How to Tame a Villain Character-Chapter 159: Suspicious Parent’s Movement
Chapter 159: Chapter 159: Suspicious Parent’s Movement
Claudia and Harry were forced to end their conversation. Their eyes fell on a middle-aged woman who was the head maid of this residence. Claudia wondered what report the butler wanted to convey that made her legs feel stiff.
"What do you want to discuss, Yunita?"
"I don’t know if it’s right for me to say it or not, but I feel like there’s something strange about your parents, Claudia."
Claudia frowned. "What do you mean?"
"Actually on the day they die, they don’t plan on going anywhere. At that time they planned to have dinner with you. Therefore, their initial plan was actually to learn new dishes for you."
"Then, did they ever bring up wanting to meet someone they know?"
Yunita shook her head. "No. When I wanted to ask them, their faces looked like they were being chased by the devil. It’s impossible for me to ask about their personal matters in detail."
"But, you reported this to the police?" Harry asked firmly.
"Yes, but the police couldn’t help much because my testimony was still not enough to conclude that this incident was a premeditated murder incident."
Hearing the word ’murder’, her chest felt a little tight and her eyes started to fill with tears. Her and Harry’s hunch that their parents had been murdered was correct. Moreover, Harry became increasingly convinced that the murderer who killed his father-in-law was suddenly his biological father. However, until now he still didn’t have enough evidence to declare war on his biological father.
Claudia felt like her head was going to explode at the thought of her parents being brutally murdered. Her body almost fell, but fortunately Harry was immediately caught.
"I’m sorry I shocked you, Claudia," said Yunita, bowing.
"It doesn’t matter. "In fact, your report is quite helpful for me to investigate this case secretly."
"But, for now you should not investigate your parents’ case yet, Claudia. "You’re just recovering from trauma, I don’t want that wound to appear on your body again," suggested Harry gently.
Claudia smiled faintly and patted her husband’s shoulder. "I will comply with your wishes. I will leave this matter to Sarah and Thomas."
drrt...drrt...
Hearing the sound of his cell phone suddenly vibrating, Harry immediately picked up the phone call from his best friend.
"What’s wrong with you calling me suddenly?" said Harry in a lazy tone.
"Can we meet for a moment? There’s something I want to ask you."
"Does it have to be now? Even though I was just going on a date with my wife."
"You can bring your wife too because Clarissa and I want to meet you."
Harry had no words other than to comply with his best friend’s wishes. As usual, every time they want to go on a date, their plans are always postponed. However, Kyle doesn’t usually insist on asking to meet if it’s not something important. Did Kyle find anything important related to the case facing them?

Claudia and Harry met Kyle and Clarissa at a VIP restaurant that only they visited. It’s unusual for Kyle to reserve a special room for talking. This made Claudia even more curious about the purpose of this meeting which seemed quite urgent.
"Actually, why do you want to meet us suddenly?" Claudia asked firmly.
"I would rather ask your husband directly." Kyle’s eyes fell on his friend who looked furious. "You must answer my question honestly."
"Just get straight to the point, Kyle!" Harry scolded curtly.
"Is it true that you are not Harris’ biological brother?"
Claudia and Clarissa’s eyes widened at the unexpected question spoken by Kyle. Especially Clarissa, who didn’t know anything all this time because her boyfriend was hiding this important secret.
"Kyle, why are you asking Harry that?" Clarissa asked in a whisper.
"Because I learned this fact from Harris. "At that time Harris was very drunk, that’s why now I want to ask Harry for clarification directly."
For Harry, the question was not a difficult one to answer. He revealed a relaxed smile and raised his head arrogantly. "What Harris said is true. Harris is my half-brother. It can be concluded that I am not actually from the Harperwood family."
Claudia held Harry’s hand with a look of pity. "Is it okay for you to tell the truth?"
"They are our friends. It’s impossible for me to hide my true identity from them."
"Why have you hidden your identity from us all this time?" Clarissa asked.
"Because I was worried that you would be disappointed in me. I am not from the Harperwood family but deserve to be given the title of duke from the king." Harry’s eyes fell on Kyle. "Especially you, Kyle. I think you deserve it more than me."
Kyle rolled his eyes. "What are you talking about, exactly? I don’t care if you don’t come from a noble family. Because you are still my friend."
Clarissa nodded. "Even I don’t even care what your status is. The important thing is that you remain a hero to us."
Seeing her two friends who were still friendly in front of her husband, Claudia showed a radiant smile while holding the hands of her two friends. "Thank you for still being Harry’s best friend."
Kyle frowned. "But, actually I was suspicious of Harris. Besides he said you weren’t from the Harperwood family. It seems he knows who the murderer was that killed your father-in-law, Harry."
"To what extent did he talk?"
Kyle shrugged. "I don’t know, actually I didn’t understand what he was talking about when it wasn’t clear. What is certain is that he brought up that the murderer might be someone close to you who is the main criminal."
Clarissa chuckled and patted Kyle’s shoulder. "We still don’t believe it, Harry. You know that Harris has caused a lot of trouble in your life. All his acquaintances are bad people and he snatched Vivian from you."
Claudia looked at her husband’s expression, which looked tired after hearing Kyle’s words. She spontaneously stroked the back of her husband’s hand.
"Harry, are you angry?"
"I’m not angry because I temporarily don’t want to investigate this case first. I want to ask Thomas and Sarah to help investigate it more deeply. I especially suspect Harris because he seems to know everything."
