I Became the Villainess, But My Beast Husbands Can Hear My Mind?!-Chapter 106: A Troublemaker
The moment Roxanna stepped into the hut, she saw Calen and Luan sleeping on the floor mattress, which hadn’t even been fully unfolded yet.
For some reason, they were able to lie side by side without making a fuss. Roxanna actually had a small hope that they would be hugging in their sleep, but honestly, that was probably too much to expect.
"I’m sorry the bed is messy," Azul said in a small voice. "They drank the liquor too fast, so they passed out like that."
After changing into the clothes Cyrus had given her, Roxanna smiled softly and replied, "It’s okay. Really. You all worked so hard today. You deserve to drink as much as you want and sleep as long as you want."
She smiled and then alternately patted Azul and Cyrus’s cheeks. "Now that I’m home... how about we sleep first?" she said. "Maybe we can drink the liquor tomorrow?"
Honestly, Roxanna also wanted to drink the liquor, but she was already too tired, and the only thing she wanted to do right now was to lie down and close her eyes.
Fortunately, neither Azul nor Cyrus objected. Both of them said, "Alright."
Azul then nudged Calen and Luan aside with his foot so he could fix the mattress properly. After that, Roxanna chose to sleep between Azul and Cyrus as a small reward for them, since they had waited for her patiently until late at night.
Zeir, who had already gotten his treat earlier, didn’t complain at all. After all, he had already gotten his "reward" earlier, and today, he had already won plenty.
Roxanna wrapped her arms around Azul, while Cyrus hugged her from behind. And not long after that... she finally closed her eyes and fell asleep.

"Leader! We should throw a big party to celebrate our new commander!" Marlow shouted, sounding full of excitement.
Right after he was officially relieved from duty—not only as commander, but even as a warrior—Marlow looked happier than Roxanna had ever seen him. He had even drunk a few glasses of liquor by himself.
Roxanna turned her head toward Zeir and said, "I’d love to do that too. But I think there’s something more urgent we need to handle first."
At noon, Roxanna gathered all the warriors at the training field.
She didn’t just want to tell them that Zeir would be their commander from now on, but she also needed to tell them something far more important: they had to fight the Demon Fenrir to obtain the Black Crystal.
"That sounds like a dumb idea!" Someone suddenly shouted among the warriors, and Roxanna recognized the voice as Rilik’s.
"Fighting the Demon Fenrir? That’s basically suicide!" he snapped. "Are you really the kind version of your twin? Because right now, you sound like you want to force your warriors into a death trap!"
That beastman...
Even after Zeir knocked him unconscious yesterday, he still hadn’t learned his lesson. However, this time, it wasn’t Zeir who answered him, but Calen.
"How dare you talk to my wife like that?!" Calen growled. "She’s not the kinder version of her twin, she’s kind because that’s who she is!"
Then Calen scoffed and added, "And this won’t be a suicide mission if you’re strong enough!" He pointed at Rilik with a sharp glare. "But if you’re already thinking like that, then you must be too weak to fight the Demon Fenrir."
Calen then turned to Roxanna and said firmly, "Wife, he’s not a good warrior."
Rilik snapped back, "Who do you think has protected this place for years?!" he shouted back. "Forget it. What do you even know?"
He sneered. "For the past year, you’ve just been our evil Leader’s stud dog!"
"Rilik!" Roxanna shouted his name out loud the moment he brought up Calen’s traumatic experience. "I know you’re disappointed because you weren’t chosen as commander," she said coldly, "but your behavior right now proves that I made the right choice."
"If you can’t control your emotions, then how can you lead all the warriors?" Roxanna narrowed her eyes. "I think you need to take a break. Step out of the line and go home. Now."
Rilik’s eyes widened slightly because he didn’t expect Roxanna to be that strict. "No, Leader, I—"
"Take a break, Rilik," Zeir said at last. His tone was firm. It was the kind of voice he almost never used with his family. "This mission is important, so I don’t want an unstable man to ruin it."
Now that the commander had given the order, Rilik had no choice but to nod. Even though Zeir had just become a commander, his orders could already be considered absolute by the warriors.
"Understood, Commander," Rilik said.
He finally stepped out of the line and walked away from them. Roxanna could tell he was extremely upset, but it was better for him to take a break for now.
"Alright," Zeir said, turning back to the warriors. "Let’s talk about our plan."
He then explained the use of the Black Crystal and also told them that Luan had gathered some poisonous plants they could use to defeat the Demon Fenrir.
"This is our best chance to protect ourselves from the demon beasts, considering their activity around our tribe is increasing," Zeir added. "At least with that crystal, we won’t have to fear sudden demon beast attacks anymore."
Last night, while Zeir was cleaning her body, Roxanna had mentioned that it would be better if they could move somewhere safer.
Unfortunately, Zeir told her that there was no place that was truly safe in this world, and if they traveled in large numbers, they would become easy targets for the demon beasts along the road.
It could be said that the percentage of losses they would suffer would be higher than the benefits.
"But Commander... that Demon Fenrir looks extremely violent and hard to fight. We’re confident we can stop it, but to do that, some of us will definitely get hurt."
The warrior swallowed and continued, looking uneasy. "I don’t think we can keep fighting while also trying to take care of the injured people."
"Don’t worry about that," Roxanna suddenly said with a calm smile. Then she added confidently, "I’ll give all of you my blood. That way, those whose healing ability is slow won’t need to be afraid anymore."
Her husbands stared at her in shock, as if they couldn’t believe what they had just heard. After all, they had never talked about this before.
[Why are they acting so dramatic?] Roxanna thought. [It’s not like I’m going to drain my blood for the warriors!]
[If my blood is really that special, then a few drops won’t be a problem at all.]
While Roxanna was still thinking about how much SP she would need to spend just to buy those tiny vials, her husbands finally let out a breath they didn’t realize they were holding.
At least... it looked like they wouldn’t have to pierce her and take a large amount of blood after all.
"But Leader... wouldn’t that just become a burden for you?" one of the warriors asked, clearly worried.
Roxanna could see it now.
Ever since she admitted that she was the evil Roxanna’s twin sister, and that she had been locked up for years—the warriors had started to care more about her. They no longer looked at her with only fear or suspicion. Some of them even looked guilty.
Roxanna smiled softly. "I have a much stronger healing ability than you," she said calmly. "So you don’t need to worry."
Actually, Roxanna had wanted to go to the cursed forest as well so she could immediately heal the injured warriors, but her husbands—without exception—did not want her to step into the cursed forest and face such dangerous demon beasts.
That was why the only thing she could do right now was give them her blood.
"Alright, alright. It’s settled then!" Roxanna said after no one argued anymore. Her tone was firm, leaving no room for doubt.
"I’ll give you my blood," she continued. "And in return, all of you must do your best to bring the Demon Fenrir back to the settlement!"
"Understood, Leader!" they shouted in unison.
Marlow looked like he was about to cry from pride. "See?! This is why you’re our Leader!" he yelled, still far too loud for Roxanna’s liking.
Roxanna sighed, then turned toward her husbands. Their faces were tense, especially Zeir’s. His eyes were calm, but she could tell he didn’t like the idea at all.
"It’s only a few drops," Roxanna said calmly, trying to reassure them.
Zeir sighed. "Still... you have to give your blood to at least twenty men who will come with me to the cursed forest."
Roxanna blinked, then let out a small sigh of her own. "Don’t worry too much. I really won’t hurt myself that badly."
In fact, she couldn’t really control herself when it came to helping people, to the point that she bought medium size vials instead of the small ones.
