His innocent wife is a dangerous hacker.-Chapter 520 Act
Alexa had expected tears. Panic. Doubt. Jealousy.
She did not expect this.
Bella turned fully toward her, her expression settling into a calm, distant coldness that felt far too familiar. For a brief, unsettling moment, Alexa felt as if she were looking at Leo himself, that same composed cruelty reflected in Bella’s gaze.
"Are you done?" Bella asked quietly. "Or are you going to keep embarrassing yourself?"
Alexa blinked, caught off guard by the lack of emotion in her tone.
Bella let out a soft, unimpressed laugh and stepped closer. "You really think he hasn’t told me about her?" she said, faint amusement flickering in her eyes. "You’re actually... stupid."
Alexa’s eyes widened in shock.
Bella lifted her hand. She touched Alexa’s hair. She gently pushed a loose strand behind Alexa’s ear. It looked like a kind touch. It was not. It was a touch that said, I am in charge here.
"He told me everything," she continued calmly. "About his past. About what happened. And about that girl."
Her voice remained steady, almost bored, as if none of it truly mattered to her.
"He didn’t fly there because of that women," Bella went on, lips curving faintly. "It was a business trip. Southern-side operations. Expanding routes, negotiating territory, strengthening control. You wouldn’t understand." Her gaze sharpened. "Even if you stalk him, you will only ever see fragments. Because he tells me everything. Every move. Every plan."
She leaned back against the counter, lifting a finger briefly to her lips in thought. "Honestly," she murmured, eyes narrowing slightly, "it’s a little sad. You still haven’t moved on."
Alexa’s expression twisted, pride bruised and burning.
Bella straightened, her tone cooling further. "You should move on, Alexa. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, or how obsessed you are." Her eyes hardened. "He is mine."
The words landed like a verdict.
"And don’t try to follow him again," Bella added quietly. "I have my eyes on you."
Without waiting for a reply, she turned and walked out of the restroom, her heels clicking in a steady, unhurried rhythm.
Only once she was out of sight did her heart begin to race wildly.
She pressed a hand lightly to her chest, breath quick and uneven, stunned at her own boldness.
She could not believe she had actually said all that.
Alexa remained frozen for a few seconds, staring at the door Bella had just walked through. Her chest rose and fell unevenly as shock slowly twisted into rage.
Her lips pressed into a thin, trembling line as her eyes hardened, the softness on her face vanishing completely. The reflection in the mirror looked unfamiliar, colder, uglier, warped by envy and fury.
"That little bitch..." Alexa hissed under her breath, fingers curling into her palms. "She’s grown wings now, hasn’t she?"
Her jaw clenched as the words burned on her tongue.
Once, Bella had been fragile. Someone easy to look down on. Someone she could intimidate.
Now?
Now she spoke with confidence. With ownership. With Leo’s shadow in her eyes.
The thought made Alexa’s stomach twist.
"I won’t let her look down on me," she muttered darkly, one hand drifting to her belly as her gaze turned sharp and calculating. "I won’t let her win."
Her eyes narrowed, mind already racing with dangerous possibilities.
"I have to do something..." she whispered, voice low and venomous.
And this time, the decision felt truly dangerous.

Bella stood by the balcony, a solitary figure against the backdrop of the night. The breeze was a gentle, persistent thing, lifting the dark silk of her hair, letting strands of it dance across her cheekbone and whisper against the curve of her lips. Behind her, the warm glow of the mansion poured from the windows, catching in her eyes and turning them to liquid gold, but the light did not reach within. A cold, heavy worry was pooling deep in her chest, drop by silent drop.
She called.
Ringing.
No answer.
She tried again. This time, her teeth found the soft flesh of her lower lip, worrying it without her even knowing. Her gaze lifted, searching the empty black vault of the sky as if for an answer. Below, the city glittered, a mimicry of the stars above, beautiful and indifferent.
Then he hung up on her.
Her breath hitched sharply. He would never hang up on her. Never.
A flicker of cold crossed her expression, warmth fading from her eyes as her grip tightened around the phone.
"Bella!"
The voice cut through her thoughts.
She closed her eyes for a brief second in irritation, already knowing who it was.
Alexa.
Turning slowly, Bella faced her with a composed, unreadable expression, though tension had already begun curling in her chest.
"What now?" Bella asked quietly.
Alexa approached with measured steps, one hand resting on her rounded belly. Her face carried a fragile, aggrieved expression, but her eyes were sharp, calculating. As she came closer, her gaze flicked briefly behind her.
Bella noticed it instantly.
A few guests and staff were standing nearby.
Alexa’s lips curved faintly, almost imperceptibly.
"You... you dare talk back to me like that," Alexa said, voice trembling and rising loud enough for others to hear. "After everything?"
Bella’s eyes narrowed slightly.
Before Bella could respond, Alexa suddenly staggered backward, her movement exaggerated, her body tilting as if she had been shoved.
"Bella!" Alexa cried out dramatically. "I’m pregnant, why are you pushing me?!"
The angle was perfect.
To anyone watching, it looked exactly like Bella had lashed out.
Gasps rippled through the background, but Bella reacted faster than anyone could process.
She lunged forward and caught Alexa before she could fall, one arm locking firmly around her waist, the other steadying her shoulder. The sudden weight made Bella’s muscles tense, breath quickening as a faint sheen of sweat broke across her brow.
Their faces were close now.
Bella looked down at Alexa, eyes blazing with restrained anger, jaw tightening hard.
"So this is your game?" Bella murmured under her breath, voice low enough that only Alexa could hear.
Alexa stared up at her, momentarily startled, realizing Bella had seen through the act instantly.
Bella straightened her posture, still holding Alexa securely, refusing to let the situation twist against her.
Slowly, deliberately, she helped Alexa back onto her feet.
Her expression remained calm on the surface, but her eyes were cold.
