His soul-Chapter 277: Who are you ?
Gina immediately closed her lips tightly when Maria snapped at her, after months had passed Maria’s arrogance had not changed. Still the same as in Gina’s mind.
"What Maria said is true, you’re just a dishwasher’s child. So don’t you dare call our beautiful names with your new mouth," said Regina Maldova, a Russian-blooded girl who has lived in London since she was a child. Since she was still in school, Regina was very upset with Gina because of them. have the same nickname. Because of that Regina changed her nickname to Reggy.
Gina bit her lip hard trying to contain her emotions when her mother’s job was brought up.
"Haha Reggy, why are you so angry with her? Are you upset because your names are similar, huh?" asked Hanny, the girl of Chinese descent who is obsessed with becoming an idol like blackpink.
Regina gave Hanny a murderous glare without blinking. "My name is much better than her, so watch your mouth, Li Han Nie." Regina was annoyed that she mentioned Hanny’s real name.
"Reggy you..."
"Stop! Why are you two fighting?" Maria immediately shouted to stop the two friends fighting. "Watch yourself, you are respectable girls. Aren’t you ashamed to be seen by this dishwasher, huh?"
Hanny and Regina fell silent when Maria spoke, the gazes of the two beautiful girls returned to Gina who was standing right in front of the entrance of the Core by Clare Smyth restaurant.
"You bad luck, get out of here quickly. Don’t make the manager of this restaurant unlucky because of your presence," Regina rebuked emotionally.
Gina smiled. "This restaurant is for anyone who can afford and can pay the price for food in this place, so why should I go?"
"What? Can you afford it? Come on, Gina. Don’t dream, it’s still noon," said Hanny loudly, as the daughter of the owner of the restaurant where Sandra used to work, Hanny knew for sure how Gina and her mother’s financial condition was.
Mary laughed amusedly. "Leave it alone, Hanny. You have to understand, sometimes it’s like that. Many poor ugly ducklings dream of being elegant and classy swans."
"Don’t bring ducks, Maria. Ducks are still too good for her, even sloths are far more classy than her," Regina said evilly.
"Fuck!" From the second floor Massimo growled with emotion when he heard someone say Gina was much lower than the sloth.
"Should I come down now, sir?" asked Martin quickly.
Massimo shook his head. "No, not yet."
Martin nodded his head slowly by returning his attention to Gina, the four bodyguards who came with Gina had not done anything because they were still waiting for orders from the captain.
"Sloth," Gina muttered under her breath. "Not bad."
"You are insane," said Maria disgustedly. "Get out of the way of the restaurant, we’re coming in. Your presence in front of the restaurant will make everyone sick."
Gina slowly shifted her legs to the right and spread her left hand. "Please come in, ladies. I won’t bother you all."
Maria chuckled, annoyed seeing what Gina did. However, because the restaurant will soon be full, Maria finally prefers to enter the restaurant and chooses to ignore Gina’s presence, Regina and Hanny also immediately follow behind Maria as the girl enters the restaurant.
Seeing the attitude of her three school friends who were still very unfriendly, Gina smiled, she was happy at least not everything had changed. Shortly after Maria and her two friends entered the other diners began to arrive, it seemed that dinner time was about to arrive and Gina was still sitting where she was currently staring at the busy restaurant. Even though she hadn’t eaten anything since arriving in London yesterday, Gina wasn’t feeling hungry. Gina was used to holding back her hunger, especially when she was in front of a restaurant like this. The worms in her stomach suddenly knew themselves and did not struggle to ask for food to be filled and Gina was very grateful for that.
"Mrs."
Gina flinched when Darius called her name.
"Yes," said Gina, surprised.
"Mr Massimo asks you to immediately enter the restaurant, on the second floor to be precise, Madam," Darius said politely conveying Martin’s message that entered his ear through their communication device which was heard in the ears of all bodyguards.
Gina immediately looked up, looking towards the second floor looking for the figure of the evil man who had made her tortured this morning. Gina’s gaze immediately stopped at the window on the left where it was clear that Massimo was standing with his arms folded across his chest staring at her without blinking. Despite the distance and the thick glass that separated her, Gina could still feel Massimo’s intense gaze on her right now. The gaze that made her heart suddenly hurt because it brought back bad memories of everything that man had done to her.
Just as Gina was about to take a step, suddenly from a distance Gina heard a familiar voice. Instantly Gina turned her body to face Darius.
