I Became a Kindergarten Teacher for Monster Babies!-Chapter 415 Packing
Ana held the dropper above his crimson eyes, and Alina unconsciously took a tiny step closer, ready to stop everything if Lucien so much as flinched. One drop... two drops... and she told him to close his eyes for a moment.
"Okay, baby, now open them."
Lucien blinked once... twice...
And then opened his eyes fully.
Alina gasped softly, her hand flying to her mouth.
His beautiful red eyes had transformed into a deep, glossy black—soft, starry, and completely human-like.
"Oh my goodness..." she whispered, leaning closer, her heart blooming with relief and awe. "Lucien... you look so handsome..."
Lucien’s cheeks flushed pink as he looked away shyly.
Ana wasn’t done yet. She lifted a small crystal bottle from her bag and shook it once. The liquid inside glimmered silvery-blue.
"And now... horn invisibility spray."
She held his little head gently, spraying a soft mist over the tiny horns hidden in his black hair. The shimmer settled like glittering dust, and—right before Alina’s eyes—Lucien’s horns slowly vanished, dissolving into thin air as if they had never existed.
Alina let out a breath she didn’t realise she was holding.
"He looks perfect," she whispered with a smile so soft that Dante, standing behind her, couldn’t stop the small tug of tenderness in his chest.
Lucien sat up shyly and immediately leaned against Alina’s side, as if asking silently, Mom... do I look okay?
And she smoothed his hair lovingly, her heart overflowing.
Sable hugged his doll tightly, looking between Ana’s potion bottles with wide, uncertain eyes. When she crouched and beckoned with a gentle smile—"Little guy, you come here too"—he hesitated only long enough to hand his doll carefully to Dante. His tiny hands pushed against the couch as he climbed up, legs dangling nervously while he waited for his turn.
Ana shook the bottle lightly, and the soft shimmer inside glowed like dust from a moonbeam. "Close your eyes for just a second, sweetheart." 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
Sable squeezed his lids shut, his shoulders rising in a tense little hunch. The witch sprayed the fine mist across his hairline, a gentle coolness settling across his forehead. A soft sparkle shimmered, then melted into nothing.
"Okay, open."
Sable blinked his big eyes and touched his head cautiously.
His horns had vanished completely.
Alina gasped softly. "Oh, Sable... you look adorable..."
Sable’s cheeks flushed pink instantly. He looked down, twisting his fingers together, trying hard not to smile.
"Perfect," Witch Ana announced proudly, and before he could react, she reached forward and pulled his soft cheek teasingly.
Sable froze, eyes wide, as if someone had just caught him doing something embarrassing. Then he dropped his gaze, lips curling shyly in a tiny smile.
Alina leaned closer and kissed the top of his head, and Sable melted instantly, pressing his forehead to her shoulder in quiet contentment.
After Ana was done, she finally left, and the house felt calmer again. Alina sat with the babies and Dante at the breakfast table, enjoying the peaceful silence as warm food filled the room. Sable kept touching the spot where his horns used to be, looking amazed, and Lucien blinked his new dark eyes at his spoon like he was meeting it for the first time. Dante looked amused, and Alina felt her heart soften every time the babies leaned slightly toward her.
After breakfast, Alina and Dante got ready and went back to the kindergarten together, while the babies stayed home. The kindergarten was unusually quiet without all the little voices echoing in the halls, and Alina felt that empty silence in her chest as she walked toward the staffroom.
She sat down, took a deep breath, and pulled out the exam papers she hadn’t corrected yet. One by one she went through them carefully.
Finally, she placed the last corrected paper on the pile and stretched her arms before pulling her laptop closer. She entered every score, checked each name twice, and arranged them all neatly into the report file. When she pressed the final button, the complete chart appeared on her screen.
Alina blinked.
Then she suddenly chuckled.
"Of course... I knew it..." she whispered as she stared at the topper’s name glowing in bold.
She shook her head, still smiling, and saved the file before locking it with a password. When everything was finished, she closed the laptop slowly and leaned back in her chair with a soft sigh. For a moment she just stared at the quiet staffroom, listening to the faint ticking of the wall clock.
"What are the babies doing right now..." she murmured under her breath. She missed them already.
Especially Boo’s gossip.

The room was filled with soft morning light, the kind that made everything look gentle and warm. It slipped across the carpet in pale golden patches, catching on the little suitcases laid open on the floor. Sable and Lucien sat cross-legged in the middle of it all, their tiny backs straight, their expressions serious in the funniest, sweetest way, like two miniature adults preparing for a business trip instead of a simple visit.
Sable leaned closer, his voice dropping to a whisper even though no one else was in the room. "How many days we will stay with Mom’s family...?" His brows squeezed together.
Lucien didn’t even look up. He was already arranging his small shirts in neat, perfect squares, tapping each fold gently with his palm. "I don’t know," he murmured, eyes narrowed in deep concentration. "So I am taking five sets of daily wear and five nightwear. This way, whether we stay for long or short, we will look very prepared in front of Mom."
Sable stared down at his own suitcase. Inside it lay one very wrinkled t-shirt, his tiny hairbrush, and a single sock. His shoulders dropped a little, and he whispered sadly, "We should have asked before packing suitcase..."
Lucien finally lifted his head and gave him a proud little nod. "It’s fine. Even if we are going for one day, if we prepare everything nicely, Mom will think we are smart boys." His tailbone twitched in excitement under his shirt, as if the idea of impressing Alina was enough to power his entire body.
Sable’s eyes widened with hope. Being called smart by Mom felt like it would be better than chocolates or toys. "O-okay... I guess you’re right..." he whispered, determination returning. He carefully picked one of his smallest shirts and tried folding it like Lucien. It didn’t come out straight at all. It looked more like a round little bundle, but he still smiled proudly and placed it inside the suitcase as if it was treasure.
Both boys grew quiet as they continued packing. Their tiny fingers moved slowly, patting clothes, turning things around, checking if something felt "important enough" to take. Sable brought his favorite socks, folding them gently. Lucien debated between two pajama sets for almost five minutes before deciding to take both.
"Sable," Lucien whispered suddenly, glancing sideways.
"Hm?"
"Do you think Mom’s family will like us...?"
