"I did this to ensure your safety, please give me a lighter punishment." Formation master Tu said. If he were to lose his position in the Tianteng organization, his life as a formation master would be almost over because no one would be willing to accept him, he would also lose the benefits that he would have as a member of this esteemed organization.

All of the other formation masters bowed even lower when they now understood how wrong they were. They were sent with the grandmaster to help her in the case that she needs it and to learn more from her, not to do as they desire. They could fully understand her frustration with them and they couldn't bring themselves to question her further. Well, even if they wanted to, they didn't have any right to do so.

Li Huang didn't expect grandmaster Huili to be this sharp when it comes to understanding others but he was wrong. It seemed to him that she was aware that there was something wrong with master Tu and she decided to dispose of him before he could do any major damage. By doing this she would not only get rid of a dangerous factor in her faction, but she would also show her goodwill to Li Huang and extendedly, to the Li family.

'If I'm not overthinking about it, she could be a dangerous enemy or a resourceful ally.' Li Huang thought. At the same time, he was checking the facial features of every master there to see if he could find out something new.

Master Tu who saw that he couldn't get anything done like this, changed his strategy. This time he used another angle to appease grandmaster Huili.

"You are no longer needed here." She said and every one of the formation masters bowed and left the room. They knew that right now they needed to show their grandmaster that they are not against her so they didn't argue.

Li Huang didn't say a thing and waited for the formation masters to get out of the room. This wasn't a development that he foresaw but it was a welcome one nonetheless. Now he just had to add the formation master Tu to the list of people who might want to kill him and he could come up with enough preparations for the possible confrontation.

Li Huang was deep in thoughts when grandmaster Huili turned to him and spoke.

"I have to apologize for what you had to go through because of one of our members." She said apologetically.

"The matter is already taken care of, there is no need to dwell on it." Li Huang said with a small. He knew that grandmaster Huili was trying to prevent creating animosity between them and the Li family and Li Huang couldn't agree more, such conflict would be as meaningless as it is counterproductive.

Grandmaster Huili nodded and understood what Li Huang meant by his words. Li Huang hinted that if she didn't handle this matter, there would be consequences. Of course, it would be foolish to think that you can 'test' someone from one of the nine big families and think that you won't be 'tested'.

"At the auction, you said that you have the schematics for those rings, can I see them now?" Grandmaster Huili asked. She wanted to change the subject and in all honesty, she was really interested to see if Li Huang could provide her with the schematics for those rings.

"Of course." Li Huang nodded and gave grandmaster Huili an information jade that contained the schematics. Of course, he used Qi to move the jade as it would be rude to just hand it to her.

The moment that grandmaster Huili got the information jade, you could see that she was only acting mature in her role as the leader of the Tianteng organization. Right now, she was acting like a child who got a new toy to play with.

As she was checking the information, she asked a question.

"Can I ask where you got these schematics from?" she asked without even looking at Li Huang as she was writing down some information about the formations that she was checking out.

"That is in fact my own work." Li Huang said proudly, it wasn't every day that you could show off in front of a grandmaster and Li Huang wasn't going to let this chance go by. If Li Huang were to think Like a typical main character, he wouldn't be willing to share something like this but for him who had enough power backing him, revealing it wouldn't have any bad consequences.

"Really?" Grandmaster Huili said in a tone that was not befitting of her status. Well, if you think about her age it wouldn't be that surprising.

"Of course, it took me a few weeks but I did map everything." Li Huang nodded and said. He was too proud of his achievement that he forgot for a moment that he is talking to a grandmaster in the art of formations.

"…A few weeks?" Grandmaster Huili said under her breath. She too forgot for a moment that not everyone is like her and they could get the schematics in a day or two.

Li Huang who now understood the situation better, couldn't believe that he was trying to be boastful in the art of formations in front of the only person in the world who is deemed the number one in it.

This led to an awkward silence for Li Huang who didn't know what to say and grandmaster Huili who was too absorbed in reading the schematics that she forgot that Li Huang was there.

After a few minutes, grandmaster Huili finished checking the schematics but she was confused as she couldn't figure out how it worked, it seemed to her that something was missing there.

"This is not all of the schematics, is it?" She asked.