"Give me the money," said Gina suddenly.
"Money?"
Gina nodded excitedly. "Yeah, money. I don’t have a wallet, just ten pounds."
Darius stuffed his hands into his pants, trying to find his wallet. "There are no ten pounds, madam. There are five pounds and the rest are euros and dollars."
"Five pounds, yeah. Ok that’s okay, I think I can buy it for only five pounds," Gina said quietly as she thought. "Give it to me."
Without daring to argue, Darius finally took out a five pound note to give to Gina, as soon as the five pound was in her hands, Gina immediately ran to the left which made Darius pause for a moment before finally screaming and chasing Gina with three other friends.
Inside the restaurant, Martin tilted his head when he heard Darius shouting Gina’s name repeatedly. Massimo himself also immediately lowered his hands from his chest when he saw Gina running.
"What happened, Martin?"
"I don’t know, sir. What is certain is that Darius and the others are currently chasing Madam."
Massimo’s molars rattled with each other. "Quickly drag Gina back to the restaurant."
"Yes sir."
Martin immediately left Massimo to bring Gina back, after walking for five minutes Martin finally found Gina standing in front of an ice cream shop that had just opened. Gina was seen waiting eagerly in front of the shop employee who was making her order.
"Please Miss, chocolate ice cream that is not too sweet," said the friendly shop employee while giving Gina ice cream.
Gina immediately reached for her ice cream carefully. "Thank you."
As soon as her order of ice cream was in hand, Gina immediately enjoyed it happily like a child and forgot to offer what she had in her hands to the four bodyguards who looked a little calm after chasing her who immediately ran a moment ago. Gina hadn’t even noticed Martin’s presence nearby, until finally Gina let out a small shriek when she met Martin’s face, who was standing straight and expressionless.
"M-martin, how long have you been here?" asked Gina in surprise.
"Since the tavern clerk gave the ice cream to you, madam."
Gina immediately wiped her lips from the remaining ice cream using a tissue. "Sorry, I just left, I thought this shop was an ice cream bus that was running. That’s why I immediately ran and chased after him."
"So you ran thinking this shop was that moving ice cream bus, madam?" Martin repeated Gina’s explanation.
"Yeah," Gina answered innocently.
Martin shook his head slowly. "Well then now you better finish your ice cream and go back to the restaurant, Master is waiting for you for dinner, madam."
Gina glanced at her watch, which was already seven o’clock in the evening, although the sky was still clear, it was already dinner time.
"But my ice cream hasn’t finished yet."
Martin took a deep breath and suddenly grabbed the ice cream in Gina’s hand. "You’d better not eat ice cream like this, madam. Master will be angry if see it."
"But it’s one of my favorite ice creams, Martin," protested Gina disapprovingly. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂
"I will secure this ice cream, after eating with Mr. Later you can enjoy it again," Martin promised politely with a broad smile.
Gina was silent for a while, before finally walking towards the Core by Clare Smyth restaurant again while cleaning her hands using the remaining tissue that the ice cream shop employee had given her earlier.
As soon as Gina started walking Martin walked to the trash can and threw away the ice cream that Gina had only half enjoyed. The bespectacled man then cleaned his hands using a handkerchief and followed behind Gina to the restaurant, when he arrived in front of the restaurant Gina was immediately greeted by one of the restaurant waiters who helped her open the door.
Seeing this strange thing, Maria and her two friends almost choked on the food they were enjoying, the three girls were surprised to find a different treatment for Gina. The waiters at the three-Michelin star restaurant were also very polite, guiding Gina up to the second floor, a floor where only important people or pre-booked.
"That Maria..."
"I know, Reggy. I’ll check it myself on the second floor. I want to know who the person who let the poor girl go up to the second floor," said Maria coldly cutting Regina’s words.
After wiping her lips with Maria’s handkerchief then getting up from her chair and rushing towards the second floor, followed by Hanny and Regina who didn’t want to lose. The three girls initially refused to go up, but after Maria mentioned the name of the father the two servants who were blocking their way now allowed the three girls to go up.
"Hey ugly duckling, get out of this restaurant quickly." Maria immediately shouted loudly at Gina who was just about to sit across from Massimo after washing her hands in the sink. "You don’t deserve to be in an expensive restaurant like this, your presence will make all of us lose our appetite."
"Who are you?" asked Massimo coldly in a thick Spanish accent.
