His soul-Chapter 534: Attack

"I really don’t want to force you, Gina. If you don’t want to do this wedding then we can call it off, as long as I can still see you smiling that’s enough for me."

The sweet words that Diego said thirty minutes ago kept repeating in Gina’s head. Married to Diego is one thing that Gina never imagined, especially when she is pregnant like now. Gina really doesn’t have any special feelings for Diego, Gina only thinks of Diego as her brother. No more than that.

"Gina." From the open door of Gina’s room, Selena and Rosa called Gina’s name at the same time.

Gina slowly lifted her face, looking at Rosa and Selena. Gina nodded her head slowly, giving Selena and Rosa permission to enter her room. After getting permission, Selena and Rosa rushed into Gina’s room. The two girls immediately sat on the bed, where Gina was sitting with a puffy face.

"Are you ok?"

Instead of answering the question that just came out of Rosa’s lips, Gina dropped her body onto Rosa’s body. Gina’s crying voice was heard again when she hugged Rosa. Rosa, who had guessed that if Gina objected to this wedding plan, could only be silent and let Gina vent all her emotions in her tears. Selena who was sitting next to Rosa didn’t do much, she just stroked Gina’s back gently.

"I’m scared, Rosa." Gina sobbed softly.

Rosa frowned, she slowly let go of Gina’s arms and pushed her away. "Scared, afraid of what?"

"Afraid that something bad will happen to Daddy," Gina answered honestly.

"Afraid something bad will happen to Daddy." Selena repeated Gina’s words quickly. "What do you mean? What’s wrong Daddy?"

Gina wiped the tears that rolled down her cheeks, staring alternately at Rosa and Selena. "I-I’m afraid that if I refuse this marriage, Daddy’s illness will recur again. I don’t want that to happen..."

"Gina." Rosa immediately interrupted Gina. "Daddy is fine, his health is very stable. Doctor Peter himself told me that."

"Right, Gina. Daddy’s fine, a while ago we even heard Daddy talking to Charlie on the first floor." Selena replied to Rosa’s words quickly. "If you’re not willing to do this then you can refuse by talking to Daddy directly, I’m sure Daddy will understand, Gina. Anything forced won’t be good."

Gina gulped hearing Selena’s words, even though Rosa had also assured herself that her father was fine but Gina was still so scared. Gina wasn’t ready to lose again.

"It’s not that you don’t like you being Diego’s wife, Gina," Selena added. "Even without being Diego’s wife you are already our brother, so I don’t think this marriage is really necessary."

"What Selena said is true, if you don’t want to marry Diego you can refuse, Gina. We will help you talk to Daddy," said Rosa again.

Gina just silently heard the words of her two sisters, she did not give any response. Right now Gina was really so confused, she couldn’t tell what was right and what was wrong. The position is difficult and full of risks.

"Do you want me to call M...hhhmpp." Rosa’s words were immediately stopped by Gina who suddenly covered her mouth with both hands.

"Contacting who?" Selena asked curiously.

Gina shook her head slowly again, signaling Rosa not to talk about Massimo to Selena. Gina doesn’t want to make matters worse if Selena finds out about her relationship with Massimo.

When Rosa was faced with two difficult choices, Joice knocked on Gina’s door again, who came with a make-up artist who had been summoned by Julian, even though the ring exchange was only attended by members of the Sanders family, but Julian prepared everything seriously.

"So who will be the bride?" asked the make-up artist politely.

Joice, who didn’t know Gina’s mood, then extended her hand pointing at Gina, telling the make-up artist who was standing beside her.

Massimo’s anger has been out of control since doctor Dorothea gave information about Gina and Diego’s engagement that will take place tonight.

"Patience sir, please don’t be rash," said Martin for the umpteenth time, restraining Massimo from breaking into the Sanders house.

Massimo’s jaw hardened. "How can I be patient, Martin! Tonight my wife is going to be made someone else’s fiancé by her insane father, there’s no way I’ll just sit around like this." Massimo’s cold hands immediately shoved the other two pistols into his black blazer.

Martin swallowed. "But according to Doctor Dorothea..."

"To hell with Doctor Dorothea, I don’t care about all the theories she says. Right now I have to save my wife first." Massimo cut off Martin’s words with already burning emotions.

"But sir..."

"I can’t let my wife be touched by someone else, Martin," shouted Massimo loudly. "I’m sure this wedding plan must be Diego’s idea, looks like he wants to secure his position as part of the Sanders family by marrying Gina."

Martin clenched his fists behind his body, the words Massimo had just said were exactly what he had in mind. Martin is also sure if Diego is involved in this wedding plan.

After feeling that his preparations were complete, Massimo then forcibly seized Martin’s communication device. With a hoarse voice filled with anger, Massimo instructed all his men to start moving. "Get rid of the police first, after that arrest and secure all Julian Sanders bodyguards, do everything quickly without the slightest mistake," said Massimo firmly, giving instructions to his fifty fully armed men. "Remember, don’t hurt anyone. The only person who’s going to bleed tonight is just Diego Alvarez, that damn bastard who tried to steal my wife."
