speeding up the process of him becoming a 6th Circle Mage.
On the other hand, more difficult floors would result in casualties, especially if the monsters come out from the dungeon. It rarely happened, and usually when the monsters were not culled down but rarely does not mean never.
"What is the lar- the deepest dungeon you ever heard of?" Catlin asked Stella. The redhead hummed, a hand under her chin as she answered,
"The dungeon in the middle of the Mediterranean was said to be the deepest. It is in an island at the center of the sea itself, with most of the floor having a large part of it submerged or entirely submerged.
The loot and drops of the monsters, as what they called what monsters left behind when they were killed, are valuable. In fact, the 5 superpowers of the Mediterranean fought one another to gain supremacy of the sea itself."
"I see. Can you tell us about the 5 superpowers?" Ardent asked this time.
"Of course," Stella said with a smile, "The four superpowers are the Macedon Empire, Parsian Empire, Romanic Republic, Carthage Republic, and Dynasty of Kemet. I will explain to you later their territory but for now, I tell you of their specialty.
The Macedon Empire possess the largest military out of the four, though they focus on their army, but their navy are no slouch either. They also have the largest academies, to nurture talented Mages, powerful Aura User and future officials. For their focus in Magic, they are well-balanced in that regard, though Earth and Water Mages are the most common attribute that can be found there.
For Parsian Empire, their focus is on their military, which is the reason why they have larger army than the Macedon Empire. Their navy is non-existent, or so they said. Their specialty are their cavalry, which is the best in the Mediterranean. It is their elite to say. As for their focus in Magic, they mainly focus on Fire Magic, the reason being their worship of the Great Fire Spirit of Farsi.
Then, the Romanic Republic. They the same as the Macedon Empire, a well-balanced force. Though their focus is in their infantry, being considered the best and most disciplined. Their navy is the same level as Macedon Empire. Their focus on Magic also well-rounded as the Macedon Empire, but they have many Earth and Fire Mage.
Then, we have the dominant naval power, the Carthage Republic. They have the largest navy in the entire region, allowing them to rule the trade route, though other superpowers fought constantly over it. However, their army are on the weaker side, being smaller and supplemented by mercenaries. Their focus in
