With war, Siderius' force grew. They grew by numbers and by experience. Those who survived became hardened and capable.

His Knights Legion had reached 70 men. 30 of the original knights. 20 of the new recruits. And the most recent 20 that was promoted from the rank of Soldiers.

These were the best of the best in Snowfell and slowly there would be more.

His overall legion had also been raised to 500 men. The additional two hundreds were newly promoted guards that were sent from Santa Roberto and a few training hubs throughout Snowfell.

"Finally, my army starts to look presentable." Siderius walked on the training field and observed his subordinates training the soldiers.

Nadia with her first legion, consisted of 350 soldiers.

Henry and Roland's legion consisted of 150 men, 70 of them were knights.

These legions used heightened tonic to advance their physicality. This bridged the gap between male and female, and made it possible for women to become warriors.

The same thing also happened in Everia because of the Spirit Art that erased the physical gap between men and women.

In Siderius' force, however, only Knights trained in Spirit Art.

Damien walked up to him, "When you told me that you need me to train these people, I didn't think it would lead to this."

"Surprise? Do you disagree with war?" Siderius smiled.

"Not really. I always knew you were a bloodlust warlord. I just didn't think it would be this fast."

"The opportunity presented itself. I couldn't just wait for it to pass."

"Maybe. But don't you think you're being a little reckless, Siderius?"

"It is reckless." Siderius nodded.

The white-haired witch hunter walked away.

The black dragon was killed. Its skin was preserved perfectly because it had been killed by poison.

In the large chamber, the dragon skin lay barely on the floor. It was removed under Siderius' order and placed here.

"Oculus. Sonarus. Odorus. And now, Tengurus. The first skin mutation I shall have is a dragon."

Siderius placed tonics on the floor.

Mutation Stabilization to restrict the effect of Mutation Collapse.

Psychosis Dissolvement, created from the Heart Rose Extract to quicken the speed of the Nine Rings.

Mind Fortification, helping Siderius to stay conscious and finish the process.

"This might be the most dangerous experiment I've ever done."

But there was no fear in Siderius' tone. There was only excitement of a mad alchemist.

He grinned widely and activated the Alchemical Sigil on the floor. The gigantic scale of the black dragon constrict.

Siderius removed his clothes. On his body, lines of Alchemical Seal had already been drawn with a large circle in the middle of his chest.

"Begin!" The witch hunter clasped his hands together.

The dragon scale was fused with Mercury and rushed over to Siderius. The Alchemical Seal on his body ruptured his skin with precision to allow the Mercury scale to go inside.

Siderius didn't make any noise despite the pain flooding to him. He opened his mouth to breathe out fire.

[PSYCHOSIS +500]

Mutation Collapse arrived. A dragon tail shot out from his lower back. His skin turned black with scales popped up from beneath the tissues.

His teeth grew longer and his body grew larger.

Siderius grabbed the Mutation Stabilization and chugged it down.

Mutation Collapse had been stopped but his psychosis was still there tormenting him.

Siderius knelt down. His hands weaved the signs of the Nine Ring. It was the first time that he materialized all nines of the rings at the same time.

Ring of Sense.

Ring of Urge.

Ring of Instinct.

Ring of Emotions.

Ring of Memory.

Ring of Thought.

Ring of Will.

Ring of Mind.

Ring of Self.

Then Siderius grabbed the Psychosis Dissolvement Tonic and chugged it down. Everything went down smoothly, calming his mind and quickened the process the Rings materialized.

To use Alchemical Palace, Siderius needed his Psychosis to be in his limit. That was why he could only do this the hard way first.

Hours went by. Ashe and Rea stood outside of the door. Ashe was visibly worried with her hands constantly dancing with each other.

Rea knelt on the floor in the witch hunter meditation posture.

"Aren't you worried?" Ashe said.

Rea opened her eyes, "I do. But I know Master can do it."

In the middle of the night, Siderius opened his eyes again. He had successfully lowered the Psychosis to his limit. The rest he could do via the Alchemical Palace.

The mutated body parts on him had also disappeared. The only remaining thing were black lines running all over his body. It didn't look all that weird at first line and was just similar to any ordinary body tattoo.

Siderius took a deep breath. The lines on his body turned red as Fire energy rushed from all the corners to the circle on his chest. The seal on the chest lit up brightly in orange as Siderius opened his mouth and breathed out dragon fire.

"The experiment is a success. I have gained the ability to breathe fire." Siderius smiled.

He had used an Alchemical Seal to manually dictate what kind of mutation he shall had. No longer he had to suffer the useless lottery abilities.

"Now. There is only one thing left to do."

Siderius took out his pipe and took a long puff.

Nora stayed at the door of his Alchemical Palace to greet him like always.

"It's good to see you, teacher." Nora smiled.

Siderius nodded.

Nora had already prepared the armor and weapons for him. She helped him put them on.

On the far sky, a black dragon tore out the sky and jumped inside the Alchemical Palace space.

It was even bigger in here and followed it was a sky of red flame.

"That thing looks so scary." Nora said.

"Not as scary as your teacher." Siderius smiled.

Nora giggled.

"Do you want to return to the world of the living, Nora?" Siderius said.

Nora widened her eyes. "Is this even possible, Master?"

"It is. I have devised an experiment. The chance of success is very high. All I need is a body for you and Platinum Soul."

Nora smiled, "If you can do it, I will be overjoy, teacher. I can help you both in and out of this world. If you can't do it, it's fine for me as well.

I am perfectly content."

"I see. But I'm not, Nora."

Siderius picked up the True Steel Sword.
