The birth of Primal marks an unprecedented leap forward for Tom’s artificial intelligence system.

It could even be said that if Tom wanted, he could transform from a Clone Disaster into a Mechanical Disaster at any time, just like he did with the Black Mountain Civilization, leaving all subsequent developments to Primal to decide, while he could simply lie back and relax.

Furthermore, Primal will definitely perform better than Akakenu AI.

Because of Tom’s unique form of existence, which is more efficient and powerful than the original Havilah Civilization, its combination with Primal achieves a greater improvement than the alliance between Havilah and Black Mountain Civilization!

According to a rough estimate, Tom believes that with the increase of his maximum number of consciousness connections to 8 billion and the birth of Primal, his current industrial strength is at least ten times greater than it was in the Lyra G16 Solar System!

Furthermore, Tom possesses a unique advantage: he can freely convert between industrial and scientific research capabilities.

In an ordinary civilization, industrial strength is industrial strength, and scientific research strength is scientific research strength. Although the two are related, they are ultimately different.

After all, an engineer who spends all day buried in drawing blueprints is unlikely to work in a cutting-edge physics lab. Even if he did, he wouldn’t be competent.

This illustrates the incompatibility between industrial strength and scientific research strength.

This requires a stable social environment, a strong central government, a positive public opinion environment, a well-functioning social mechanism, and a larger number of service and engineering personnel willing to contribute to the operation of society despite relatively meager salaries.

This is difficult enough for a massive civilization with hundreds of billions of people.

After all, the larger the population, the more difficult it is to manage.

But achieving this merely grants one the qualification to "learn" the next stage of scientific and technological information.

"In this vast universe, even if a super civilization were to directly disclose all the technological data it possesses, there would be very few civilizations that could advance to the Strong Nuclear, Gravity, or even higher stages."

Acquiring technological information from outside sources to improve oneself is certainly a shortcut. However, this shortcut is not something that just any civilization can take advantage of.

The most crucial and core element lies in the civilization’s own ’internal strength’.

If you don’t manage your internal skills, even if scientific and technological information is right in front of you, you can only stare blankly at it, unable to digest it at all.

With internal strength, even without access to external scientific and technological information, one can still improve their technological level through their own efforts.
